Take in sweeping ocean and sunset views from the 3rd floor of this corner property, with even better vistas to be had from the wicker chairs on the terrace. After a dip in the pool, rinse off under the rain shower in a twin-vanity bathroom. Direct oceanfront with great surfing right in front and located in the center of Jaco where you can easily walk to all of Jaco's shops and restaurants. Please no party groups and strict no guest policy. Catch the big breakers here, or opt for some easier waves to the south. Walk into town to find a good selection of places in which to eat, drink, or shop. Taxi's into town are just $2-3, or you can easily walk/bycycle. No guest policy, maximum 4 people.

Absolutely beautiful! Had the best time and highly recommend the horseback ride. Hosts were very responsive/ great with communication. Definitely not for you if you’re bothered by wildlife + long bumpy drives, so something to keep in mind. The view was insanely gorgeous!! Will be back.

What a pleasure to stay in this beachfront cabin. It's really quiet and very pretty. The welcome is very warm! Whenever we needed anything our host really did his best to respond. The cabin is simple, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. There is a path that passes between the property and the beach but it is very quiet (not a road at all!) The beach is busy on weekends and there is a nice atmosphere. During the week, you'll have the beach to yourself! And what a beautiful beach!

Beach front in Playa Potrero! One of four ground level units in condo. The pool and grass lawn are wonderful. The long black sand beach has baseball size and smaller rocks in the surf, but there aren’t any large rock structures in the area the waves crash. At high tide only sand is in the crashing waves. The unit has quality furniture and cookware. The grill is cleaned daily as well as general cleaning and maintenance of the common grounds. Eating out in the area is very pricey. The condo has the kitchen and outdoor gas grill to stop at the Walmart or Costco in Liberia for groceries and use the nearby San Martin Butcher for wonderful family meals!

Kathleen’s place is really beautiful. The views from the decks are amazing. The kitchen was great. Everything you needed. New shiny appliances. Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms and the main floor was the perfect temp with the ocean breezes. Great showers with plenty of hot water. We loved being right on the beach. It is a big place where we were all able to find our own place to be. The beach is lovely, good waves for boogie boarding and jumping waves. There are kayaks to use which is nice as well. Great restaurants on the beach that you can walk to on the beach. We went to the Beach House and it was delicious! I highly recommend Kathleen’s place!

Magical spot right on the water. With the help of Google translate Cholo brought us fans on request and helped us organise kayaks which we'd highly recommend - we went for a beautiful afternoon kayak & took it out again for a quick spin in the night to see the bioluminescent plankton (we were lucky to have a dark night). The place is rustic so pack your bug spray & note only cold showers. But the bed nets were a good reprive for sleeping. It's so beautiful, we saw macaws & toucans from the stoop & a bat flew right into the house! & the kitchen was well equipped (stove top only).
