Monthly Rentals in Ipswich

Perfect location and perfect base for our time in Ipswich. Apartment had everything we needed and a few extras which were a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again for our next visit.

Great stay! Very comfortable, easy to access and easy check in. Host was so communicative and very helpful. Lovely for a little relaxing quiet stay and so nearby local cafes and travel connections. Had a lovely stay, only thing I would say is the TV is slightly temperamental and didn't really let me access anything outwith YouTube Very much recommend this stay!

Andrew and his colleagues were very helpful. I received detailed check-in instructions and although it took me a few minutes to find the lock box -- go through the entrance to parking and do a 180 and you'll see the lock boxes on the brick wall -- access was easy and the flat was lovely. There was a problem with the TV remote control and within minutes of reporting it I got a text response, which was followed up by a phone call and then an in-person visit. Once it was determined that a replacement remote was needed it was provided the following day while I was out. Very friendly and responsive!
