This place was absolutely amazing! Exceeded every expectation I had and felt right at home the moment we checked in! Check in was a breeze and place was super easy to find. As you walk in you feel right at home with the beautiful furnishings. House was extremely clean couldn’t even find a spec of dust in the whole house. We went with the extra heat in the pool and let me say well worth it! We went in February and the air was cool and the heat made the pool even more enjoyable! Has a beautiful fire ring with nice outside furniture that made star gazing unforgettable. Every detail of this property made our stay that much more enjoyable. With Justin he didn’t just stop communicating after check out. He made sure we were satisfied with our stay and if there was anything he could improve on. We have stayed at places where they just want your money. This makes you feel like you’re truly staying at a home.

This was an absolute great location. From the very welcoming space to responsive host, this vacation & stay was pretty close to perfect. The home was what was described & shown. Loaded with things to do, with games, pool table & ping pong, & old-school, stand-up arcade game (that my son loved). The home had plenty of space to quietly read a book, relax with the family or watch a movie on the large TV. Every detail was well thought out, furniture & bedding was comfortable, and anything you could possibly need for our stay was there at your fingertips. The home included all utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, plates/bowls/mugs etc etc. I cannot rave enough about the stay and would certainly return and recommend the stay to other. As for the host, he absolutely has earned the superhost title. He always responded to me within minutes of sending, whether prior to the stay, or during, he was always quick with a reply. Thank you, Parthesh, for making this a great vacation.

James's house was a great place to stay, we were lucky that it was available for the time we needed it. James communicated right from the start and was there with anything we needed.....which was nothing...... the place was perfect. We will defiantly book this place again when we return to Jacksonville Florida.

I have to say we have a few hiccups on our end and Alex and his wife were so understanding and respectful and just overall probably the most accommodating hosts I’ve ever dealt with. I would say the photos do the back area no justice. It’s so peaceful and serene and privacy like no other. I recommend anyone who likes comfort and peace over everything else to stay here. The beds were so comfy and the layout is perfect. I’ve lived in Jacksonville my entire life and never knew this area had such privacy and space. I would stay here hands down over anywhere we had to stay while we were having our home worked on. They were flexible and just amazing people.

We visit Florida every year this time we changed up where we stayed at this time and love this place . The stand up shower to the soaking tub was amazing pool out back was great over all loved everything about this place

we had some car troubles right before traveling for vacation and was a stressful few days. felt great to walk into the Airbnb and everything was just right. clean looked as advertised and felt homey right away. the kids had an absolute blast even on days we just hung out at the house. nice quite neighborhood not to far from things to do. would recommend to friends and family for sure and or stay again. thanks for topping off our vacation with the perfect place to stay!

Hannah's home was immaculate! So stunning and gorgeous, the pictures do not do it justice. Loved the outdoor area and the claw foot tub was swoon worthy! Will def be back!! Cannot recommend enough!

We had an amazing time! The area was beautiful! We went to the beach and ate at restaurants that were nearby. Everything you need is a 5 minute walk. The house was very cozy! My daughters felt like we were in our own home. We went during a tropical storm and a heat advisory so it definitely took a toll on his backyard and pool. We still had plenty of time to enjoy it and spent almost every night in the hot tub. Cory was very responsive when we messaged him. He was very friendly and helpful. If we are ever in the area in the future…we would look to stay here again.

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

Great stay while we were house hunting in the area. Edward was super responsive and the neighborhood was very calm and walkable. Perfect for our toddler!

Jessicas place was nice and great for family. perfect layout, calm serene environment, clean and thoughtful. The host was very communicative and helpful. we will stay again! place definitely met expectations.

We were in Jacksonville for treatment at Mayo Clinic. Confetti house is extremely close to the facility, which was really nice. The house is in a quite, safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed the backyard which included a putting green and a Koi pond. Frank was very accommodating and quick to respond to inquiries. We had a great stay!

This was our first experience with airbnb, so I had many questions/concerns ahead of time. Jamal patiently addressed all of them--and was reassurring, accommodating, and responsive for the entire two months prior to our stay. That was very much appreciated.

A quick weekend d away, and this quaint cottage was perfect. The location is prime. The best part of the place is the deck and outdoor space. You could enjoy a cloudy/rainy day under the covered deck. Great hostess.

Had a great time! Very comfortable relaxed Boho vibe, close to everything like beaches and restaurants. Quiet and cozy home in a family oriented neighborhood. Plenty of parking. Will stay again!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Jacksonville with or without animals this is the place! Very quiet neighborhood, large fenced in yard for dogs, close to shopping and restaurants! If you’re looking for a place with oddly great water pressure in the shower then you hit the jackpot staying here!

Great stay for a week with our pups. Very clean and quiet location, near everything but off the main drag. Updated interior with a large backyard. Kitchen had all the necessaries including Keurig. Heat & AC worked well, washer & dryer seemed brand new. Bathroom was clean & modern, with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Richard was a great host, even got the backyard mowed at our request, super appreciated. Couple of notes for pet owners: there's no direct access from inside to the backyard & the gate is a bit large & heavy to open, but the kids loved running around in it! Highly recommend a stay!

Something came up and we had to move to another location that Lisa owned. She was quick to respond and took care of the switch. Even though it was late in the evening she was able to complete the switch. The next morning we had a box of supplies deopped off to us for the location. Thank you again!
