Iowa City Area Rustic Retreat on the Pond!

Great option in North Liberty! We stayed here between Christmas and New Year’s while we were visiting family. The house is located in a quiet cul de sac and backs to pond. The house had a nice layout and it was very clean. Kristen was a gracious host and communicated clearly. The kitchen was well appointed with plenty of items for cooking. The bathrooms had lots of soaps and other items. We would definitely stay here again!

The Ola Babcock House (With Hot Tub)

We had a great time at Clay’s Babcock house. I had several family members that were in town for a funeral and the house was so accommodating. Everyone had their own space and the main rooms were large enough where everyone could gather. The location is close to downtown so very walkable to stores and restaurants. Will definitely look to book on my next visit to Washington.

I stayed at this Airbnb for 3 months while in Cedar Rapids for work. I felt very safe here. The space was very well stocked with everything I needed for my stay. The bed is so comfortable!! Tim and Richard are extremely friendly and were very responsive whenever I needed anything. 10/10 recommend staying at this Airbnb.

We booked this place because of its close proximity to the Powerhouse Event Center - It was a 12-minute walk, just what we were looking for. The space was clean and comfortable, including the bed, and just the right size for 2 people.

Could not have been more pleased with not only the cozy little spot blocks from Coe College but the hosts and their staff! While staying my 3 year old got sick sadly. First thing in the morning they were at my door to take the soiled linens, towels and provide fresh. They also happily remade the bed! Will most definitely be revisiting with a child going to Coe next year and this is top of the list! 💚💚
