We were all very happy with the house and pool. A lot of places to visit. Had a great time at the Tampa Zoo at Lowry Park. Still working on repairs to the Pavillions and trails at Honeymoon Island Park, but the beach was beautiful. Many wonderful restaurants. Love Frenchy's . Well worth the drive to eat at Doc Fords in St. Pete.

We had so much fun! Beautiful location and extremely clean property. Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. They even went the extra mile and decorated the place with Christmas decorations while we were there over the holidays. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back!!

Jess was quick to respond to our questions about running the pool. The home was clean upon arrival. Fireplaces were a nice touch <3

Loved our stay. Neighborhood was so quiet and safe. We walked around the nearby golf course everyday. Folk were always waving and saying hi. Host were proactive and checked in regularly to see how our stay was. House was well stocked with kitchen, bathroom and laundry items. Pool was amazing as was the hot tub. Pool was a nice temperature- especially being winter months. While the bbq wasn’t propane, and used briquettes- it was manageable- just had to plan a bit ahead. The indoor furniture was super comfy. We absolutely loved our stay there and were a bit sad when our stay came to an end. In a heartbeat we would stay there again. Thanks for being a great host and caring about your guest.

We absolutely loved staying here! Nothing beats the walk out right to the beach and the kids loved having the pool right there. It was so nice having pool/beach stuff already there. Liz was amazing and always making sure we had everything we needed and was super responsive. We will be back here for sure! 😊

The house was amazing! We had such a great time celebrating my sister's 30th. The beach was less than a minute walk, close to a bar restaurant and volleyball nets which we loved. We didn't have to worry about towels or beach chairs either which is a huge plus when traveling via plane! The owners were super responsive, we had slight troubles with heating the hot tub and the owners tried to help via cell phone. We ended up not using it but still loved the responsiveness. The house was very clean and rooms were spacious. It being a townhome there were lots of steps but we are all younger so not a problem for us! There is an elevator on the property, we only used it for grocery halls from the garage to the first floor which was super helpful but I'm sure it would be helpful to someone who needs to use it the whole time. Overall, the house was great super walkable to everything the beach, shops, etc. We enjoyed our stay so much and all agreed it was one of the best places! Would recommend!

Absolutely gorgeous location on the back docks of the bay. Shared outdoor space with others but it’s quiet. Windows look out onto the water! You’ll spot resident cranes and pelicans. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and it’s pristine white sand and clear water 😜. We actually saw some dolphins jumping behind the wake of a couple of tour boats. There is an umbrella in the closet that you can take down to the beach (super handy). Plenty of parking out front of the place. There’s a table and chairs set-up on the patio, if you want to relax on the docks and relax or eat. Plenty of clean pots, pans utensils to use. We had a bit of an issue with the tub backing up, and Lea provided draino for us to use. FYI - We got destroyed by no see-ums. It’s a Florida thing and we had no clue; Half an hour of watching the moonrise and I had near 50 bites the next day. Lesson learned. That’s no Lea’s fault though. Her place was perfect.

Beautiful rental in Clearwater beach. George was very responsive before and during our stay. His home was exactly like pictured… actually it was better in person! Very clean, spacious, and in a great walkable location. The place was stocked with everything we needed for the week (for both the house and beach). The complimentary bottle of champagne was a nice touch and we popped it for a birthday celebration. Thank you so much George for being a great host, you truly go above and beyond! If we return to Clearwater we would 100% book this rental again.

We just wrapped up an amazing month at Brett’s beautiful Florida home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better first Airbnb experience! The house was so comfortable, making us feel right at home from day one. The location was perfect—set in a quiet, walkable neighborhood that was great for taking our dog on strolls and even walking to nearby restaurants and shopping. There is easy access to bike paths, and we’re already looking forward to bringing our electric bikes next time! Brett’s communication was outstanding, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It truly felt like we were staying at a friend’s home. For fellow pet owners, we also highly recommend Dr. Hollands at Bay Moorings Animal Hospital, which is within walking distance if your pet ever needs a vet. Having such a great vet nearby gave us extra peace of mind during our stay. We can’t thank Brett enough for hosting us for such a great month, & we’re already counting down the days until we return in December!

We had a lovely stay at Jaclyn's place! So close to the beach and local eateries and well equipped with everything our family needed for a great beach day. There are lots of stairs, so the elevator was essential for our older family members and heavy suitcases. There is also a park right outside for the kids to play on the playground or for a round of pickle ball. We would definitely consider staying again!

Ryan’s place was an amazing location in a beautiful, residential, quiet neighborhood in North Clearwater Beach. The house was clean and just as shown in the listing. Ryan was a responsive and helpful host. A true paradise of a property and very close to so many great places within a short walk or drive. The hot tub was a great night cap at the end of a busy day exploring. Thank you for a great stay—we can’t wait to come back!

when we were impacted from Hurricane Helene we needed a place to stay since our home was not accessible. Valarie and her husband Stu went over and above to accommodate us. I can't say enough about them and their hospitality, compassion, and amazing support. There are good people out there and we had the pleasure at such a difficult time meeting them. We would highly recommend their beautiful waterfront condo.

Tamara was very accommodating with our requests. Got right back to us when we had questions. Place was perfect for our quick weekend trip. Restaurant next door was great. Food was awesome and live music on the water.

We had a wonderful stay at Stormie’s place. She was fantastic at communicating, always responding quickly and providing clear updates. Although the pool and hot tub were closed for repairs during our stay, Stormie was proactive in offering alternative options and made sure we were still comfortable. The views over the bay were absolutely stunning, making our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated her efforts to alleviate the situation and ensure we had a great time. Overall, a great experience.
