House vacation rentals in Iowa City

The house was a great fit/layout for our family of four (teen kids), location was convenient, and easy to get to. It is on a main route, but we never felt that there was too much traffic, nor did it ever get loud enough to notice inside. We did have a little maintenance hiccup, but Ethan was very quick to respond and did everything he could to make it right. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is a very peaceful place to spend some time! There was laundry on site and the host was always responsive. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of extra towels. It was quiet at night compared to other places in town that are very close to trains. They were flexible with my check out time. Thank you!

This was a great place for our large group's annual weekend football game to see the Hawkeyes. There is a lot of space, both inside and outside to spread out and enjoy the stay. Melissa was great to work with and responded to all of our questions and requests. I would highly recommend this home for a large group travelling to Iowa City.

Very proactive in keeping upto date about check in. simple check in instructions and easy to find. everything was just as shown in pictures. all amenities were wonderful. house was clean and spotless. beds were comfortable and just overall a very well kept property. thank you for allowing us to stay!

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and ready to go! We all enjoyed that they had marked the type and firmness of the mattresses, it was nice because everyone could choose which one they wanted to fit their needs.

It was a nice and beautiful place to stay at, nice neighborhood and also nice rooms and bathroom, allows you to realy feel at home

One of the best places to stay for long term. Grocery store, restaurants and gym right behind the house and don’t need to drive anywhere. Back yard is very enjoyable to sit out and enjoy the sunset. Roberto is extremely responsive with any questions I had. Home is spacious and very comfortable. A great place to stay when in town for business.

This has got to be the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. Marybeth has a creative decorating talent. I want to replicate some of her ideas at our own place. We appreciated the extras here- the treats for our dogs, the tea and coffee....also she was very responsive when I had a question and the beds were so comfortable. There might be people in the lower unit but they were very respectful and noise was not an issue.

This home was ideal for our large family of adults and children. Plentiful sleep space and an open floor plan to help us enjoy being together.

We had a great stay here and thought that the hot tub was a lot of fun!

Thank you Lindsay! Your property and home are absolutely beautiful. The decor is gorgeous and the amenities were accurately described. We enjoyed the comfortable furniture and slept peacefully in the plush beds. Our family had a wonderful time relaxing in the front room cozy around the fireplace , watching television in the lower level family room, playing cards at the dining room table, and making meals in the kitchen. What an amazing weekend. Thank you for hosting us! We were satisfied in every way and beyond!

We were all so happy with Boyson House. It was close to our event that weekend and to my daughter's house. The space had just what we needed! I was so pleased to have the very large fenced in area for my dog to run free! I wasn't expecting that size of a fenced in area. She got some good exercise there. I also appreciated the laundry room area just as we entered so Cricket could feel like she was a part of what we were doing without being under our feet. Her crate fit well in there - so much space. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have different areas to sit and chat. I recommend this place!

This four bedroom home is clean, modern, and spacious. It has an open plan on the main floor with access to a nice screened-in porch, and a big family room on the lower level. The bed rooms are large. There is easy access to I-80 or to surface streets for getting to Coralville shops and restaurants. Brandin was great at quickly responding to any questions that I had as we prepared to travel there -- we were attending our daughters wedding. They have most of the kitchen utensils you need for cooking, although it could perhaps use a few more plates and glasses. Overall, a very positive experience.

Loved the tranquil setting at Karen's place. This was a really cute mid century modern style home. My dogs adored the place and it had an amazing fenced in yard with a doggie door so my pets could come and go outside. The kitchen was really cute and the side of town was perfect it was a peaceful neighborhood with charming character. The beds were comfy and I loved cute place.
