Apartment vacation rentals in Jaco Beach

We loved our stay at Freddy's place. We were in CR for 28 days and this was our 2nd stop. I honestly did not expect to like Jaco as much as I did. Freddy's place is the perfect location to check out Jaco and have very close and easy access to the beach. Freddy's place is safe and low key. We appreciated the ability to use the washer and dryer (it is NOT a Tico washer either!). We parked our rental car behind the locked gate and directly in front of the studio apartment. We did not drive anywhere for the 7 days we were in Jaco. The town is entirely walkable. Freddy gave us a list of restaurants he recommended. Our favorite was Jerah Thai. It was the best Thai I have ever had BUT they do not take credit/debit cards. It is pricey so take enough cash ($28 vegetable pad thai). We did one excursion and I would highly recommend CostaCat's full day tour of Tortuga Island. CostaCat has several locations in Jaco where you can sign up and they offer times that are not listed on TripAdvisor.

It was a perfect place for us considering we were with a baby and a young child. The ground floor access it as handy to move in and out of the pool. The apartment was clean an easy to access

Our stay was great. The condo complex is located in the heart of Jaco and there is plenty within walking distance. The host met us and gave great information about places to go and how to access the beach. He was very knowledgeable and eager to help. Check in was easy. The condo complex is gated. We did not have time to access the pool, but it looked great too. As others have mentioned, the bathrooms are small, but there are 3 of them. No complaints here - squeeze in. The water pressure was low at times - there must be shared water among the condos. Understandable for a complex like this and at peak Jaco busy season. The kitchen was well stocked and the multiple air conditioners worked great. Thanks for a great stay and wonderful hospitality.

We had an amazing time- the pools were incredible for the kids, the beach was beautiful and great for swimming. Will definitely come back again. Great place for medium to large families especially those with small children. Cute cafes and bars within a few minutes of the condo. We had a few minor issues with the appliances/AC and Chris was super responsive and had them sorted immediately.

Johana's place was/is the perfect accommodation from which to explore Jaco and the surrounding areas. Her prompt attention to every question or comment began before we even checked in. She wanted us to feel at home and we certainly did! Along with being pristine when we walked in, her home was exactly, maybe even better, than the photos. The pool is delightful, the grounds are beautiful, the staff are friendly, and the security is just what one would want: feeling safe yet comfortable and relaxed. Johana's place is just two blocks from Jaco's main street with its vibrant culture: shops, groceries, restaurants of all cuisines, and music venues. And just three blocks from a great volcanic sand beach! After a busy day of having lots of fun, Johana's home will provide the respite and peace needed to get ready for the next day! Johana and her home are accurate symbols of the warmth and friendliness of the Costa Rican culture. Pura Vida!

Second time we stayed at Gustavo's apt and everything was excellent. Excellent location, safe place. The pool and common areas take a 100.

The place was super clean and comfortable, good for long stays. Located right in town, easy walk to many restaurants and markets. Paula was always quick to respond. I am a solo traveler but there were many families there enjoying the pool and the security of the facilities.

An absolutely wonderful find, we felt right at home and it really felt that Jessy and Robert had thought of everything to make it a comfortable stay. It’s a small space but it doesn’t feel it, and the pool area is just gorgeous. Robert was excellent at communicating before our arrive and he and Jessy were super friendly and helpful. It’s a great location for walking into Jaco but not too loud so it’s peaceful too. I just wished we’d stayed longer!

Tanya was a great host. Unit had everything needed. Close to the beach, close to good restaurants and lots of cool critters around the vegetation. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely book again.

The location of the apartment is super central, it overlooks the sea and you can see the beautiful sunsets from the balcony, The condominium is excellent as always, the pool with very good maintenance.

Claudia's place is beautiful, clean with a great location. The kitchen is well equipped and bedding is very comfortable. The views from the balcony are peaceful and relaxing. Claudia's guide book is spot on for activities. If your visiting Jaco I would highly recommend this unit. Dave & Karen
