Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kiawah Island

Beautiful home and surroundings. 3 couples with personal spaces and large communal spaces to gather. Very comfortable and clean. Recommend Kiss Cafe for breakfast. We also went through Savor Charleston and had Chef Morgan and her assistant prepare and serve a dinner at the house- fabulous food and was relaxing to just enjoy the views and the wonderful home. Highly recommend! It's no wonder their home receives the 5 star reviews!

This is a nice house with a lot of really great perks. The golf cart, kayaks, fishing rods, beach equipment, and more made it easy to enjoy the week. The location is peaceful and ideal for fishing but not perfect for swimming or waves; we went to adjacent Hunting Island State Park for the kids to ride waves (a state park pass is included by the host). We enjoyed our week!

Joe & Claire were great hosts, very personable. Stayed 5 nites in late April/early May. Beautiful location: decks on all levels/sides, sweeping views of marsh in back, high up views of ocean across street in front. Many perfect spots to sit depending on sun & wind. Great views of sunrise & sunset, lighthouse, etc. Furnishings comfortably accommodated gatherings for our family of 5 adults, tastefully decorated too. Kitchen well equipped, beach chairs/towels provided. Besides food/drink/personal items, can’t think of anything we wanted that wasn’t already there. We experienced one significant house utility issue that disrupted our stay, outside anyone’s control. Joe had it repaired and equitably resolved the impact to us. Location next best thing to beachfront, beach access just 100yd down road. Peacefully removed from busy central Folly Beach town area and just 5min ride to many casual restaurant/entertainment options there. Also easy 30min trip to Charleston for exploring and dinner.

We had an absolutely lovely time at this beach cottage! We felt right at home. The surroundings are beautiful and the home decor is coastal and cozy. It’s an easy walk to the beach and the outdoor shower made rinsing off a breeze. We loved being on this end of the island - quiet and peaceful. We spent many mornings sitting on the porches drinking coffee. It’s an easy 10 min drive into Folly’s main area (we rented a golf cart for convenience). The hosts were exceptional and were quick to answer any questions we had. Our daughter didn’t want to leave! We can’t wait to return.

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at Dawson’s property. Dawson was extremely communicative and is 100% the type of host we look for when booking through Airbnb. The property was exactly as advertised - close to downtown, Folly Beach, etc… in a very peaceful neighborhood setting. We’d definitely book through Dawson again!

Place was clean and nice. Location was fantastic. Lots of food and drink in walking distance. Beach was never crowded because the public could not get in through the Sea Cabins entrance.

Thank you for letting us stay our anniversary we had a great time. Next time we come back we know where we’re staying!

Perfect location just a quick walk to the beach and the main street on folly island. Perfect spot for 1-2 couples or a small family. Would absolutely stay here again.

What an amazing day! My sister and I came to visit Charleston just for a few days as a getaway and Deb’s home was like our little Home away from home. Everything was so cozy and so comfortable!

This condo was wonderful, and the location was great! It was walkable to the beach, but after a long day in the sun, the walk back felt exhausting. We really appreciated having access to the wagon and beach chairs—they made our beach trips so much easier!

We came for a wedding and had a lovely stay. The interior was nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for the two of us and we really appreciated the beach chairs. Would highly recommend it! Hope to visit again one day!

I lived in Charleston for five years and staying here was the best “welcome home”. From the moment we booked, Brianna was helpful, communicative, and pleasant. Check-in was easy and the place was gorgeous and exactly as described. We even said that “this was the first time that an Airbnb felt like home” and we meant it. Ample entertainment (dvd, Roku tvs, speaker), stunning view, perfect location, and SO many beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, kids games, buckets etc. We hope to visit again and bring our whole family! Modern fixtures and appliances that were easy to use. If I ever need an Airbnb in Charleston again, I will definitely be staying here if it’s available. My only drawback was that it was really warm in the home when we arrived but it cooled down by the time we returned from dinner. Other than that, no complaints! I definitely recommend staying here.

We really loved staying at this unit ! This unit is beautifully decorated and very comfortable . We loved the location which was central to shopping a tourist attractions. Both rooms were large with en suite bathrooms . There is a large porch which was great for enjoying coffee and cocktails. Would highly recommend this unit!

Pelican Watch is a beautiful place on Seabrook. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the backdoor with a great view from the back porch. You need a car to get to most restaurants but great places are 10-20 minutes away. Harris Teeter is well stocked nearby with great steaks and seafood as well as wine. I’d definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here, it’s a great location on the beach, we like this area of the island as it doesn’t seem as crowded. The resort is nice and has different activities going on, we love having the poolside bar area and ice cream stand right there. The place itself was nice, clean, made good use of space. Kids loved the hall bunks. Very easy to check in and out.

Had a fabulous stay at Mike and Rachel’s home. Love the location, especially that it was on the beach especially since we have children. The unit was spacious, clean and just as described. Had plenty of games and TVs in all rooms for watching shows or movies. Parking was very convenient and fit our mid size suv under the covered garage area right by elevator to our unit. I’ve stayed at this resort multiple times but this room is by far the best! It was clean, had every thing we needed & more, and was a perfect location for a wagon haul to the beach. It was impressively stocked with things you may forget. We had a wonderful stay & will be staying in this room again for our next stay. Thank you!

Condo was super easy to get to on the first floor and definitely oceanfront. Although we were on the first floor, we could still see 98% of the ocean over the dunes and easily hear the waves crashing from the balcony. We got to see a family of rabbits hopping through the dune grasses and 99.9% of the time no one is seen between our balcony and the ocean… giving the feeling of seclusion in a populated area. Everything worked as it should in every room in the condo… fantastic TVs, extremely good shower heads, sturdy beach chairs, stout beach umbrella w/ anchor, comfortable plush leather sofa, and a very comfy form fitting memory foam king bed with plenty of pillows for even the finicky sleeper. 99% of my kitchen needs were met…i’ll remember the cooking spray next time. The plush white sand was a pleasant surprise as well as how level and firm the sand gets when the tide goes out, great for bocce ball! BTW, just about any kind of tent, wind shade or popup is allowed on the beach.

The beach chairs and coolers were great to have for a weekend getaway! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home!
