We loved Timothy's place! The home is super cozy and has everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed coffee on the front porch every morning. It was also really nice to be able to park our car in the spacious garage. We have family in the area, so we'll definitely be back this way soon, and we hope to be able to stay here again!

We were looking for a place close to my daughter to spend the holidays with. This was the best place. It was within a few minutes of her house. The house was just like the pictures. You couldn’t ask for a cleaner house. The master bedroom is so spacious and the king bed is so comfortable. I did a lot of baking in the kitchen. A little tight but I was able to do my normal holiday baking. The windows let in so much light. I can’t think of anything that we needed. It was perfect for us and our dogs. We brought a small tree and I felt right at home!

Our experience on Karla's train adventure was truly incredible. I booked this trip for my teenage grandson who has a deep love for trains, and it exceeded all of our expectations. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for Families, Pets, & Long-Term Stays! We had a wonderful 5 month stay at Mallory & Jack’s house! It's just under a mile from uptown Marion in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. It’s in a great location, close to CR, restaurants, shops, parks, & everything we needed. We were traveling with our 2 young kids & dogs, and the house was perfect for all of us. It was clean, cozy, & well stocked with fresh towels, bedding, hangers, closet space, & everything we needed in the kitchen. The Wi-Fi was strong & reliable, which was a big plus for both work & streaming. The fully fenced yard was ideal for our dogs, & the kids loved having room to play safely. The quiet street, back deck, & garden made it easy to relax & enjoy peaceful evenings. Mallory & Jack were fantastic—friendly, responsive, & helpful throughout our stay. They clearly put a lot of care into the home. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped stay near Cedar Rapids!

We had a wonderful time at Linda's little piece of heaven. We caught some really nice bass and had a lot of fun fishing off the new dock. We enjoyed petting the horses through the fence, since Linda wasn't home, and can't wait to go back and ride next time!

I stayed for 2 nights for work and had some downtime while there. the house is very cute, mere minutes to walk to great coffee shops and restaurants. Hosts were proactive, responsive, kind, and helpful. Would stay here again!

We had a family reunion at this beautiful home and it was beyond amazing. The home is just so gorgeous and the grounds are stunning. We got to be there with the peony garden in bloom! What a treat. The host was very communicative and responsive. The place had everything we needed for our family gathering. We definitely hope to be able to stay again next year!

Great single family home that is in a central area. Home was completely as described, clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone in the Cedar Rapids or Iowa City area.

Fabulous downtown view, light and bright. Large and spacious on a quiet street. Plenty of off street parking. Loved it!

Beautiful Airbnb! When you walk into each room it is thoughtfully put together with those special touches of home. Loved the socks (as you leave your shoes by the door), the welcome sign on the kitchen counter, the coffee pods, farm fresh eggs & microwave popcorn. The gas fireplace warmed the basement while we watched movies (we were able to control the thermostat). Having soft water to shower in was so nice. The beds were comfortable. There was a ping pong & foosball table in the garage. There was a hot tub although we didn't use it I'm sure it was as well kept as everything else. The property this Airbnb sits on is beautiful as it sits in the country. My favorite spot was on the front porch as it was so welcoming and serene. We watched the squirrels, birds, turkeys and the deer. Our hosts, Gary & Carrie invited us to feed their goats with the snacks that were left on the kitchen counter. They are so very nice and responsive if you need anything. We definitely recommend!
