House vacation rentals in Kiawah Island

The Surf Shack was a fantastic place for us, we were 4 adults and one toddler. The house was fully equipped and the pool was fantastic. If I ever find my way back to Folly Beach, hopefully we'll be able to stay again. Thank you.

This property has tons of space both inside and out. Very homey and welcoming. Frank is super responsive (even on a holiday!) and helpful. The location feels very up and coming, with the main stores and restaurants just a short walk away. Easy parking right outside the door. The spa was fun for fall nights. We would definitely stay here again.

Fit 3 couples perfectly, each room having a full bathroom was a plus. Easy walk to King St & all bars/ restaurants

We enjoyed our stay! Great place to visit with family. We were in Charleston over Thanksgiving. We did a lot of cooking & also used the fire pit. House was very comfortable & had everything as described. Host was very responsive & helpful. Neighborhood had southern charm & was great for walking our dogs. They also enjoyed playing in the large backyard. We have 2 children attending nearby universities & would gladly return.

This is place is excellent. Lots of room. Comfortable furniture. Great sound with the main TV. Pool is really nice and comfortable to hang at. Best kitchen of any Airbnb I’ve stayed at. All the utensils and pans worked well. Karen and crew made it super easy for us to check in real late and were very helpful when our flight was involuntarily changed while we were there. Also, location, location, location. We went all over, downtown and North Charleston, Folly Beach, John Island. Everything was 15-20 minutes away from the house. We had such an excellent stay.

We had the best time at this house! It was a beautiful setting and great location. Jayne was extremely helpful when it came to recommendations and navigating Kiawah Island. Her house is fully stocked and very comfortable. We chose to heat the pool which was worth it. Some of the days were very miles in temp so we were happy to have a heated pool. The pool was awesome! Very big and my kids loved it. We hope to come back to Kiawah and would definitely stay at this house again!

The home was beautifully maintained and just as the photos showed. We enjoyed our time in Charleston and definitely will keep this property in mind for our next trip. Steven was responsive whenever I had anything to ask.

We had an amazing stay at Bo and MaryMar’s home! It’s so cozy and quaint, with every detail perfectly thought out. The place was furnished with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. We especially loved having our morning coffee by the pool—it was so peaceful and relaxing. The neighborhood is really sweet too, perfect for nice walks and just soaking in the quiet atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Great stay! Location was great for Park Circle, very short drive to restaurants, easy to get in the interstate. Loved the yard for the dogs. Beds were comfy. Great TV streaming options. Loved the coffee provided. Everything worked great. I would definitely stay here again.

Lisa’s place was perfect for our group of 6. The most important things I can note: It was so nice for each couple to have their own bathroom. The beds were super comfortable. The location is amazing- you are right in the mix of King Street’s shops and restaurants. Yes, there is street noise but Lisa provided earplugs, sound machines and multiple fans. This did the trick of drowning out the outside noise. Would definitely stay here again!

Place and host were great! Location could not be beat being just a few blocks from King Street and all the great restaurants, bars, shopping. Also nice that the place was a full home vs condo. Julie is a great host, extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. I also really liked all the personal touches and details of the place that made it comfortable for a visit. Also, unlike some vacation rentals, this one was outfitted with things that made getting comfortable easy, from spices and oils, coffee, sunblock, toiletries in case you forgot anything, sandwich bags, cooler, beach chairs, comfortable linens,.. list goes on. It did take a little getting use to the noise of being centrally located in a city with density of people/housing but that's because we are not normally from the city more than anything else. My husband and I enjoyed being centrally located and being able to walk to spots down the street.

We absolutely loved the house! My three year old had a great time with the provided toys and the park across the street was truly the coolest we’ve ever been to! Colleen was very responsive and even came over to unlock some doors for us that our toddler locked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the extra blankets and pillows were so helpful for my kids when we all watched movies on the huge sectional! Overall, excellent stay and would definitely choose it again!

Great stay for our weekend in Charleston-super easy drive into the city! Loved the space and home was extremely clean.

We immensely enjoyed our stay! The house was super comfortable and very cozy. Very nice neighborhood and we felt very safe. Extremely clean, and Jessica was very responsive and checked in on us each day. We were in Charleston for a wedding and we were able to take in the sights, but we all said we couldn’t wait to get back to the house each night because it was so nice and inviting. Definitely would stay there again! It ranks as probably one of our best stays!

We loved staying at StayDuvet's property in Wagener Terrace- it was within walking distance of great restaurants and totally met my family's needs for my mom's wedding weekend. The hosts were super helpful and communicative and made the process super easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This home was our home away from home since we had to evacuate from Milton. It offered everything we needed and more. The host was really helpful and went above and beyond to answer our questions and make sure we had everything during those hard times for us. We really appreciate everything! We will be back!

Beautifully updated home inside. Everything was very warm and cozy and fit our family perfectly. Grant responded very quickly and even found a plumber to come fix a small leak on Thanksgiving day! We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again.

The house was absolutely lovely and perfect for our large family. Close to a number of places/areas! The kitchen was loaded with all things necessary for cooking and the welcome basket was a nice touch! If it wasn’t so cold, we would have taken advantage of the beautiful deck and playground out back. Would definitely stay again as the hosts were super friendly and responsive! Thanks Katherine!

Ginger was a fantastic host and her house served us perfectly while we stayed awaiting the closing of our new home. We really lucked out and she was accommodating with our changing schedule due to closing delays. Really couldn't recommend this property or Ginger as a host any more!

There were 5 of us for a Bachelorette Party and this home was everything we needed! Great location, 20 minutes from Downtown Charleston, and it had everything we needed. Comfy living space, plenty of room, comfy beds, and plenty of extra linen. It was easy to find in a nice, quiet neighborhood.

This house is definitely a great place to chill and relax. They were very kind to leave us a chocolate cake, wine and coffee. Very respectful. I’d recommend it to any of my friends
