Words can’t describe how beautiful the view was from our balcony. The beach couldn’t be any closer to our door and the apartment inside was perfect. Just what we needed after a day in the beach. The balcony/beach access was a super thoughtful feature we got lots of use out of! Can’t wait to return as soon as we can.

I want to thank Raquel for all her tips for the surrounding community. Our stay was so relaxing and sitting on the back porch, listening to the ocean and the birds, was the cherry on top of our trip. It was so nice to be able to walk down to the beach, set our chairs down (that are provided by the host) and just relax. I actually found a few shark's teeth, as well. I absolutely will recommend your location to all my friends and family. As far as the pricing nightly, I felt like we got a steal. There is nowhere that we looked at that had the quality of your space, and the accessibility to the ocean all in one. Your place is #1 on our list of places to return to. Again, thank you for your hospitality.

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The space was clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed. Hands down, these were the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had in a rental—we all slept incredibly well. It was also a huge bonus being able to bring our dogs; they loved being part of the trip and felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Lauren’s place stands out in the villas at Ponte Vedra Beach. We stayed in 4 Summer Place villas this year. Casita by the Sea was the best—well appointed, great ocean/beach view and access, offered a variety of supplies, large tv, furnishings/linens/towels of excellent quality. Although in a condo complex this unit’s patio just seemed the most private and had good furniture. We were very comfortable. Definitely returning to Lauren’s place.

Needed a beach vacation and this was perfect. Had a beautiful large balcony with a direct view of the ocean. The lodging was exactly as described. The kitchen was nicely stocked. Would definitely recommend as long as you can climb the 3 small staircases to reach it. Tommy also provided a guidebook with restaurant listings if needed. Indeed a great host!

Our second year at Leslie's place. It's located 3 mins from the beach. They have a tent, beach chairs, toys ... we didn't have to lug all that on the plane this year! Will highly recommend for a family with kids ... and we hope to keep coming every year.

Location is beautiful with a private walk out to the beach. The outside patio was quiet and peaceful, and the accomodations were perfect for a couples get away. Easy walk to tons of restraunts and shops, whether you prefer to walk down the beach or along the main drag. Communication with the host was quick and easy, really have nothing but good things to say about the location and it's owner!

We had an amazing trip to Jax Beach, thanks to Tricia! She was very communicative and accommodating with any questions we had. The condo was so comfortable and nicely decorated. Extra pillows and blankets were provided as well as beach chairs, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. The gym was nice and easily accessible, as well as the pool, outdoor shower, and bike rack. Waking up to the sunrise over the beach was magical! The location could not have been more perfect - a nice bike ride to the Atlantic Beach shops and restaurants or a short walk to Jax Beach area. But best of all, the beach was right outside our door! I looked at MANY listings before choosing this one and I am so happy with the decision we made. We will be back!

Our stay was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The condo was beautifully decorated, modern, spotless, & fully stocked with everything we needed. Waking up to the sound of the ocean & enjoying both sunrises & sunsets from the oversized balcony was pure magic. The balcony alone is a showstopper! The washer & dryer were such a helpful touch during our stay, & the wagon they provided made check-in and check-out easier The location was perfect—just minutes from great restaurants, coffee shops, & spas. The check-in & check-out process was seamless. Todd was an amazing host. He was very responsive, kind, accommodating & easy to communicate with. We’re already planning our return trip. We would absolutely stay here again & recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing ocean front getaway.

We loved Kim's condo for our family of five! We were visiting family who lives in Sawgrass and it was wonderful to be so close by! The condo was incredibly clean, well equipped, spacious, comfortable, and sunny! We made a full Easter breakfast in the kitchen and had everything we needed! The beach chairs, cooler, and sun tent also came in very handy for beach days. Kim was so welcoming and responsive. Overall, we had a great stay and will be back!

Kelly and Bob have a great place that is very close to Route A1A in Ponte Vedra Beach, retail stores, restaurants, and the beach. We had the added bonus of being within a mile of family. The condo was very spacious and well-appointed. Everything was as we imagined it, and more. We hope to have the opportunity for a return stay in the not-too-distant future. Mark

We loved Amy’s condo, the view was breathtaking of the beach and the ocean, especially during hurricane Milton! Amy was very supportive during the hurricane, checked on us every day, offered her help in any way and we felt very safe. The condo is very cozy with a comfortable sofa and great bed. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need. I can highly recommend Amy’s condo to anyone who wants a peaceful getaway on a gorgeous beach.

We recently stayed at Lisa’s condo for spring break, and it was super comfortable, cute and well stocked. The bed was comfortable, there were power reclining seats, a small desk, flat screen TV, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and she even provided beach towels and chairs. It is not oceanfront, but is in a gated beachfront community and the beach was a short walk away. We were delighted by the personal touches: a welcome note with goodies, charging station for our devices, nice supply of towels and even K-cups. Lisa was a gracious and responsive host. We would definitely recommend her place and stay there again!

My husband had a kidney transplant and we had some follow up appointments at Mayo. Mandy’s place was perfect for us. 😊 It had an amazing view with a short walk to the beach that was so peaceful. We loved the beach, home, scenery, and location tremendously. I wholeheartedly recommend Mandy for a wonderful host and the place was excellent!

This is a beautiful condo with an amazing view. It had such easy access with a parking space right next to the elevator. The Condo had everything we needed and was a very relaxing escape for my husband and me. We would stay here again.

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. Overall, good location and nice indoor environment. This place is at a great location basically right on the beach, easy to walk straight there. Not too much city traffic noise to pollute the ocean ambiance but still close enough to restaurants, stores, hospital, etc. The inside of the place is homey and big enough for several guests if they’re willing to share beds. Lots of kitchen appliances are provided for staying in your make meals. Great for a quick beach vacation!
