Vacation rentals with a patio in Indian Rocks Beach

Ramon's place was perfect for our night out at RUth Eckerd Hall. all is nearby. THe places is comfortable, immaculate and has all you need for a nice stay. highly recommend.

We were in town for a wedding. It was a perfect location and unit was very nice. Did have an issue finding it because unit is in back and could not see the address and someone was in the reserved parking space so thought we were in wrong place but once figured it out our stay was perfect and accommodation was amazing.

The house was very nice and cozy! It looked just like the pictures. The outside neighborhood was kind of questionable but once we got inside the place was beautiful, the back porch was nice and we had a great time. The host was very responsive, nice and helpful . Great stay !!

Andrew was in regular contact from the time of reservation to check in and throughout the stay. He was friendly, responsive and informative. This location is excellent. In ten minutes your can basically be at any restaurant or mall you want. We were new to St Pete, but from this location it was easy to find things to do. Located across the street from a HUGE park, we went on morning walks with our dog and really enjoyed the quiet and friendly neighborhood. Great place, will definitely return!

LaCasita is great place to stay for all families. The area is very quiet and in close proximity to restaurants and shopping. The space is very clean and spacious, great backyard as well.

We loved this place. It was absolutely perfect for the two of us. The pictures do not show how close the beach actually is. You literally walk out the door a few feet and you are on the beach. We flew in so it was great having furnished chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. There are even kids toys if you have a child with you. It was also nice having the washer and dryer on the premises. I liked washing all of our things before we packed up. We will definitely visit again.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

I really liked the location and the dock on the bay. Did some good fishing with stuff Christian provided. He was very responsive and helpful. Looks like pictures. Lots of appliances and closet with beach equipment to use. Great water pressure in the shower. Beds were decent but not that great. Pillows were not comfortable. This was the only con. Everything else was up to my standards.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.
