We stayed here the night of our wedding. It was such a peaceful place to come back too. Susie had decorated the space with balloons, bunting and even had a bottle of fizz on ice. So incredibly thoughtful 🥰. The space was clean, comfortable with all that we needed. Very much enjoyed being able to have a bacon sandwich on the decking in the sunshine when we woke up. Sad we couldn’t stay longer - highly recommend

We had a wondeful time at the House in the Clouds. It was a great place for a family celebration and none of us could really believe we were staying in such an iconic building and one we had looked at since the 1970's. Such an amazing place for a family reunion and all the children who visited during the weekend (thye were staying in other houses in Thorpeness) had a brilliant time too. There is so much for them to do in the house and garden. The kitchen was really well equipped and we cooked meals for the 10 of us actually staying in the house. Thoroughly reccomend this unique experience.

Tatiana and Leiam have been very accommodating. Their responses have always been quick when I had any questions. Their home is beautiful and comfortable. It is situated close to shops and restaurants that is walkable. I would recommend them and will definitely book again.

The Boathouse is tucked away in a little estuary side on going boatbuilding yard, with the sound of wildlife and workers preparing rigs for sailing or having an after work drink at the local pub. There is a stopping of time in this edge of England. The Boathouse is furnished either every tasteful home appliance you need to enjoy time away without stress. The ambiance is restful , tidy and peaceful. Our days flew by in long walks along the estuary, followed by pub dinner in the fresh air, then sleep. It was a perfect break.

Arriving with very clear directions. Clear directions on how the spa bath works as well. The place was immaculate! Bed was super comfy! Lovely and clean shower. Spa bath really topped it all off and had no trouble with the temperature also. Definitely will be returning!

Clare’s place was a gentle stroll in to Fram, which is so pretty. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, all Clare’s instructions were very clear. Her communication was excellent and very prompt. I would definitely recommend her cottage to anyone who would like a stay in Framlingham. Thank you.

My stay at Kingfisher Lodge was the perfect weekend escape for me and my little staffy Freya, the properties garden is wonderful, great fun to explore and a perfect suntrap to indulge in a good book! The accommodation was clean and cosy with everything needed to relax and feel at home, with added goodies including bread, butter, eggs, jam, milk, tea, coffee, a fruit bowl and wine/beer. I slept great, the mattress was super comfy and the location is peaceful and quiet whilst being 10 mins drive from the lovely town of Bury St Edmonds and a 2 min walk from Norton Park which is a must if you're staying with a dog, it's a lovely walk with woods, a river and even a maze to enjoy. The host was friendly and accommodating and made our stay the best it could be, as did his lovely little dog Georgia. Would happily revisit. 5 stars all round.

Lisa was so lovely to us and made our weekend away really special with extra touches. The Airstream was so much bigger and more homely than expected, we are quite tall (both nearly 6ft), and there was plenty of space and headroom inside! The decoration is lovely too, definitely luxurious and elegant. The favourite bit was definitely the outdoor kitchen in such beautiful surroundings. At the top of the garden is lots of private space looking out onto fields so it was just perfect to have a peaceful getaway!

The Pavilion was comfortable and well equipped, close to some beautiful walks and many excellent pubs. Liz was a very responsive host and to be met with milk, bread, butter, eggs, marmalade etc - all you needed for breakfast - was much appreciated. The beautiful bunch of daffodils was also a lovely touch. We had a great weekend and thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

Julia could not have been more accommodating and flexible. She went over and above to not only make us feel extremely welcome but to assist us with any requests we made throughout our stay. The cottage is wonderful - it's very well equipped and a really comfy / peaceful place to stay. Before and after a day's work, it was great to be able walk direct from the front door into lovely countryside - a real tonic. We’ve just returned from a 2 night stay at green valley farm, renting all 4 cottages for new years celebrations. We had a great time! The cottages are decorated beautifully and felt really cosy, with all of the utensils/appliances you could need! We also loved the little touch of a welcome basket and a dog essentials basket too! I would 100% recommend Rebecca and Green valley farm and would definitely book again Thankyou so much! ♥️

Our best Airbnb find! We had an amazing week at Red Hare Barn - it’s such a beautiful find in a peaceful location whilst still close to all the tourist highlights of the Suffolk coastline. Paul and Vanessa were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay - from suggesting an early check-in, so we could make the most of the sunshine, to recommending off-lead beaches to walk our Labrador (a keen swimmer!) The barn itself is spacious, immaculately clean and very cosy! It is well-equipped with everything you could need for a family or couples stay, so much so that we stayed in most evenings and enjoyed the relaxing space. The enclosed garden, full of spring potted flowers and sun loungers to enjoy an afternoon cuppa was also a highlight! Plus enclosed garden and parking just outside. Our daughter is already asking us to rebook so we’ll be keeping our eyes peeled for spring/summer 2026 dates! Thank you Paul and Vanessa.

We arrived in the dark and the area is very rural and so peaceful. We met Donna whilst taking the dog on a stroll around the farmland. Advised to take a good torch if walking at night. Lovely local pubs but a decent walk away, great villages and takeaways in nearby villages a 5 minute drive away. we stayed in and cooked a lovely meal the first night, perfect for a remote and quiet romantic stay, was sad to leave.

The wishing well cottage is beautiful with lots of character and unique features. The cottage is well equipped, Alison really has thought of everything. It is on a quiet road and cosy vibes! Alison is a lovely host, very attentive and welcoming and happy to give recommendations. We visited the Swan inn ( Alison’s recommendation) and it was lovely homemade food . We also visited a few historic sites such as Ickworth estate , Anglesey Abbey and gardens , the crooked house. all within neighbouring towns . Thanks again Alison.

We stayed at Hedgehog chalet with our 2 children as a base to explore a bit of Suffolk. The Chalet was easy to find, plenty of parking and easy to access. Beautifully presented, fresh and clean , the kitchen was well equipped for our needs and the crisp white bed linen and towels were lovely ! There is a nice courtyard garden space too. Rachel left an informative welcome guide to the local area , attractions and restaurants which we found very useful. This was the perfect space for our weekend break and would highly recommend for a small family.

We had a lovely stay at Karen’s property. Perfect location for walking into the town and access to beautiful walks. The secluded garden was ideal as we had our dog with us. The house itself was lovely and clean with lots of lovely little extras that you might forget to pack. The traffic on a morning is quite busy but we wake early so it was not a problem for us. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again.

It's a lovely house in a peaceful location and has been tastefully renovated and decorated throughout with the highlight being the open plan kitchen which forms the hub of the house. The property is very conveniently located for both the Pier and the shops and other amenities in Southwold. Emma was an excellent host and was very helpful and quick in responding to questions.
