Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Jaco Beach

Everything was great. The location was perfect. close enough to the action without being in the middle of it. we were able to get everything we needed within walking distance. The Apartment had everything. Gustavo was responsive and took care of anything we need. Would not hesitate to stay there again. 5 STARS!!!!

Alfredo’s place is beautiful, wonderful location with gorgeous amenities. He was incredibly responsive and resourceful when washer broke in the middle of our visit. He had a new one delivered within hours !! Incredible !! Cannot wait to come back !

He was there anytime I needed anything, I would recommend this place to anyone. It’s beautiful. You won’t find a better place to stay. I left Florida for the rare cold time. I loved it there, A+

Cute place. Close to the beach and the strip with all the restaurants and shopping. AC cooled down the room well. Hot shower with good water pressure. Wi-Fi . Host was super friendly and even accommodated me for checking in early for a reasonable fee. Overall enjoyed my stay!!

The best place to stay in Jaco! As someone that looks for cleanliness, location, views etc, Barry’s place checked all my boxes and exceeded my expectations! This condo offers everything you need and more! This is hands down the only place I’d stay when I come back to Jaco and also highly recommend to friends and family!

Beautiful apartment on the third floor, comfortable, clean, nice furniture, in perfect condition. Very grateful to Luisa for her kind attention throughout the process, always attentive and professional. I would definitely come back and I highly recommend it.

Location, location,location! Condo was a s described located right at the beach with beautiful views. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The place was spotless and has everything you need to prepare meals and lots of space.

Casa Moa is a super cute house to stay as a family. The condominium has very nice amenities and is very quiet. They take a little while the first time they entered, but then they made the process a little easier. The host is too attentive and cordial, would love to come and stay here soon.

Our stay in Jaco was MADE thanks to Christian’s home. Exactly as depicted in the pictures and better - the bathrooms felt like a spa oasis with the high ceilings and outdoor feel. The complex pool was right next to the unit and most days, felt like our private pool. The complex itself felt very safe and private. While Jaco beach isn’t the star of the show, our airbnb location was ideal for accessing all the other great beaches, nature preserves, etc. in the area. And, when going out isn’t in the plans for that day (we stayed there for a month), the vacation vibes kept vibing thanks to the pool, patio, and pretty parakeets that seem to live onsite. 😉 …thanks for your recommendations (Tsunamis for sushi is a must!), above and beyond accommodations (beach chairs and towels), and prompt replies during our stay! Optimal host and stay.

I highly recommend staying at this house, it is the same as what is shown in the photos, which is ideal since in many AIRBNBs the photos are from years ago and the houses are deteriorated. Dennis informed us about a problem with the whirlpool tub 1 hour before check-in, and yet he was able to solve it in minutes, which made our stay perfect. The location is very good, as it is practically 500 meters from pharmacies, restaurants and supermarkets. Another thing we really appreciated was Dennis' response time, which was almost immediate. The condominium facilities are really good, one of the pools is across the street which makes the location of the house perfect! Everything in this house was great…!!! You can't ask for more. We'll definitely be back.

Great space if you’re looking to enjoy time with family and friends. The complex pool is right behind the house. There are pool supplies inside the outside storage. The living room area was amazing as we used the TV for music and cook at the same time. We really didn’t feel the need to leave for anything as we had everything we wanted in here. The pool was a highlight! (There’s also a little cooler for ice to take into the pool. Make sure to buy plastic cups 😌) Finally I have to say that we left very happy and satisfied with how safe it felt! Definitely a 10/10

This home is beautiful! Looked exactly like the pictures ! We had a great time here celebrating my 28th birthday. I would definitely stay here again !

This place was a wonderful place to stay! The backyard is very special and quiet with the waterfall pool and the beautiful artificial grass that was perfect to stretch out on. The kitchen was equipped with all that we needed to make a few meals and the bedrooms were wonderful with comfortable mattresses and blackout curtains that let us sleep extra long into the morning! When we had trouble getting in (my fault, I was looking at a key box on the side of the house rather than at the digital keypad on the door handle), Emmanuel immediately wrote back and helped us get into the house. His fast and friendly response made me feel comfortable to reach out with other questions if needed, but most other useful information was spelled out, so it wasn't necessary. This will definitely be our first choice if we find ourselves back in Jaco someday! Thank you for hosting us, Emmanuel!

In general, everything was very good. The facilities are simply beautiful, José Luis is very friendly, the location is excellent.

The place is really nice! I loved how easy the access was, the house was spotless and we loved the different spaces. I went with my family and I liked that they had some things to play with, my son and I took advantage of the space to play tennis and soccer in the green area next to the pool. Communication was excellent and they always answered my questions. Excellent host, highly recommended!

The place is 5 stars, the pool is a few steps from the balcony, very large and very beautiful, it is one of the best places I have rented, I recommend it.

Caroline helped this once in a lifetime vacation meet every expectation and more. Check-in was easy, the property was georgious and the wildlife was amazing. We ran into a small issue while in Costa Rica, not hosts fault, and she worked with us to make sure we had an amazing experience. Caroline was responsive available every step of the way. Montserrat’s place is a great place to stay. The condo is very modern, spotless, with great Mountain View’s, and a small ocean view..The place has 24 hr on staff security and is in a gated community. Check in is easy! Montserrat is a great Host, she goes above and beyond to assure you have a great stay. She is very responsive and is a pleasant Host. I will be looking to book again. A perfect beach apartment. Just in front of the beach, well equipped, you got all you need for your vacations. Its a very safe place, easy access, 3 swimming pools and a clearly marked parking place. The host was always available. 100% recommended.

This was one of the best rentals that we ever had. The apartment is gorgeous with great views and right at the beach. The pool is lovely as well. Thanks to other reviews, we did some grocery shopping before we arrived so that we did not have to leave during our 3 night stay. We did eat at the restaurant one afternoon and it was good. We hope to return one day soon. Thanks to Jose and his wonderful hosting.
