Apartment vacation rentals in Jaco Beach

From the moment we booked Brian’s place to the moment we checked out, the experience was amazing. Brian offered several great suggestions on places to eat and visit. His guidebook was so informative and helpful. We were able to walk to most places from the Airbnb. The community was beautiful and peaceful. I would highly recommend staying at Brian’s Airbnb!

Como En Casa staff are super helpful. We needed a last minute accomodation for my family of 3 late in the afternoon in Jaco. They answered really fast and they sent a cleaner to tidy up. The place was spotless.. They contacted us to make sure everything was fine or if we needed anything. The apt is as per description. The swimming pool was lovely. The flat was very clean and tidy but the best was the service. Thank you so much Como en casa.

I would totally recommend staying here, the rooms were spacious, and the hosts were so responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when i come back to Costa Rica :) also everything is a walking distance.

Very clean, digital lock was great, 3 bathrooms made life easy for us to get back out quickly to seeing and doing things. Beautiful pool. Host was super responsive. Some minor minor issues we had were largely miscommunication and that day 1, one of the upstairs bathroom, the towel holder dropped out (not broken just has to be put back in place or was loose already etc). Would absolutely be thrilled to stay again and will bring my family back and stay with them as well

Great condo. Prime location just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown yet still walkable. Cold AC, hot showers and great views. Couldn’t ask for much more. Kevin was an awesome host and great communicator. Will be back soon!! Thanks again, Kevin!!

Josh was very nice and helpful. Bedrooms had air conditioning but common areas did not and so were very hot. There was a pool right outside of the back door. People from other condos were very loud and noisy, especially at night in the pool

My partner and I stayed here for a month and couldn’t recommend a better spot to stay at in Jaco! We are two digital nomads and wanted somewhere quiet we could work from but be within walking distance to the center of town and this was perfect. The wifi was excellent for two people working from home and taking Zoom calls. The kitchen is well stocked - no microwave but we reheated everything easily over the stove. They even have a Brita filter so you don’t have to buy bottled water. The space is cozy - two bedrooms, two full baths, two tables to work from, and AC. This unit is part of a gated, four apartment complex and the neighbors are so friendly! The area is also great. Easy access to a popular gym (fairly inexpensive), the beach, restaurants, and shops. A few of our favorite spots included Jet Fuel Coffee, Los Manitos Bar, Soda Jaco Rustica, Rayana, Tramo El Zarcereño Supermarket, Pollo Granger, PuddleFish Brewery, and Margaritas Jaco. We would definitely come back!

The apartment is modern with plenty of space everything worked well. There is a building being built in front of the property but nonetheless it still has a great view of the mountains, ocean and sunset. Would certainly consider staying here again !

The apartment was as described. Overall, everything is ok. Just a few meters to the shopping and the beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Jessy and Robert’s place was amazing! They are both very kind people and helpful if you needed anything like more towels, etc. We loved the pool and how close it is to down town. The house is very clean and tidy and the shower water heats up quickly! We enjoyed the laminated card inside which had a small map of the area with places to eat, supermarkets, etc. very helpful!! Couch and bed are both super comfy! If we’re ever back in the Jaco area we’ll definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with us!

We loved our stay here. The place was so clean and lots of amenities and well furnished. Everything one would find at home. The views of the ocean were spectacular. The pool was a great place to relax and cool off. We would stay here again.

Claudia’s apartment in Jaco Bay is luxurious, comfortable, spacious, bright, with gorgeous mountain and pool views! Claudia went above and beyond in setting up her unit for our longer stay: she set up beautiful and practical dedicated work spaces; provided a cappuccino machine; her bedroom linens are of extremely high quality, likewise for the furniture and beds; the kitchen is well equipped as well. She is a great host and very responsive. The condo complex is a short 5 minutes walk into town and to the beach. Best and largest pool in Jaco - along with a lifeguard on duty. We will definitely recommend Claudia’s unit to friends and family. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
