Beach condo vacation rentals in Jaco Beach

Absolutely beautiful place to stay and relax. Private beach is nice, pool is also nice. Road is a little rough getting there, but after a few times you seem to master the zigging and zagging. Very secure and the condo was as described. It is a little distance from restaurants but we also cooked in a lot so it didn’t matter much! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Josephine and her team were amazing hosts! Very responsive and went the extra mile to accommodate special requests during our stay. We were also very impressed with the property amenities, upkeep, cleanliness and staff. We hope to go back again!

The condo and amenities are exactly as described. Norman is a great host, very responsive. He provided a list of restaurants and things to do around the area which is very helpful. Would definitely rent it again next time in CR.

My friends and i stayed here for a Bach trip! It was absolutely perfect! They did have all little ants on the walls, tables, bathrooms, however I believe it’s cause of the area we’re in. Didn’t bother us much. Everything else was perfect! Exactly the way the pictures are shown! Pool was perfect! Relaxing! After the pool, it leads you straight to the beach! Upon returning to the pool area from the beach they have showers for your body to remove the sand! Everything is pretty close and walking distance, Uber is pretty cheap and cost at max like $6 . It was amazing! We felt pretty safe because it is a gated community!! Overall our stay was amazing!

Had a great time. The apartment was spacious with laundry and cooking facilities. The view from the balcony was amazing especially at sunset.Beach chairs and towels were provided which was great. Eric was a responsive host and we would recommend this place to others.

An excellent place to rest and spend time with the family, the place is very clean. They have very good taste for decoration, it's amazing.

We loved this condo unit which is a pathway walk to the beach! It is a very special unit that stands alone with two sets of sliding doors to an outdoor living space where we ate several meals and relaxed. The pool is great and it has an in unit Washer dryer which was great to have at this point in our trip. Even though Jaco was not our vibe(too busy and commercial) the condo is gated and safe and we just stayed on the beach there which has many small restaurants to enjoy. The staff at the condo unit were helpful and welcoming. The host was vey responsive.

impeccable apartment, comfortable, super nice, cozy, with all the amenities that are needed, the right pool for the family, close to the beach, the host is very kind and willing to help. My family and friends were very happy to spend our holidays on the beautiful coast.

A great stay, we really enjoyed it, the Airbnb is quite nice, we found everything we need, we stayed 2 nights and it is quite equipped with everything you need, the communication with Cindy was incredible, attentive and collaborative. Thanks again💞

The place is very comfy! Teh deck is great place to have coffee. Pool is great and very close and we enjoyed the Beach Club access.

Excellent! strategic location, there is no need or to take the car out to go to the grocer, restaurant, gym, supermarket or beach, everything is too close and central, the place has everything you need for a comfortable stay without spending too much, suitable for families or couples, we will definitely return 🫶

This place was exquisite and more than worth the value! The host Danilo was super responsive and helpful from the moment we booked. All of the little details were so appreciated, from a basinet set up for our 5 month old baby, complete with a tiny pillow and soft blanket. The place has 3 amazing bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - the kitchen and living room were immaculate with games and other fun details. The pool IS literally steps from the space - we didn't need to, but we could have taken our baby monitor with us to the pool, its THAT close. I wouldn't change a thing about this place and we would LOVE to stay here again and highly recommend it! 20 stars!

The condo was amazing! Everything was exactly as it appeared in the photos. We cooked daily in the kitchen and had plenty of space to spread out. The community volleyball and pool were also great for our teens. Great place to stay!

Chad and his team at Monaco went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He sent a carpenter over to install shower bars for my mom so she wouldn’t slip the day we arrived; that’s an amazing host. Thank you so much, Chad!

Came here for my 30th birthday and loved it! The property is gorgeous, loved the amenities didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but loved having it! The location is perfect, walkable to the beach, restaurants, zip lining adventures and breakfast spots. I came with a group of women and we all felt so safe. Would come back again!

Very nice views and location. The apartment is big and has all the amenities one might need for your stay!

Great views with plenty of room for the crew. All amenities were in working order. It is a short walk to all the restaurants, bars, stores and banks. Maid service is not included but I found it not to be necessary because Brittany provided plenty of extra blankets, sheets and towels. Overall a 5 star experience and I can’t wait to return.

This was my second time staying in Philip’s penthouse, and it was just as fantastic as the first! The unit is beautifully renovated, with a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need—it truly feels like home. The entire space is immaculate, and all amenities are exactly as advertised. The building offers 24/7 security, and the grounds are well-maintained and spotless. The location is ideal—far enough from the nightlife to ensure peace and quiet, yet conveniently close to grocery stores and shops. I highly recommend Philip’s penthouse to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!
