House vacation rentals in Kiawah Island

Great place, great host. Franks concern for everything really shows in his unit. Even putting up some Christmas lights outside before our arrival. Great walkable area. And 4 places close by - Vern’s, Chubby Fish, Island Provisions and D'Allesandro's. Great food all at different levels. And 1 street over from King St so close enough to walk but far enough away that you don’t get the craziness. So - perfect spot. You’ll enjoy Franks place.

We stayed here for my wedding weekend and it was exactly what my bridesmaids and I needed! Thanks so much for a perfect stay, would highly recommend & do it again!

Our stay was fantastic! The house and amenities were exactly as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was extremely comfortable for our family. The beds were comfy with plenty of extra blankets. There were plenty of towels provided in the bathroom with nice shower toiletries. The kitchen was nicely stocked including coffee, creamer and a variety of snacks. The neighborhood was great as well. If I had to be nit-picky about something…the kitchen could use a shade on the door and sink windows. We arrived after dark and felt a little exposed just because we didn’t know the area. We improvised and all was well. If we returned to Charleston we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so easy and enjoyable!!

We had the best time at this house! It was a beautiful setting and great location. Jayne was extremely helpful when it came to recommendations and navigating Kiawah Island. Her house is fully stocked and very comfortable. We chose to heat the pool which was worth it. Some of the days were very miles in temp so we were happy to have a heated pool. The pool was awesome! Very big and my kids loved it. We hope to come back to Kiawah and would definitely stay at this house again!

Steven was very communicative and accommodating for our stay. It was a great space for what we needed.

We had such a wonderful stay! Beautiful home and it had everything we needed! One of the best stocked kitchens we have ever seen for a rental. It had everything we needed for cooking meals. Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of linens and towels for our stay. House was also well stocked with lots of games which was nice because it rained quite a bit during our late December stay. Garage was well stocked with everything you would need for the beach. Our grandkids had so much fun with all the beach toys and the wagon made it easy to transport stuff to the beach. The pool was very fun too! Our kids and grandkids spent hours playing in it which again was awesome since the weather was not ideal most of our trip. The hosts added so many nice details to really make our stay comfortable and Steven was very quick to answer any questions or concerns we had. We highly recommend this property and host. Hoping to return in the summer!

When we walked in the house was very clean and decorated very nicely. The best thing was the host had tons of cleaning supplies, dishware, pots and pans and even spices for cooking. The elevator was a plus, especially when going from the garage level to the top (4th) floor. The pool was nice and warm, even though we didn't have an opportunity to get in. But we did sit outside by the fire pit every night. The water went off for some reason, but Michael was proactive and sent us an alert before we even knew the water was off. It was back on again in no time. This was the perfect house for a getaway. We'll definitely be back

Cottage was just as described! It was in a terrific location and was within a 5 minute walk to the main area of Park Circle. Backyard was large and private and the hot tub was great after a long day of walking. It was easy to travel to different locations around Charleston. Lots of parks for your pets to explore right near the house also.

The Surf Shack was a fantastic place for us, we were 4 adults and one toddler. The house was fully equipped and the pool was fantastic. If I ever find my way back to Folly Beach, hopefully we'll be able to stay again. Thank you.

We couldn’t have asked for anything better! The house felt very calm and comfortable, like we were staying in our own place! The house definitely had a “Charleston-like” charm to it and is located in a great neighborhood. Parker was a great host. She was very attentive and accessible even though we didn’t really need to reach out for anything. I’m sure if we would have needed anything she would have been there to help without delay. There were a lot of restaurants and grocery stores in the vicinity which was also nice. Overall, our stay was great and I definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting the Charleston area!

Group trip to Charleston with 4 couples. The house was excellent and exactly as billed with spacious rooms, well stocked kitchen, huge hot tub and beautiful marsh views. Less than 10 minutes to downtown the location is a no-brainer. Would highly recommend for group trips. Of note the bunk bed room doesn’t have its own bathroom and the only other bathrooms on the floor are in the 2 other bedrooms so just have to be comfortable with that set up (probably best for kids but worked for us!)

As a host myself, I understand the importance of reviews and I don't take mine lightly. This house will meet all of your expectations and beyond. Everything in the listing is available at the house, there's even a few extras here and there. the decor is super cute, the house is really clean!!! One thing to note though is that you cannot walk to the beach especially with kids. It's a busy area and there are no sidewalks. I gave this place a five-star rating all the way around and it's well worth the money. I know others will enjoy their time here as much as we did!!

We loved our stay at this beach house. We rented it for a girls weekend and had a great time relaxing. It rained all weekend so we spent most of the weekend inside reading and enjoying the hot tub. We had an issue with bugs in the downstairs bedroom and we weren’t able to use it, so we let Jessa know so that they can take care of that before the next guest stays. She accommodated an early check in which was so great to start the weekend off with! We plan to rent this house again in the future.

This is our second time staying here. It is a perfect location if you are going to the Convention Center. House is very nice and has a hot tub, ping pong table and Ms PAC Man! We had a good time and felt very comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in Charleston. The place inside was so so nice, clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable. It was chilly weather so we did not use the hot tub, or backyard. It would have been nice to have some better dinnerware, as it was plastic plates,cups and bowls, and the neighborhood was a bit run down, however the location was convenient for everything we needed to do so it was ok with us. Hosts were so nice and responsive, thank you for everything.

Daniel’s place was clean and exactly as pictured. It was more than enough space for me and my BFF for a Galentine’s weekend in Charleston. We felt safe and at home here. Daniel was flexible with check-in and very responsive. Would stay here again!

Dean and Pat’s place was so nice and cozy! It’s just a short drive outside of downtown Charleston and was easy to get to. The place was very clean, quiet and private. They provided us with snacks, coffee, creamer, and even a sweet visit from their pups. I highly recommend this place and when we come back we’ll be booking again!

We had planned our vacation with another couple, who couldn't make it at the last minute. We went anyway and were so happy to stay in such a lovely home. We loved the house, so spacious & clean. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms offered everything from makeup remover to hairdryer. Our dog loved the space as well. It would be perfect for 2 or 3 couples- lots of room to hang together or have some privacy. The location is key- walking distance to so many great restaurants and shops, close to King Street. Definately will book again.

Wow! The pictures absolutely do this lovely home justice. A wonderful location. Tastefully decorated. Beautiful neighborhood. Easily walkable to anything you want to see. I have only a couple of comments. The bed is gorgeous, but - you NEED a foot stool. Not everyone can take a running leap, or pull themselves up onto the bed. I saw a previous pregnant guest make a similar comment. Why wasn’t this actioned? Also, the window sills and corners could use a cleaning/ dusting. The other issue we made you aware of. Charleston is an amazing city with a lot to see, do, and eat. Especially… EAT. Don’t miss any opportunity to savor the local fare. High Cotton and Edmund’s Oast to name 2. You won’t be sorry. We keep coming back, and would be very happy to stay at Juanita’s place. It was wonderful.

David’s home is a great find! Modern and comfortable. Comfy beds and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed our stay immensely and hope to return!

My husband and I spent the entire month of February. After several stressful months this place was just what we needed to rest, relax, and spend time with our daughter and her young family who live nearby. The house was very clean, cozy, and well-stocked with what is needed for a comfortable stay. We would stay again.
