My boyfriend and I enjoyed our quick stay here. The loft was clean and Chris was helpful and quick to respond. We could easily walk to the beach or chill outside in the pool. Big bed was a plus.

It was great to stay at Sira’s place. I enjoyed walking to Jaco beach 🏖️ it found myself at the beach 🏝️ every morning 6-7am or 7-8am doing fitness on the beach with a local fitness trainer Daniel. It was near Jaco and many quaint places to eat. The house is super safe and beautiful. I loved the garden and extra touches. It felt right at home and would recommend this house to anyone visiting Jaco. Thanks Sira. It’s a beautiful dream beach home and there is lots to do in Jaco and various wonderful grocery stores as well!

Felt safe, the neighborhood is within a gated community with a guard. With check-in, we were given a long list of rules, which was a little overwhelming but all generally within reason. The iguanas around the property were cool. The A/C felt amazing and the apartment itself was cute and exactly as described. Overall, had a great stay!

Rocío helped us super fast even though we made an early booking everything was ready, the place is super clean and you manage to find everything you need to have a good stay. The place we had had a pool table that gave us a super entertaining evening, we also had access to the pool of the complex that has saved us from the strong jacó heat. It will undoubtedly be my first choice on my next visits to Jacó.

The Monaco was clean and secure. Has private security 24/7 and they were friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi setup was a little off, you would have to leave the condo to go up stairs to use it. The condo was clean, but it missed a few amenities like hair dryer and basic laundry detergents and the washer was broken. We had a minor bathroom leaks, but they fixed it within the next day. The maids were amazing they were on top of the cleaning and ensure that our stay was comfortable.

Wen was always quick to respond to my questions. Everything was as expected. The house and it’s layout was amazing. We were very close to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. We arranged our airport transportation through Wen and also our transportation to our excursions. You could book excursions through Wen but we chose to do that ourselves and just use the transportation. Her property manager Sol was amazing. She was always helpful and would answer all our questions in a timely fashion. She was also our driver to and from the airport and also for the transportation to our booked excursions. She always arrived on time and sent us a message when she arrived so we can meet her outside. She made stops along the way if we needed to pick up supplies and groceries. I would definitely recommend staying at Atabey Village if you are a big group like we were (8 people).

The property was very comfortable. The property guide was the most thorough I've seen in all my travels. There were instructions for everything you could think of. The property is beautiful. I enjoyed taking a dip in the pool each morning. We had breakfast at the property each morning as everything needed to cook was available. The property is in close proximity to grocers, restaurants, the beach, a pharmacy... everything needed. Most local tours pick you up right outside the property gates for no extra charge. Liana was the perfect host. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay at your beautiful property.

This stay was beyond incredible! 😍The hosts were so kind and thoughtful, and the house is a perfect blend of eco living and luxurious comfort all in one🙌🏼 Every single detail was carefully thought out, making the space not only beautiful but also so cozy and inviting. I love that it’s completely stocked with anything and everything you might need. It makes it feel like you truly are at home. And that jungle view is absolutely breathtaking! 😍We slept like babies every night, surrounded by the sounds of nature, and truly didn’t want to leave, so much so that we actually extended our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape, this is it. Highly recommend!🙏🏼🔝🌟💗

The house felt like home. In a peacefull condo, it feels safe, has everything one needs to have an enjoyable time. The pool is beautiful, with birds visiting all day. Andrea is very friendly, and helped us all the time, very fast. We had an amazing time, and will be back for sure.

This is an amazing place to stay! The small pool is great to chill in the afternoons and recommend the big one of the social area of the condo for the mornings. The house was clean, The air conditioning worked wonders, we bbq some ribs and work beautiful, the kitchen, always had internet and the hosts SUPER RESPONSIVES to our requests during our stay of around 6 days. Totally recommended to go with Kids!

Absolutely love this experience. The location was perfect. We love staying here. I love the rooms. I love how many bathrooms we love the location in proximity to. Jaco Walk. Honestly everything isn’t walking distance. I enjoyed staying here. I would love to stay again. This place was excellent. Anything that we needed host was readily available and helped us with anything we need to make more comfortable. Thank you for such a great stay.

We stayed at Chantal's house for 3 nights. Clean house, it does have a pool, which is awesome. Close to the beach and city of Jaco. Air conditioning is a bonus. Would stay again.

The place for the price is very nice . A little outdated . Very well stock with amenities that you would normally have buy . Mary was very prompt with message and other communications . We would stay there and again.

Ricardo was willing to work with us! He negotiated with the admin for an extra parking spot (only two vehicles are allowed inside the gate) and he even allowed us some last minute visitors (with another parking spot for their car) that were in the area and showed up last minute for the evening! We were very happy with how flexible and kind he was. Stay here if you come to Jacó bay! 😃

I had the best stay at Jhonathan’s condo at Villa Princess Jacó. It is just as beautiful as the pictures and the property is incredibly serene, peaceful and calm. The condo itself is absolutely wonderful. The bedroom is absolutely stunning - the lighting with the hardwood is like no other! Very comfortable and quiet. I had a million questions and Jhonathan and his team were incredibly communicative and helpful. I had a couple challenges on my end and they were amazing and so helpful. I would stay again in a heart beat. I truly enjoyed that it was on the edge of the town, just what I was looking for. Thank you Jhonathan, Erick and team!!
