Family-friendly vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach

Having stayed at a bunch of airbnb's all over the world, we would definitely say that Sandra's house ranks among the top 10% of the places in our experience. With a kitchen deeply stocked with spices, seasonings, cookware and utensils, bath towels, paper towels and bathroom tissues generously stocked as though Sandra just came back from a Costco shopping trip, a smart TV in every room, the backyard generously furnished with several seating areas and more, it felt as though we had stepped into a well furnished home belonging to a family that was actually living there and had just left on a vacation. We were there on a four-day business trip with work every day while my wife stayed home. Being a great cook, she couldn't resist cooking up a storm in Sandra's thoroughly equipped kitchen. If one had more time and it wasn't December, the backyard with the pool, pickle ball court, barbecue grill and spa would be a great place to hang out. I hope business keeps bringing me back to Sandra's.

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

Extremely informative and proactive during Hurricane Helene. Reps came by to prep before and after storm. Generator was available if needed. Host extremely timely with responses and home was well stocked with everything you could need. Will be staying again!!!!

We had an amazing trip to Jax Beach, thanks to Tricia! She was very communicative and accommodating with any questions we had. The condo was so comfortable and nicely decorated. Extra pillows and blankets were provided as well as beach chairs, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. The gym was nice and easily accessible, as well as the pool, outdoor shower, and bike rack. Waking up to the sunrise over the beach was magical! The location could not have been more perfect - a nice bike ride to the Atlantic Beach shops and restaurants or a short walk to Jax Beach area. But best of all, the beach was right outside our door! I looked at MANY listings before choosing this one and I am so happy with the decision we made. We will be back!

Matt’s place was very clean. The area is very peaceful and very convenient for us. There is lot of shopping. Publix is almost across the street for groceries and stuff. I would recommend his place to others.

I would recommend Chucks place to everyone. It’s beautiful, peaceful, and felt like home. Chuck is always attentive. 10/10

We had an amazing time at David’s home. Everything was conveniently labeled and clean. The home is beautiful and located very close to downtown and the beach. David was responsive with any questions or concerns we had and was extremely nice. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in Richard’s home in the past. It has been a few years. We noticed some updates have been done. The house is just beautiful and there was plenty of room for the 4 of us. We always appreciate how quickly he responds to any questions we have.

Had a lovely, cozy stay at this Bungalow. The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive and the bungalow itself made me feel right at home. Great location near the trendy San Marco area and walking distance to restaurants and neighborhoods. I would stay again next time I find myself in Jacksonville!

What a fantastic find! From start to finish, all I can say is WOW. From the first communication, Richard was extremely responsive and super friendly. Check in was a breeze and after we got settled, Richard came over to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. He is a great conversationalist and has a wealth of knowledge regarding the history of both the house as well as the historic neighborhood which he was more than happy to share. He gave us several local recommendations for restaurants which we checked out and to a one he was right on the mark. The property itself is absolutely amazing. A converted historic general store built in 1910, the house is styled to accurately reflect the time period. It was like stepping into a time machine! It looked exactly like the listings pictures. The house was incredibly clean and spotless and the "secret" door was so delightful. AirBnB should feature Richards place in their tv ads. VERY happy with the entire experience!!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The townhouse is two short blocks to the beach. Beach chairs, towels and even a paddle board are available to use.

Thank you for being accommodating to me as a dog mom. Instant 5 stars any time I can travel with my fur kids.

Beautiful house directly on the beach. Very easy to socialize both inside and outside with balconies, large bar counter tops and tables for large groups. Well worth the price.

Staley’s rental was perfect for our 2 couples. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Loved the balcony view of the ocean and the easy accessibility! Beds were super comfy and nice to have our own bathrooms. We used the Beach Buggy service to get to the restaurants. Thanks Staley!

Had a great stay! Beautiful view. Loved the local Breezy Coffee shop 2 blocks away. Walked there everyday for breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

This condo is an absolute gem and the hosts are simply wonderful. The location is incredible, quiet and peaceful and the unit is very spacious for a 2/2. The small courtyard grass area is such a wonderful area, especially with children. Max and Sara were extremely responsive and literally have everything you could possibly need at this unit. I will only stay here when visiting Jax beach for now on. Thank you Max and Sara for the wonderful trip!

Kudos to the host for being very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation. Wonderful place and very convenient to shopping, restaurants and various places especially the beach. Cable tv and streaming on every tv. The house was stocked with amenities and even games for the kids. Very relaxing environment and the pool was a great added touch so we only visited the beach once. We would definitely get this place again when we visit again.
