Family-friendly vacation rentals in Indian Rocks Beach

Great place to stay! Had everything that we needed for a long weekend golfing with some friends. I could see it being great for families as well. The hot tub on the top floor was not turned on when we got there but it was clean. Took a half day to heat up, which is expected. Location was great with easy access to the beach and a short walk to all of the restaurants and shops.

We had a wonderful stay! Ryan was a great host. The house is beautiful and the beach access is so close. The close beach access was great with having children with us. We highly recommend this home with its quiet neighborhood and private beach. Again I can’t say enough, we had a great time and Ryan was an awesome host.

Wonderful unit. Very beachy and cozy. Excellent amenities available, access to the beach was super convenient. Great location, host was very communicative and friendly. Kitchen well stocked with anything you might need to cook. Unit was exceptionally clean! Would definitely stay here again.

Aaron’s and Sophie’s place is beautiful, cozy and comfortable. The living space is spacious, the pool clean and love that is heated. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The house colors and safari decor is breathtaking! Gorgeous!

Came with friends for a wedding and we all had a great time here, it’s a beautiful space and the views were gorgeous. We spent so much time on the roof relaxing in the hot tub and soaking up sunshine. Host was very responsive and helpful; when we checked in we found a small problem and the host immediately got back to us, came out to check up and fix it, and was super helpful and kind. Especially with the hurricane damage around the beach it was really great to have a home base that was clean and comfortable. Thank you again for everything!

Great option if you want easy beach access! Loved the balconies/porch on every level. Plenty of space to spread out.

Beautiful rental in Clearwater beach. George was very responsive before and during our stay. His home was exactly like pictured… actually it was better in person! Very clean, spacious, and in a great walkable location. The place was stocked with everything we needed for the week (for both the house and beach). The complimentary bottle of champagne was a nice touch and we popped it for a birthday celebration. Thank you so much George for being a great host, you truly go above and beyond! If we return to Clearwater we would 100% book this rental again.

the kitchen is well stocked with plates, cups, glasses, utensils, etc, in addition plenty of cookware and cooking utensilsthere was lots of beach paraphernalia: chairs, small ice chest, beach towels, wagon, pool noodles, snorkel gear. The only thing missing was a surf board, LOL. The best perk is the convenient parking!Highly recommend the Sand Feet Retreat.

We stayed a month and it felt like being at a real home; the house was very well equipped and full of character. On a daily basis, we had everything we needed, and the very few times we needed assistance/solving, Edie was very diligent to make sure we were happy. Extra points to the shaded parking space and the firmness of the mattress. We truly enjoyed our stay, as well as the location, the private fenced patio for our kitty, and our little casual encounters with Matt in the shared backyard/laundry area :)

Linda was amazing hostess. the home was as or better than expected. Linda gave my family privacy and was very responsive.

Nice place. Everything looks fairly new, induction cooktop, fridge, microwave, Keurig. Great location for us. We live nearby, and needed a place to stay while work was being done on our home. When my relatives from California come to visit, I'm gonna tell them to look this place up! Better than a hotel, and price is reasonable.

My family and I loved the heated pool and the proximity to numerous restaurants and shops. Micheal was proactive and communicated clearly about the check in and check out process. The kitchen was great for thanksgiving cooking and well stocked.

The Rustic Cabin did indeed feel like we were in a cabin, the high ceilings and the open-ness was great. Loved having a kitchen to be able to have breakfast in and make a couple meals. The weather was a bit cool, as it was winter in FL, but I loved having my coffee by the pool and catching some sun in the backyard. We had our own parking space and entry, which we loved. Would definitely stay there again.

Jeff’s place is in a great location, easy walk and bike ride to lots of great restaurants and shops! The space is neat and clutter free.

Charming historic house updated with modern amenities. house was clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Stayed for two weeks and hosts were very proactive and made sure any issues were solved quickly.

We have stayed at Barrett Beach Bungalows quite often in the past. We adore our host! She keeps the bungalows neat, clean and well equipped for a fun visit. She is attentive and always wants everything to be perfect for your stay. The bungalows have the "old Florida" feel with updated features in a quiet area right on the beach! Love staying there! And pet friendly too!

Great place, quite area, have to find parking through a back alley but everything was great. Awesome stay and close to everything.

Marisa's place was a very comfortable and clean stay steps away from the beach. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the area and Marisa's condo!

Our family of 6 adults & one infant enjoyed our 2024 Thanksgiving together here. It was lovely. The gourmet kitchen had everything we needed to make a big thanksgiving dinner & set a beautiful table. It was great to have 2 ovens, a large refrigerator and wine cooler. We used all of it. The home is beautiful. It feels very comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle board, golf cart & fire pit. The pool was warm and everyone enjoyed it. We had everything we needed regarding towels, pillows, linens. We were provided plenty of cleaning supplies and trash bags, too, which is so helpful in a vacation home. Sitting on the back deck enjoying the view and the birds was relaxing. My family reported the fishing off the dock was tremendous. The front garden is stunning. Two massive palm trees grace the front walk with several beautiful blooming bushes adorning the front yard. It is a very nice place to linger and enjoy the well cared for garden. We enjoyed our stay!!!

We had a great stay at Ken’s place! The apartment was perfect and the pool area was an oasis- perfect for a fun and relaxing weekend. Everything we could have wanted was available in the apartment and Ken offered great recommendations for places to eat and see. My sister took the bed and it was really nice. The pullout couch mattress isn’t the most comfortable and you can feel every spring, but I can sleep almost anywhere so I still slept great. (Just mentioning it as a consideration if you’re going to need to use it and are particular about that) We will 100% book here again for our next trip to St Pete and recommend to anyone visiting!

A perfect place to stay with family of all ages. The kids always had something to do ages 3-17!

Nice place, very clean , one block to the beach

The house was great! Great location lots to do around, close to everything. The pictures did not quite match the home. The couch was much smaller than the one in photo. There were also no bath clothes provided we had to purchase some. The master bedroom door was falling off the hinges we went and bought the tools needed to fix. The host said he would send someone out but never did. Other than these small inconveniences the house was great!
