The house is very well appointed with some lovely decor. The rooms are very spacious and it is well suited for large family vacations. It is nice to have a ping pong table on the first floor for some fun entertainment. We enjoyed the back deck. It easily fit our whole group and it provides a very nice breeze and some shaded areas. The walk to the beach is just a few minutes. It is an easy walk to and from the beach with two close access points. We enjoyed our stay.

This house was perfect for our spring break mother daughter trip. The morning sunrise over the bay with a Nespresso coffee on the deck couldn’t be beat! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and it was nice to be able to use the lounge chairs and bar/food service at Caddy’s. The sunsets from the beach are amazing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor for guests who may have issues going up the spiral staircase with luggage. Priscilla was so friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond.

We were super happy with the house and the location. We would stay there again and again and again! We had a few hiccups with the air conditioning downstairs, but it was taken care of fairly quickly once brought to the hosts attention. We hated to leave… Thank you for an awesome time.

We really enjoyed staying at Jon's place. Everything was beautiful and new. Kitchen was well equipped. The location was a short walk to the shore with beach chairs, bodyboards and wagon available for guests. The pool in the backyard was an ideal place to unwind after a day of activities. We highly recommend this property and will stay there again when we return to Indian Rocks.

We stayed for a week at Rita’s place and admired the quiet neighborhood, spacious backyard, well-equipped kitchen and closeness to the beach. The dining area was a cozy place where our family gathered to enjoy morning coffee sunbathing in the rising sun. Entire house is beach theme decorated which created a true feeling on being in vacation. We were greatful for beach chairs, wagon, umbrella. The place was perfect for our dog. The neighborhood was quiet and family friendly. We created memories in this place that our kids will cherish throughout their lives!

I really loved the time I spent at Lystette's property. As a fellow airbnb host, I took a few tips from her regarding how to improve on my own property. She was always kind, thoughtful and quick to respond when attempts were made to reach her. This quiet getaway is simply put, a gem. Super close to the beach. Extremely comfortable. Clean. The home also had all the major appliances so it was easy to feel right at home. If ever I am back in area, this will be the only place I choose to stay.

Beautiful home with a perfect location. Lovely kitchen and decor throughout. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Plenty of parking in the carport and driveways. Host was responsive with any concerns throughout the week. Only note to be aware of, if you are a light sleeper, bring an eye mask. The bedrooms have shades on the windows but they are opaque, so as soon as the sun is up, you will know it.

The Beachy House was perfect for the four of us, with room for a few more! All the amenities were as stated in the description. The house was very clean and not cluttered! Daniel was very receptive and friendly! We appreciated all the beach things that the house came with, which meant we didn’t need to bring anything from home! The beach was close enough to walk to and it was not very crowded on a Labor Day weekend. We went to 2 of the restaurants that were recommended by the host, which were both great! We would definitely stay at this house again!

Such a relaxing vacation! Our family of five had the best time. The porch was our main hang all week and it made the beach with little kids so easy! Honestly such a gift to have all of the tall trees for easy shade as most mature trees have been cut down beachside. That made this place really unique. Tons of space for all of us. So helpful to have easy access to laundry. Boogie boards and sand toys were really helpful too! Grove Surf and Coffee was best cold brew of my life and the grouper Reuben from Groupers on the Gulf was the best seafood we had while there.

Great hosts. Great communication. Place was lovely!!! Very comfortable. Host made arrangements for a different and comparable place immediately after the condo association unexpectedly closed our original place to stay for repairs from hurricane damage. We weren’t notified that the pool hadn’t been reopened (at either place). The pictures showed a functional pool and nothing that indicated it was closed. The kids were disappointed but this gave us all more beach time which is why we were there in the first place. I’m sure this was just an oversight after all the devastation that occurred there last summer. Can’t imagine what that was like. Thankful we could come back.

Amelia’s house is better than the photo’s and a lovely, comfortable place to stay. It is extremely well equipped, especially for visiting the beach and if you have little ones, they will love the play room and safe grassed back garden. It is an easy and quick 6 minutes to Madeira beach and only 5 minutes to the nearest Publix supermarket. Amelia is also a quick and responsive host. It’s no surprise that the reviews are so glowing.
