Cottage vacation rentals in Indian Rocks Beach

I enjoyed my stay at Capt Al’s place. Hurricane Helene just happened come through Clearwater, Capt Al and his crew did everything possible to make sure the place was clean and ready before we arrived. Everyone did phenomenal and we wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you again.

This is the best place we’ve stayed so far! Wonderful location, seconds to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants! The home was so charming and comfortable, with every beach item you needed, if you’ve got kids this is the place to stay at!! Would give it 10 stars if I could!! The hot tub was delightful, kitchen packed with supplies, great washer and dryer, comfortable beds, awesome grille and again the location is the best you’ll get!!

We stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed every minute of it. The cottage is cozy and comfortable. Everything worked and was in good condition. The beds were inviting and comfortable. The outdoor space was perfect for hanging out and our dog enjoyed basking on the pavers while we relaxed in the hot tub. The hot tub was clean and easy to operate. The cottage is right on the corner of skinner so we did hear the usual traffic sounds, but it's also steps from downtown dunedin which is awesome. We walked down main st to the water everyday. We had a really great time, highly recommend.

Anna was extremely helpful and accommodating for our last-minute trip with the kids. Her place was super cute and very clean and well kept and we would be happy to recommend it to friends and family or return ourselves. Thank you so much, Anna!

Been here for over a month jumping form hotel to hotel for work and had a not so good experience with my first Air Bnb but this place made me so happy and was so amazing and when I say as advertised I mean it. It was beautiful and comfy felt like you was home but if your home was better. Laura was so helpful with any questions I had and I'm sure Ill be staying here again. So close to all stores and clearwater beach is literally 15mins away. BOOK NOW NOT LATER

Scott's guest house is beautiful! We had a great visit and enjoyed the pool and yard. The location is 10/10, very walkable to the water, Pier, and restaurants (yet private). We enjoyed our stay.

Super cute place! The property is perfect for a small group retreat, it was perfect for our needs. Make sure you check out the Italian restaurant Villa Italia, its a 3 minute walk and the food is amazing! The property was easy to find and within walking distance of a drugstore and grocery store. Will stay at this property on future visits, thank you to our host for preparing a clean appealing cottage for us!

Tim and Jeannie are the best hosts ever! Communication and local recommendations are top notch! If you are like us, you’ll be on the go because Saint Petersburg offers so much with arts, culture and outdoor recreation that most of the time was being out and about. However, when you get back, you’ll feel like you’re at home and everything you need is right there! Sleep in and eat breakfast at the cottage, come back early and watch a movie or hit the hot tub or just do another load of laundry and hit the beach one more time! It’s so convenient and the best location ever! Thank you Tim and Jeannie :)

Loved our 6 night stay. My husband hates to drive in heavy traffic- everything was so close to walk to - the beach & John’s Pass. The trolley system is great as well. The cottage was perfect for couples. The owners provided many conveniences as well as beach umbrella & chairs. The back patio was a great place to eat to enjoy the sunshine.

This is our second time at Pelicans Roost and it was just as amazing as the first time. We love the fenced in backyard for the dogs to run free. Definitely will be staying again.

This airbnb was one of the cleanest airbnbs I've stayed in. Chris was wonderful. He definitely went above and beyond to make his home welcoming. He was an amazing host and I highly recommend this place to anyone going to st. Pete. Incredibly happy with my stay.

Our weekend at Julie's cottage was just what we needed. I was just returning from an international business trip and needed a weekend to unwind with sunshine and sand before starting the next week of work in Orlando. The cottage is as described, perfect for a short stay. The kitchen is fully stocked. Julie had even decorated for Christmas :) The Pinellas Trail is just a few steps away for walking or biking. Their are restaurants and a brewery within walking distance. Clearwater beach, Sunset Beach and Honeymoon Island are just a short drive away. We would definitely book Julie's cottage if visiting this area again.

Our stay was cancelled because of the storm. Nicole stayed in touch with us providing details about the situation as it emerged. Further, Nicole provided options to accommodate our stay regardless of changes and ultimately guided us through the cancellation process as an evacuation order was issued and storm intensified. She was our on-ground operations specialist. Thank you.

The cottage was immaculately clean and comfortable. It was stocked with everything you would need such as kitchen necessities, toiletries, extra towels and beach items. The pool was beautiful and even lit up at night. It is a three minute walk to the beach and some of the bars and restaurants. It is a very quiet neighborhood. The host was extremely nice and responsive with everything. We would stay there again. And I loved the free library out front. I left a book in there ☺️If you are thinking about renting this cottage, you definitely should, you won't be disappointed.

I had a lovely stay here. It was comfortably and cozy, with everything I needed for the week. Very convenient location, and walkable to all the fun restaurants and shops in Dunedin. It was quiet and peaceful as well. Thanks so much for a great stay!

I'm fairly certain this home is heaven on earth. A beautifully styled dream beach house. Everything felt brand new and was extremely clean. Super comfortable - from the couch and rug in the living room, to the mattresses, pillows, bedding and towels - all perfection. You can't beat the location! Just a few steps and you're at the north end of the beach which is groomed daily and much quieter than the resort area. There is a great area right inside of the door with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and a bench. Having a parking space is a huge plus too.

We ended up staying in the upstairs part of the home because of repairs from the hurricane but it was beautiful and a very nice place for our stay. Beautiful view, and easy walk to town. Petie and John were very nice people and very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location right across from the public beach. Stars at night! It is quieter at this very end of the island. Katie's place is small but just right for two people. The bed is comfy, kitchen well stocked with utensils. The pots and pans were cleaner and in better shape than any place we have ever stayed!. Note: Stairs are very steep up into the apartment and there are two steps down into the living room. (our old knees held out!)

This house was amazing. It was just 2 of us, and the lay out and the location of the house was perfect. You get access to a private patio, and a deck that overlooks the ocean. You are less than 50 steps to the beach- cannot complain about our stay here! Loved it and 100% would be back again in the future.

The place was very cute. It looked exactly as photographed. Place was closed to all the places we wanted to go. Host was great with communication and we were able to check in early too. Thank you having us and would definitely recommend this place to others!

We are residents in the area that were displaced from our home during the hurricanes. We are very fortunate to have found Dean’s “Secret Lair” for our home “not so far away” from home. It feels like we were transported to some secluded place in the mountains, except the lush tropical tranquility reminds us of areas of inland Florida; thing is- you are minutes away from the beach that is quickly recovering to its local charm and beauty. We decided to rebook while it was available since our home is still in limbo.

This was the first time staying in an Airbnb and I highly recommend this property and the management company, 5 stars ⭐️ . The home was just as advertised but better. Home was sparkling clean and I own a cleaning business in Tampa, so that says a lot! It was walkable to the beach, great restaurants and grocery stores. Everything you need for the first day/night to get you started on your getaway. The pool was clean and we loved the beach sand area of the pool area! The host and his associates were very responsive. We look forward to staying at this house or any of the other 29 properties the host has!
