Vacation rentals with a kayak in Indian Shores

We had such an incredible vacation in St Petersburg thanks to Phillip’s home and hospitality! It was a great location and quiet neighbourhood, and the home was big and clean. Phillip went above and beyond by providing so many amenities, we had a stocked fridge and lots of snacks, which was really great to walk into after we arrived late. We had the pleasure of meeting Phillip, and he had great recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. Thank you Phillip, we hope to visit you again!

We had a wonderful stay at William’s place ! The house was beautiful and spacious , with very comfortable beds . The heated pool was a treat and we enjoyed that every day. The golf cart made it so easy to get to the beach and restaurants and the kids really enjoyed that part of our vacation. We would ride over , grab some ice cream at the restaurant right across the street , and I would watch the boys play on the beach as the sun set . Most beautiful ! We enjoyed the area as there are so many wonderful restaurants nearby and it is a short drive the Clearwater where we enjoyed the aquarium , but we appreciated the more relaxed atmosphere in Indian Rocks . William was very helpful and communicative . It was a perfect spring break for my teenage boys and myself . Highly recommend and we will be back !

We all absolutely loved Christine's place. It was tastefully renovated and felt very high end. The layout was perfect and the view so fabulous. The manatees are in front of the house all day. They were amazing. The pool was clean and perfect temperature. The furniture is not only beautiful but comfortable. We kayaked, rode bikes, and played air hockey. It was a great quick getaway. We would stay there again.

House is very spacious had everything we needed there was a kids park within walking distance and the beach was close as well

Casa Coquina is absolutely a beatiful place t and has everything you need for your stay at the home. Chuck and Jilla are very responsive and gave great recommendations on places to go and eat while you are in St. Petersburg. Besides loving the pool and spa we used the dock for fishing and was able to see a manatee , which was my favorite part of our trip.

Great family house for our spring break. Plenty of room to spread out and used the pool everyday. Close to beach, restaurants and a few shops. Will stay again!

The house was great. Great for days at the beach having everything that you could need available. The pool and tiki bar was a huge favorite of ours.

Perfect Coastal Getaway My sister and I were looking for a relaxing beach retreat, and this place exceeded our expectations. The accommodation was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the proximity to the beach. Just a short walk away, we enjoyed sun-filled days lounging on the soft sand and taking refreshing dips in the ocean. It was so convenient to have the beach just minutes from our doorstep, allowing us to soak up the sun whenever we pleased. The neighborhood is lovely, with plenty of quaint shops and delicious dining options nearby. We loved exploring the area and trying out local restaurants. Overall, our stay here was an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a charming beach escape!

Our cottage wasn’t ready when we arrived but Captain Al was very responsive and accommodating! He provided us another cottage in a timely manner and generously took care of our dinner tab while we waited. It was very chilly in Florida during our stay and Captain Al brought us an additional space heater to use during our stay. The location is amazing and the cottages are very unique! We’d definitely come back!

This super cute cottage is very clean with up-to-date appliances and beautifully decorated with well-thought-out use of space! We stayed for 10 weeks and slept soundly every night due to the comfortable mattress, peaceful & quiet safe neighborhood. The newer fixtures and large washer/dryer were so convenient. Communication with Mary Jane was fantastic. She’s very responsive to questions and even though she lives next door, never intrusive. She’s so gracious we’d be back in a heartbeat! 💗 Truly one of the best experiences we’ve had in the nearly decade of staying in Airbnbs. Location is a bonus as is very walkable to Bay/Beach or bicycle to the Pinellas Trail. This area has so much to offer with beaches, trails, restaurants, fairs, etc

If you are looking for a historic, old-school Florida home, this is it. The only reason it isn’t a perfect score is that the hurricane closed most of the shops that make Pass-a-Grille quaint. We were able to support a few local restaurants, and the local traffic was very light. We wouldn’t have changed our trip, but it would have been good to know. It seems like businesses are working hard to get back on their feet. Overall a good experience. I appreciate Lisa’s great responsiveness.

ASAP- book this lovely home! Look no further - CHARMING OLD FLORIDA LOCATION, - close to shopping and many cool restaurants. Tastefully decorated house in a quiet, safe neighbourhood with a very well appointed kitchen and comfortable beds. Large, spectacular lanai looking onto a private, lush backyard. A five minute walk to the Pinellas Trail or to peaceful Crystal Beach to watch sunsets. Charming, attentive hosts. Most highly recommended - first-rate! We stayed for a month Dec to January 2025.
