Villa vacation rentals in Kiawah Island

Austin’s condo at Kiawah was cozy and well organized. There was space for two adults, two teens and our dogs to relax comfortably. The space was well used, the kitchen well stocked but with room left for us to unpack and settle in. Austin was responsive. We were glad to be able to have our dogs travel with us.

Very quiet and private space. Loved the community feeling. Very walkable and easy to get around. Could ride a bike to anywhere on the island we wanted to go. We were pleasantly surprised with how many of the stores and shops were open during the off season which was great. Perfect place for a quiet getaway.

Highly recommend!! We had a great time staying here. The condo was very clean and easy to get too. The location could not have been better!! It was just steps away from the beach. This was so convenient for traveling with an infant. The house also had beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas which is a huge plus incase you forget anything. Would definitely stay here again!

The home was decorated beautifully, right out of a magazine. So cozy and welcoming and we slept great. I loved all the decks and the screened in porch. 10 out of 10.

This is a great house in a perfect location on Folly! You can walk anywhere you need to go including the beach and Center Street (with all the restaurants/bars/shops)! The house was super clean and very well furnished! We will definitely look to book again!

Nick’s place made for a wonderful fall Fripp weekend! The kitchen was well equipped and beds comfortable. Easy walk to the beach and right in the middle of all Fripp’s great amenities. We will definitely stay again!

If you’re looking for a great getaway for two, it is wonderful. The view of the ocean was magnificent. They have great restaurants downtown. We found a new spot that we fell in love with. It’s called the Islander 71 and the Acme Lowcountry Kitchen. When we go downtown Charleston we love Chophouse Hanks, and Fleet Landing. We will definitely go back to this condo.!❤️

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was right across from pool and beach making the whole trip super easy. We loved the porch for meals and reading and the house was well stocked for everything we needed. The hosts are great as well with timely and thorough instructions and welcoming treats for all. I’d highly recommend this place overall.

The view is stunning and the condo is quite comfortable. Restaurants within walking distance which was great!

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The location was peaceful with a great view and right by a beach boardwalk. The inside looked to have been recently updated and it was done with exquisite taste. The kitchen was gorgeous and the bathrooms had a spa-like feel. It was decorated beautifully and tastefully. I appreciated that it had everything needed, but was clutter-free!

Best view at Kiawah. 6 floors up to the oceanfront Penthouse with unobstructed sunrises and sunsets. You could spend an entire day on the deck overlooking the 10 miles of pristine beach, or you’re an elevator ride away from putting your toes in the sand. The condo is great. We judge AirBNBs by location, cleanliness, quality of the beds, and how well stocked the kitchen is in terms of appliances, pots, pans, dishes etc. Maxine’s place is an A+ on all 4 of those measurements. We stayed here in January, so we knew it would be chilly with less to do than the warm months. So it is perfect that the Nest (bar/grill/shop) is less than a 10 minute walk, as is the Sanctuary Hotel with its restaurants and shops. And everything at Fresh Fields is open with no crowds. We loved our stay, and we’re appreciative of all of Maxine’s tips and guidance. She’s super responsive and ensured that our stay was perfect. Highly recommend. We will go again soon.

Definitely will not be our last stay here! This place is absolutely beautiful…well stocked, clean, quiet…every bit as pretty as the pictures if not more so! The host was responsive to questions and had a ton of thoughtful recommendations, check in a breeze, bed was comfortable, everything was just perfect! Great rental…I didn’t wanna leave!

Perfect location! The kids and I were amazed by the wildlife and all that this small area of South Carolina has to offer.

Our stay in Dataw Island was fantastic! Our rental unit was perfect, very clean and well appointed. A 1-2 minute walk to the golf course, restaurant and bar, tennis/pickle ball courts and the pool. The also have croquet and bocce, plenty of things to do! The Island and the property are beautiful and I highly recommend a visit. We will be back for sure! Thank you to our excellent hosts who were great to work with!

Excellent location in Wild Dunes, close to everything. The unit has a nice view of the water & access to the beach was easy. The screened in porch was a perfect spot to watch the sunset, listen to the waves & hang out. Host gave instructions early on & was responsive with any questions we had, and even let us know we could check-in early. A great stay!

We had an amazing time!! Brian was extremely helpful and answered any questions very promptly. The condo was very nice and clean. The balcony was amazing to chill after the day. We will definitely be back.

Always wanted to experience the “low country,” so we booked a villa at The Bluffs for two nights on our way to Florida. Villa was exactly as described. Dataw Island is a beautiful location, where amenities abound beyond its signature golf course. We drove throughout this private island admiring its beautiful homes, some of which were in the midst of renovation, with others currently under construction. Being boaters, we checked out the island’s marina, which was quite nice and accommodating to both residents and transients. The island also has its own restaurant. Although secluded unto itself, offering residents privacy and security, it is but a 10 minute drive to all the conveniences one needs. If you’re looking to relax in a country club atmosphere with the option of participating in other sporting and cultural activities, a stay at Dataw Island is a must.
