Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Horsham District

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the straw barn and hope we can do so again in the near future.

My children and I stayed at Gemma’s place for 3 1/2 weeks whilst we waited for our new home to be ready. It was such a wonderful place to be and really felt like a home from home. It is a beautiful house, really clean and I highly recommend it. Anne (Gemma’s Mum) welcomed us on arrival and was really friendly and helpful explaining where everything was and how things worked. We were also given some lovely welcome gifts including some wine, croissants and jam. The amenities are excellent in the house and you can walk to local shops and a beautiful park is at the end of the road. The garden is also really lovely.

We had a lovely stay, we were a group of old friends and needed a place we could sit comfortably and chat and catch up. The house was a very social space and extremely well equipped. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms had great showers and plenty of hot water. Lovely hot tub too! Friendly helpful hosts and couldn’t find a thing to complain about. I would recommend without any hesitation.

My friend and I had a lovely weekend away staying here with my young baby. The place was very nice and cozy, with a well stocked kitchen and lots of snacks! The rooms were very comfortable and had plenty of space for the travel cot which was kindly provided. We were met by our lovely host on arrival and she was very helpful. All in all a great stay!

Simply a wonderful home with absolutely everything you might need. Truthfully it was even better than the photos, tastefully decorated, with lots of nice little touches like the record player with really good vinyl selection, lots of candles and to our sheer surprise also breakfast items. We travelled with a dog so the garden at the back was brilliant, a sturdy baby gate for the stairs was a great idea too. Clutter-free home meant that the pup could roam free downstairs and throws to cover the furniture were provided. we travelled in the winter and the house was warm and cosy, amazingly close to Dunorlan Park for a lovely walk. There's a corner shop nearby and the train station is either a 25min walk or £7 taxi ride. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home Jen, all the best.

Immaculate, characterful and comfortable house and a beautiful and wild location. Host made us feel very welcome. Excellent dinner at The Lamb Inn 5 minutes drive away and great day on the beach at Wittering 30 minutes away. Can also recommend the Beach Cafe in Pagham itself. Five stars all round.

This was our second time here in 2 months, we love it so much. Perfect , peaceful location, high specification flat, right in the beach. We will return in the new year.

We loved our stay at Tom and Rachel's place. The location is fab, very short walk from the station, in the popular but not overcrowded seven dials area. easy check in and very straightforward to find. proactive and friendly host. flat has got everything you need and furnished beautifully. fast WiFi. lovely touches such as fresh milk in fridge and penguin biscuits on the table. Thanks for having us!

I stayed in Alexandre‘s apartment with my ten year old son and we both fell in love with the place at first sight. The high ceilings, the old wooden floor, the furniture, the views - everything is beautiful. Alexandre’s taste is exceptionally good. The view into the backyard, which is full of trees, is totally soothing. While having breakfast, we spotted squirrels, birds and two foxes strolling around. Alexandre was very helpful and always replied within very short time. We also appreciated the area very much. There are some really good cafés - and the Asian restaurants on Preston Street are just amazing. My son said, he could „eat in this street for the rest of his life.“ I almost agreed. ;) Hope to come back one day! Thank you, Alexandre!

We loved this location! View is amazing, decor is fab. Very walkable to the sites, restaurants and shopping areas. Highly recommend this!

We stayed here the night before my daughter's wedding. It was a perfect place to stay and had everything we needed.

It looked exactly like the photos, and was spacious, comfortable and clean. Tess was very responsive and helpful with instructions. I would definitely stay here again.

Was lovely and clean. Beds comfortable. The milk, bread and butter left for our arrival was very welcome. The log burner was lovely and made the space very cosy in the evenings. Had everything you needed. If we had any queries Jamie was always very responsive.

We had a lovely stay visiting friends nearby and attending the races. Ideal stop just a short walking distance to shops, lots of restaurants and the racing at Sandown Park. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials with a few extras left out for us which was perfect after our long journey. The apartment was warm and we could relax straight away. The shower had good pressure with instant hot water and other than light traffic noise it was very quiet and peaceful. We’ll not hesitate to book again. Thank you

Tim was a fantastic host, very quick to respond to any queries we had. The house itself was beautiful and just what was needed after a long day, the private parking was a big bonus for us. All together we had a brilliant stay here and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for hosting us Tim.

Amazing house for a weekend away! Lots of space, really comfy beds, with the beach just minutes away. Also Emily was really kind in accommodating a slightly later check out so we could wait at the house before our ferry. Would love to visit again!

This was our 2nd stay at Little Rock and it was just as wonderful this time. The house is well equipped & comfortable, set in beautiful grounds and built into the hillside. We almost didn't notice the storm raging across the UK, except for the power cuts during our stay. Stuart was a great host from beginning to end of our stay, very responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay, especially helpful when the power went out across the region. We wouldn't hesitate recommending Little Rock and we'll definitely be back to stay.

Kevin has been a five star host!. His gorgeous place is in the most perfect of coastal locations, in which to spend quality time with my dear family. The house is stunning, equipped with all the quality essentials necessary and additional small touches, to ensure our stay was so comfortable. Everyone commented on how good the beds were ! The numerous people we met on our coastal walk were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for an amazing time, memories and prosecco! Thank you, we had a blast !!! x

A wonderful peaceful stay for the weekend. The house was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Joanna was extremely helpful with any questions and showed us round when we arrived. Lovely to have a welcome basket too as an extra touch! We were lucky with the weather, cold but not too wet and the house was beautifully warm as the underfloor heating was extremely effective. The log fire was wonderful as the evenings drew in too. We will be back.

This is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed in. William and Alvaro met us on arrival and showed us round. Both very charming and hospitable. It is like being in a fairy tale staying there. Totally unique

From the moment I got there the host was in contact to make sure everything was up to scratch and that I had settled in ok having everything I needed, the communication was fantastic when I asked questions, would not hesitate in recommending this lovely space
