Villa vacation rentals in Kiawah Island

Very quiet and private space. Loved the community feeling. Very walkable and easy to get around. Could ride a bike to anywhere on the island we wanted to go. We were pleasantly surprised with how many of the stores and shops were open during the off season which was great. Perfect place for a quiet getaway.

The home was decorated beautifully, right out of a magazine. So cozy and welcoming and we slept great. I loved all the decks and the screened in porch. 10 out of 10.

It was a pleasure staying at your home. Enjoyed every minute.

An incredible stay! The host was amazing!

What a place! It was perfect for my family (2 adults and 2 kids) just the right size and had everything we needed, was very glad of the washer/ dryer and the cleaning products provided, in the past, we’ve always been frustrated that rentals don’t come with enough cleaning products which seems crazy if you want your guests to keep the property clean! So we were delighted to have dishwasher tabs, detergent, bin liners etc. our only (very minor) issue was the rugs - they were either slippy or uncomfortable to walk on (bedroom rug I’m looking at you!!) and our kiddos slipped on the living room and kitchen rugs, but very minor issue as I said, overall, loved the place and would thoroughly recommend to anyone!

Nick’s place made for a wonderful fall Fripp weekend! The kitchen was well equipped and beds comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and right in the middle of all Fripp’s great amenities. We will definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time to visit Dataw. Its a pretty posh gated community. The outdoor pool with bar is amazing. The views in the community are beautiful. We have stayed in the area before, but the Dataw location was very convenient to Beaufort and Hunting Island Beach(which is a must do). The area is very pet friendly with many restruants with pet friendly patio dinning. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

Relaxing stay and roomier than expected for a 1 bedroom, very clean. Easy beach access. Beautiful views from screened in porch and upper outside deck. Gated community resort. About 35-40 minute drive to Charleston. Excellent dinner at Coastal Provisions within the resort. Only complaint was strong sulphur smell from bathroom sink water.

We stayed here for a business trip in November and we were treated with 80° weather so we were able to enjoy the beachfront. I am not sure how much this location goes for during the summer, but if you have the opportunity to get it in the spring or fall you should take it as well. You are close enough to throw a rock into the ocean. Literally, I could talk to my children on the beach from my balcony so if you’re worried about your kids in the ocean and not being close enough to them, this is your place.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very spacious and kitchen was great for cooking. The location was perfect between the walk to the beach and downtown. A lovely vacation!

We had an amazing time!! Brian was extremely helpful and answered any questions very promptly. The condo was very nice and clean. The balcony was amazing to chill after the day. We will definitely be back.

Maxine is indeed a "Super Host". Her apartment is beautiful and comfortable, and the view of the beach and ocean are breathtaking. The kitchen is very well equipped for home cooking and the apartment was spotless. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and the second floor bonus space adds to the roominess. The building is nestled in a great location with access to the General Store and Sanctuary Hotel a short 5 minute walk away. Maxine was very proactive to ensure that we had a great stay and provided us a very helpful and thorough welcome letter days prior to our arrival. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this apartment as a great place to enjoy and unwind when visiting Kiawah Island!

Definitely will not be our last stay here! This place is absolutely beautiful…well stocked, clean, quiet…every bit as pretty as the pictures if not more so! The host was responsive to questions and had a ton of thoughtful recommendations, check in a breeze, bed was comfortable, everything was just perfect! Great rental…I didn’t wanna leave!

Our stay was great. The unit was phenomenal and the location was very nice and close to the beach. We had a minor hiccup upon arrival because our door code didnt work, but it was quickly ironed out. I'd highly recommend this place!

Perfect location! The kids and I were amazed by the wildlife and all that this small area of South Carolina has to offer.

Our stay in Dataw Island was fantastic! Our rental unit was perfect, very clean and well appointed. A 1-2 minute walk to the golf course, restaurant and bar, tennis/pickle ball courts and the pool. The also have croquet and bocce, plenty of things to do! The Island and the property are beautiful and I highly recommend a visit. We will be back for sure! Thank you to our excellent hosts who were great to work with!

Great condo just steps from the beach. Beautiful furnishings and great location.

Excellent location in Wild Dunes, close to everything. The unit has a nice view of the water & access to the beach was easy. The screened in porch was a perfect spot to watch the sunset, listen to the waves & hang out. Host gave instructions early on & was responsive with any questions we had, and even let us know we could check-in early. A great stay!

This condo was very nicely appointed and very nicely decorated. It had comfortable living room chairs. The bedrooms were set up very nicely. The kitchen had enough plate and cutlery. The setting was very close to the beach so it was beautiful for walking and it was close to the athletic facility for Pickleball and golf.

It is rare to be able to find a place that is in your price range, where you don't have to lug all of your beach gear a mile to enjoy the beach. The easy access to the beach is worth every penny. Wish the pool had been heated given that we were there in October, but we had plenty of beach days. The space was perfect for us and exactly as advertised.

Always wanted to experience the “low country,” so we booked a villa at The Bluffs for two nights on our way to Florida. Villa was exactly as described. Dataw Island is a beautiful location, where amenities abound beyond its signature golf course. We drove throughout this private island admiring its beautiful homes, some of which were in the midst of renovation, with others currently under construction. Being boaters, we checked out the island’s marina, which was quite nice and accommodating to both residents and transients. The island also has its own restaurant. Although secluded unto itself, offering residents privacy and security, it is but a 10 minute drive to all the conveniences one needs. If you’re looking to relax in a country club atmosphere with the option of participating in other sporting and cultural activities, a stay at Dataw Island is a must.

Such a great stay for a couples getaway. So clean, safe, .5 mi walk to beach and access to all the wonderful amenities in Seabrook. House was spotless and host was so helpful.
