Decent location and loved the pool right outside the door. Quiet and tucked away from all the major roads and noises. My average step count was about 7000 per day. The dirt roads leading to the place are dusty but unavoidable. Easily walkable to everywhere and Cafe Tico was the closet place and well recommended. The host was very responsive and helped us get taxi to/from airport. This made it effortless when getting off the plane. Go take the cooking class at DaviannaXperience (promo astanda) which will give you the best local experience and dip into Tico culture. Most food served in the city is SAD (standard American Diet).

Beautiful place and amazing staff. Pool was so refreshing and always spotless. Staff were very attentive and willing to please. Amazing location and an easy walk to the beach and delicious local restaurants. Definitely recommend and will hopefully be revisiting soon.

What a fantastic host Zahra is! It is unusual to have a host greet you as you arrive these days - but Zahra is there with a lovely smile and lots of recommendations. When I told her I had a cold, she brought me a pot of ginger tea- so thoughtful. Yet never intrusive. Always very respectful of privacy. The apartment is perfect. Lots of room, good kitchen, nice rain shower. There is a deck to sit on and watch the many birds and occasional cat, and an easy walk out to the stunning black sand beach. Having breakfast served every day is a real treat and every day it was different. All very good. Would highly recommend Zahra’s spot.

Constructionsinguliere, multi-service tower near the center. Not very warm nor architecturally nor humane but very convenient, reassuring Western repositories. Beautiful view from the common spaces of the rooftop.

Warmly recommended. The appartment is located in a nice quarter with loads of pubs & restaurants. The view is fantastic! Everything was as described and the communication was smooth & fast.

Loved our stay! It looked better than the photos. The grounds were beautifully kept, private, and with a lot of surrounding trees and wildlife. I would recommend a car but it’s very worth it. Easy drive to Manuel Antonio and lots of local shops. Highly recommend!

It's a beautiful one bedroom condo on the 23rd floor. In regards to safety it is card accessed. So your room key only allows you to access your own floor and the rooftop pool area. Her home is very tastefully decorated. Very clean . Balcony has nice view of the city. She provided 3 bags of chips along with 3 bottles of water. On the 24th floor is the roof top pool, barbecue area etc. I highly recommend checking it out. There's a great little coffee machine in the lobby, an Indian restaurant and a casual breakfast, lunch and dinner place within 200 feet of her home. I will stay her again. Eliot
