Without a doubt Alina's attention was the best, always attentive to the needs we had, she offers a delicious coffee in the room that you can have on a relaxing balcony with sound of the sea! With a comfortable bed you can spend your holidays in wonder, the building is modern, pool, terrace, with BBQ area that we could enjoy thanks to Alina! Restaurants, shops and supermarkets you can walk to, the perfect location in the heart of jaco!

Amazing location and amazing host

Yuri was a very thoughtful and gracious host and the condo was immaculate. The location was located in the heart of downtown Jaco with restaurants and stores within walking distance. The views from the balcony were fantastic and such a great sunset view from the private pool area, the beachfront walkway, or hanging on the beach with the surf instructors!

Thomas was an excellent host and very attentive. We appreciated the amenities and the rooftop was one of our favorite spots to catch the sunsets. The condo was comfortable and the balcony has a great view of the ocean and mountains. The washer dryer in the unit was a huge bonus as well as the air conditioner unit providing us with an oasis from the humidity after our adventures. Plan to stay again on our next trip to Jaco

Kevin and Meri are very responsive and friendly hosts. The apartment was very clean and perfect. The beds and sofa are very comfortable. The internet is very powerful and I had no problems working remotely. I loved my month-long stay on the south side of Jaco Beach. This area is quieter than the centro. However, the possibility of getting to the more lively area of ​​Jaco will take you less than 5 minutes by car. The building is very well maintained and the people there are welcoming and caring. I will come back without hesitation. Thank you for everything!

The was super helpful, met us at the property to welcome us. They answered our questions very quickly, and gave many recommendations. The property is nicely located on the beach with access to next door Crocs. Totally secure building, with very friendly guards. Clean space, very large, great AC, fairly stocked, washer/dryer, nicely furnished. This one will definitely stay on my list for the next trip. Highly recommended.

Acqua is a beautiful spot. Our hosts were very helpful and super responsive. We loved the peacefulness of the complex, super clean and a great bbq! The unit is super comfortable and very sound proof. Kitchen is well equipped including coffee for our first morning! Jaco has lots to offer, all walkable. We found some great treasures including a local German bakery for sweet treats. All the restaurants and excursions recommended were top notch. We can only say positive things and are very grateful to have found it for our month long stay.

Wow, what a perfect place for a relaxing week at a beautiful beach! Easy access directly to the beach, lovely little pool for a dip without the saltwater and plenty of spots within walking distance (few restaurants on the beach, convenience store on the corner plus downtown is only a one mile away with tons of food, shopping, bars, pharmacy, etc). Great amenities such as beach chairs, beach towels and pool towels.

This location was the perfect spot for our family! It was right on “the strip” of Jaco so was in a walkable distance to the restaurants but felt peaceful in its location on the beach. We loved going back and forth between the beach and the pool. The building has a guard so felt very safe for us traveling with our children.

Casa Zocalo was awesome! Plenty of room for everyone and very close to the beach. Check in was very easy at hotel jaco.

We had a great time at David's place. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room between the bedrooms, main living area, back patio and the pool, and the deck above the pool area. Beautiful views and easy access to the ocean. The pool was cleaned every day and the cleaner came twice during our 11 day stay. The kitchen is more than adequately equipped and there was plenty of room for multiple people to be cooking or visiting in the kitchen. The iguana's were everywhere and we enjoyed the two cats that came around regularly. Communication with the house manager was good. She does work a full time job in addition to managing the house so the responses aren't immediate, but they happened rather quickly.. She setup the private chef for us who catered to our various dietary needs. It was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

The house is well stocked, and beautifully decorated . The location within punta Leona is also great. My only observation which is the pool is set between the room and the kitchen. Which is a beautiful setup , but with young children you have to keep a watchful eye at all times.

Casa Move was everything we hoped for. Our family arrived and had an easy check in with a quick home tour provided by Wil. The home is less than a 3 minute walk to the beach and to a little corner bodega/cafe. The home was well appointed with all we needed for a comfortable stay. The fellas made friends with the owner of Carton Surf Shop next door and spent their days surfing. We walked the trail nearby and saw monkeys, an anteater and tons of birds. We ended our hike with a stop at the Puddlefish Brewery across the street. It is about a 5-8 minute drive to town and we visited a few times. All in all a wonderful , safe location and a lovely home. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful home right on the beach with amazing host who was always right there to assist when needed. The home was immaculate and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The living room was a great relaxing spot and my favourite was the patio table overlooking the pool. We loved this home and you can tell the owner takes pride in hosting. We will be back at the first opportunity . Highly recommended. Thank you for an amazing few days!

This place was so beautiful, very clean and the communication was sufficient. The power went out for like a minute and someone came by to make sure that everything was ok. The response time was amazing. The power turned back on shortly after. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a perfect place for us considering we were with a baby and a young child. The ground floor access it as handy to move in and out of the pool. The apartment was clean an easy to access

Leny was always responsive to any questions that we had. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone to stay there. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. The pool was always clean and warm. No complaints at all.

Norman’s place is amazing and he was very communicative and helpful! Would definitely recommend to go there and I would love to go back.

Donna’s place is great! We would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend. We are a family of three that stayed for 2 weeks. She was incredibly helpful and communicative from the time of booking until we left. The unit is exactly as described with all the listed amenities. It’s very comfortable, beautifully decorated, spacious and we felt right at home. The balcony was amazing, so relaxing with an amazing view. The pool and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is someone on site available 24 hours a day. Great location right on the beach with sandy bottom and fun waves. It’s the quieter end of the beach which we loved, with lovely nature walks and wildlife nearby. Town is walkable or very easy to uber around. Great restaurants and lots to do and see in Jaco and surrounding areas. We are looking forward to visiting again :)

The Condos as Los Suenos are a very comfortable stay. This condo in particular is decorated and outfitted well, and it made me feel like I was staying at my grandfathers in Florida, which was a welcomed vibe as I live in Costa Rica now. The grounds are enormous and expansive, like a whole village. It was a bit confusing to navigate without direction or a map but simple enough. There were many restaurants that delivered to the condo like room service which was great and the marina and shops were lovely. The condo has access to a pool area they call a beach club, it’s a 5 minute drive from the condo itself located next to the hotel. It’s a bit confusing what you do and don’t have access to staying on the grounds. To use the hotel amenities you need to buy a day pass but the day we were there they were sold out. It’s a lovely condo. Very expensive for Costa Rica, they charge that much for Los Suenos community amenities.
