House vacation rentals in Indian Shores

Heated pool was amazing. It now has a gate and fence and fenced roof around it so no leaves In Pool. Place was very clean. 3 bathrooms was amazing. Host was very responsive if I had questions. Tampa 20 min drive. Lots of restaurants parks and a couple beaches. Very peaceful neighborhood, felt very safe. No issues.

This is the perfect home for a large group! Lots of fun game tables and a nice pool, tons of space, beds, huge kitchen in a quiet neighborhood less than 15 minutes to the beach!

Maria was super responsive and answered any questions we had. The house was great and accommodating. The pool was cold as it’s not heated but was perfect to float in on the hot sunny days! Definitely would stay here again!

We stayed here right after Hurricane Helene for work, had to evacute for Milton, and then came back. Mark and his crew was amazing from start to finish in accommodations and communication.

Nice home. Not a lot of yard for larger dogs, but worked well for smaller pets. Very responsive owner and great communication. Had all needs for our stay. Reccomend to anyone who is visiting the area.

Absolutely amazing stay. Worked great for our large group. There is something for everyone to do in the fenced in backyard and the bathrooms in the house are beautiful and updated. Pool was very warm and a great way to relax. Will definitely stay here again!

The house was clean, exactly as described, very spacious, backyard space was a real perk! We stayed at this location due to the proximity of the Pinerallas Trail and worked out perfectly. The home is located is a residential area 10/15 minutes from the main beach areas which we weren’t sure about at first but soon realized traffic near the beach is horrible and our place being off the main path of tourists worked out really great. The home owner was easy to contact for questions we had.

Can't say enough good things about our hosts and the thoughtfulness and thoroughness that went into the appliances, kitchenware, towels, linen, etc. Too many rentals have cheap or inexpensive washers, refrigerators, etc -- but Bob and Kim show they care about their visitors and take pride in keeping up the quality of their house. One note: if you are expecting huge bathrooms, you will be disappointed -- but for the 4 adults and 3 kids under 9, it was just fine for us!

The Peacock house was very clean, decor was cute and creative. They did a great job keeping vintage accents of the original home, like the crystal door knobs, with contemporary amenities. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and very clean as well. There was a notebook with all the info for any question you may have, and Lisa was polite and quick to reply when messaged. The parking was right next to our door, which was great for us. We were traveling with a 6 month old, so it was nice to just be able to run out to the car if we forgot something. Instead of having to run to a parking garage or valet at a hotel. We stayed for one night, just a little stay-cation from Sarasota, but would definitely stay again.

The house was everything stated. Well supplied and clean. The master suites on opposite sides of the house were great. Gave us privacy and space. The outdoor pool and hot tub were the main attraction!! Clean, private and warm. Being able to walk to grocery and restaurant/pubs was very nice. Sandra was a 5-star hostess!!! We will be looking at going back!

The house was very cleaned, located in peaceful neighborhood and it matches the description. The pool was not warm enough since outside temp was colder in mid feb also had a glitch with the fan/light switch in the kids room but other than that overall nice place and 30 mins drive from the famous beaches

House was very nice. Full of everything you need from detergent to shampoos. Very impressed with all the hospitalities! House is as described. Great place for a family stay. Thank you!

This is the second time my family has stayed at Carlos and family’s house and we love it. They are great hosts that are responsive and give lots of local recommendations. Beautiful clean home with an amazing backyard and pool. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation.

Vito allowed us to check in early, which was great since we had to check out of our resort at 11am in Kissimmee then drive an hour and a half to Largo. The home was very easy to find and check in. Once we entered the home we could feel the love Vito puts into welcoming his guests. He truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The snacks and waters were such a sweet touch. The kids, and Grandma, lol, enjoyed playing pac man. We all appreciated the big TV’s not only in the living room, but also bedrooms: an amenity we take for granted at home, but had to do without at other Airbnbs and hated it, so we are truly grateful Vito has them in his home. The home really had everything we needed. We enjoyed our peace there after five days at the very busy Disney parks. Thanks again Vito. We look forward to coming again.

We loved out stay. It was exactly as described and pictured. Mona was amazing and super friendly. We would definitely stay again. It’s super close to the beach, which we went to every morning and night. Comfortable and clean.
