It has plenty of character with a fresh minimalistic decor and good quality beds and bedding. We spent a wonderful 5 days at Hesmonds. Stephanie’s instructions/directions sent prior to the check in date were clear and helpful. There was a lovely welcome pack of the essentials such as milk, bread etc waiting for us upon arrival. The cottage was comfortable, clean and had everything that we needed. It is in a beautiful location and has its own private entrance as well as space to park the car. It is within walking distance of the local pub, coffee shop and village store and a short drive to lots of lovely villages as well as the south coast. We will definitely come back to visit again.

Lorna and Kevin’s place was just what I had hoped for. I took my elderly father and everything wa s on one level for him. Everything was clean and comfortable, the house was easy to find. Suggestions for places to visit and places to eat were readily accessible. Cottage was very clean and comfortable. Thank you for a lovely place to call home during our visit

The cottage is clean and very comfortable, full of character, and the garden was a massive bonus - much larger than I was expecting. Ann & Bob were wonderful hosts, interested, friendly and very helpful in recommending places to visit, as well as being incredibly kind and warm to our young children. It felt more like visiting family than a standard air bnb ❤️ Great location for visiting all sorts of places - forest, beach, farm, river, castles & historical buildings all easily reachable.

We had a excellent stay at Moatside Cottage. The location was beautiful, the cottage calm and peaceful, and very comfortable. It was also well equipped and we loved all the attentions (We used the guide for our walk at Devil's Dyke, played board games with the children,...!). We regret that we didn't have the time to attend the open gardens on Sunday, maybe next time. Thank you very much!

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s place. The apartment was perfect for us and fully kitted out. It was clean and we felt right at home. Due to the weather we didn’t do any local walks which would have been lovely and worth doing if visiting. Would definitely recommend staying here
