Only 5 minutes from I-80, 10 minutes from the U of I and 2 miles in all directions to many restaurants. Your section of the home is private with a separate entrance. We have a Ranch with a walkout basement. It's like an apartment within a home. The Donut Suite is the entire downstairs of our home. There is only 1 stair from where you park to the entrance of the suite.

We enjoyed our stay at Coralville. The hosts are very warm and kind. They had kept an ester goodie bag for kids and some yummy chocolates for us to enjoy. Oscar and Fanny are super friendly. They responded quickly to our request. Would definitely recommend this place.

This house and host are great! Have stayed a few times and so glad to have found it. Liz is very communicative! Her home has everything you could need kitchen wise, even had a high chair for kids. The board games and basketball/air hockey was so fun! Would definitely recommend.

Home exceeded our expectations and highly recommend. We were in town for an event on campus so it was a very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed being able to go for a walk at the nearby park trails and relaxing in the private back yard. We enjoyed the use of the BBQ gas grill for making our dinner. House was immaculate and well stocked. Very helpful to have the supplies available to do laundry. Would stay again if ever in town.

We picked this home for proximity to family and the U of I and it was perfect! It is beautifully furnished with ample space for gathering. We’d recommend Steve’s home to anyone visiting Iowa City. We’ve only stayed at a few Airbnb’s and this home set the bar high!!
