Vacation rentals with a pool in Jaco Beach

Wen was always quick to respond to my questions. Everything was as expected. The house and it’s layout was amazing. We were very close to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. We arranged our airport transportation through Wen and also our transportation to our excursions. You could book excursions through Wen but we chose to do that ourselves and just use the transportation. Her property manager Sol was amazing. She was always helpful and would answer all our questions in a timely fashion. She was also our driver to and from the airport and also for the transportation to our booked excursions. She always arrived on time and sent us a message when she arrived so we can meet her outside. She made stops along the way if we needed to pick up supplies and groceries. I would definitely recommend staying at Atabey Village if you are a big group like we were (8 people).

This place is a jewel in the middle of the rainforest and very close to the resort and then ocean. The house was very comfortable and cozy. The kids had a blast in the pool.

Great place to stay! Very responsive host! Prior to arrival there were electricity issues in the area. Obviously the hosts were not responsible for. We informed them and figured things out. Safety was not a concern at all. There is a gated community next door with a guard so that offers additional peace of mind. Amenities including internet, refrigerator and stove worked well. Check in process was smooth and straight forward. The house is in a great location and is walking distance from most if not all restaurants. Overall, great hosts, great house and great location. I will definitely return to this Airbnb for my next trip.

Location was really good close to restaurants and stores. Beach was just a mile away. Centrally located , accessing mountains and beaches was easy. Daniel was great host and helped a lot with local restaurants and things to do. Pool and Ac is big plus.

The houses are spectacular; very well equipped. The pool is great and the hosts are always attentive.

We really enjoyed our stay, the place is very nice, clean and has everything, it makes things a lot easier! Good location and Chris's service was very good.

We were extremely surprised at how nice this place was not just the condo but the whole resort was gorgeous!! Only down side was the extremely firm beds. Could use a lite pillow top on them but honestly wasn’t a big issue. If only the sun had shown itself a bit more had a great time.

Great location in Jaco and felt safe in the gated neighborhood. Walkable although I don’t recommend it at night.

That was my second time staying at one of Cristian places. The friendliness never stop, from the host down to the security was great. Place is very quiet and family friendly. don't need a car plenty of restaurants and bar at a walking distance. I would definitely go back and always look for Cristian to see if he has any openings first. Thank you

Jose’s Penthouse was perfect. This was our third trip to Jaco and we came with more people so needed a larger place and this definitely met our needs. We had 7 people and there was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or even find some alone time if needed. The view was amazing and the pool was extraordinary; it was well maintained, nicely designed and there was always a lifeguard. Thank you so much…we will be back!

Randal was a great host and the condo is in a great area. The community was experiencing low water pressure, but Randal was responsive and did what he could to try and improve it for us.

The place for the price is very nice . A little outdated . Very well stock with amenities that you would normally have buy . Mary was very prompt with message and other communications . We would stay there and again.

Very clean sheets and super nice public areas. Safe and private.
