The farmette is conveniently located 2 miles from town, set off the road, and through the woods. The cottage is located on the edge of our woodland area. Writing table and chair, glider rocker, woodstove, and gas cookstove. Solar-powered desk lamp. Port-a-potty and solar shower outside (summer only). Fire pit and outdoor seating.

The house is one level with a detached 2 car garage. Accessible through the alleyway behind the house. Alongside is a paved parking space. The home is clean and comfortable with window darkening blinds throughout. Central heating and air conditioning to keep the house comfortable. You'll never run out of hot water because it uses a Richmond hot water system. There are also 4 ceiling fans throughout. And multiple charging docks are provided for your phones, tablets, computers, etc.

This is a one bedroom apartment (second floor). Located in downtown East Moline, IL . It gives you a first row seat, from the comfort of your living room, to the many shows and parades through out the year. Downtown East Moline is located close to railroad, so expect to hear an ocasional train. Close to bars and restaurants. A few minutes away from John Deere Harvester, John Deere Pavilion, John Deere Classic, Vibrant Center, The Bend Center, The Rust Belt.
