Condo vacation rentals in Kiawah Island

This place was very convenient to downtown Folly Beach and a great view of the sunset. Very clean and the host was very reachable and accommodating.

Great stay for our team! We booked this Airbnb for our work crew, and it was exactly what we needed. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities to make their stay comfortable after long workdays. The location was convenient, communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was hassle-free. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely book again for future projects. Highly recommend!

Glenn’s place was perfect, especially for a beach side location. The place had so many great items - beach chairs, umbrella, cooler- that made our experience so relaxing. Glenn was also very responsive when we ran out of a few paper goods and brought them right over

Kathy’s place was very nice and comfortable. Close to Brecks where we got a 30 oz steak for $32.99 was not a fancy place, but it was worth it and the steak was awesome. Another place we ate on the way out was in Somerville. Shuckin shack oyster bar. They had a great menu low price for the best oysters, clams and mussels. Steamed or raw also a great fried cod sandwich. I am sure everything there was awesome!! Oh good Bloody Mary too! The proximity of Karen’s place to a lot of things to do was nice. She also left us much appreciated wine and a gift. Thank you Kathy for a great stay!

Wonderful stay at Folly! Condo was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. Just a perfect location and space. We loved being able to easily walk to shops, restaurants, playground and pickle ball. Having Charleston so close provided a midweek break from sand and a fun opportunity to explore. We all appreciated the quality of the local restaurants, the touch of easily accessible night life but mostly the gorgeous beach. The unit itself was clean, and very comfortable. Would highly recommend and hope to book this unit again!

Craig’s place is absolutely wonderful! It has everything you need and even more! We felt right at home and honestly didn’t want to leave 😁 The location is quiet and very close to everything you need while in Charleston. If you need a place to stay in Charleston, look no further!

This was our first time in South Carolina and the views were absolutely amazing. This is truly a community area and everyone was so friendly on the beach and places that we went. We would definitely come here again! Michael was an amazing host and was always available and prompt with any questions we haf.

The location was perfectly situated to downtown Folleys as well as the beach. Only a short Uber ride to Charleston. The townhome was perfect for two couples. We would definitely book again in the future.

Location was great. Plenty of towels & supplies were already available & beds were comfy.

Very great stay, cabin was a little dirty with takeout in the fridge.

Superb place!! Exactly as described on the website—- spotlessly clean , plenty of utensils, towels, bathroom supplies,as well as beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, bag. Beach is private- very easy to access! Charleston is close by, and other attractions within an hour. Highly recommend Amy and Ollie’s place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

Resort had everything we needed and we appreciated being able to check in with ease on site.

Our arrival was made special with many nice touches; easy access and everything was clean and in great shape. This space was in fact was very comfortable, quiet and provided great sleep. Communication with the owner was excellent. I received prompt replies, that were always courteous and helpful. The highlight of the stay was the incredible location, it really exceeded our expectations in every way!! Nestled within a very short distance to an insanely beautiful beach (where I found my first shark tooth!), multiple pools and a variety of restaurants and recreational activities. We pretty much just walked everywhere!! This Airbnb stay was everything and more we were hoping for and we’d stay here again without hesitation. Thanks, guys!

The place was amazing. The ocean views from every room were incredible. We were right on the waters edge. The decor was very warm and inviting. The kitchen was well equipped, couches and beds were all comfortable. It was the perfect place to spend Christmas.

This was probably one of the best rentals we’ve ever had on Airbnb. My family of 6 was perfectly comfortable. And the views of the beach were unmatched. The host was super responsive and helpful. Absolutely no complaints.

We loved the space. Easy walk to the beach. Pristine neighborhood. I felt safe enough for my daughter and I to walk the neighborhood alone. The condo is conveniently located to Charleston and the Tanger Outlets. There’s also a market close by. We loved this place! We hope to return.

Loved this place! Right on the beach (near the pier and town center…and Bert’s Market!) and remodeled with updated bathrooms and comfortable couches and beds. Very nice to hang out on the balcony; just steps to the beach. We’ll definitely come back.

Amy replied to my inquiries quickly, so she made my request to stay at her condo easy. When my husband and I arrived at the condo, we were happy to find that the location was extremely peaceful. The condo itself is relaxing since it has a beachy vibe, and the furnishings are comfortable; moreover, the balcony overlooking the golf course allowed me to view countless bluebirds, making our stay extra relaxing. Amy's condo will definitely be a place that my husband and I would like to stay at again when we travel Edisto.

The home was very lovely, spacious and clean. It was in a great part of the island and the resort is very nice as well. We had two kids and it was very convenient for staying with children. We appreciated the board games for inside entertainment.

Met every expectation and then some. Very short walk through the parking lot to the pool and beach. Ample parking. Gated / pass accessible community. Comfortable beds. Excellent communication and easy check-in / check-out. Easy 30 minute commute into Charleston for the day if that's your thing. All around a great experience.
