Vacation rentals with a pool in Horsham District

We had a wonderful long weekend at Spring farm. The house is really well-suited for a multi-generational family holiday. It's comfortable, spacious, very well-equipped and has an indoor swimming pool and a snooker table. The beds were really comfortable with lovely bed linen and it was great to have plenty of bathrooms for a large group. It is set in peaceful and lovely countryside. There is a pub in the village of Waldron within easy walking distance and another, the Blackboys, within a short drive that served a great Sunday lunch and looked after us very well. The house is in an area with plenty of great places to visit: we had fun at High Rocks (near Tunbridge Wells) and Bodiam Castle. Sophie always responded quickly and was very helpful. Overall, a great experience and we would very happily stay again.

We spent a lovely week at Alison's farm. Beautiful location near charming Ticehurst and Wadhurst (both have good Pubs), incredible views across open countryside and hills from the heated outdoor pool, which our daughter loved. Slides, swings and a trampoline bonus points with kids. Alison was friendly and helpful. The Shed itself is warm and comfortable, kitchen is kitted out for basic meals, and the two ensuite bathrooms are super spacious and have good showers with hot water plus bathtubs. There is so much to do in the area from beautiful walks, tastings at vineyards, to cyclyng in Bedgbury, boating in Bewl Water and seaside beauties Rye and Camber in the vicinity.

Really lovely stay at Jane's place, we were only there for 1 night so didn't get to explore a LOT, but we had a nice walk, ended up getting food to bring back as we were slightly unprepared for a Saturday night! Jane and her partner were extremely lovely, the hot tub under the stars was just what we needed. Thanks so much :)

We booked the gorgeous coach house for a week at Christmas for 9 adults and 5 small children including 2 very new babies. Shawn was an incredible host and made everyone’s lives so much easier by providing cots and high chairs for the little ones. The kitchen was very well equipped and we managed to cook up a storm, including Christmas dinner, with the facilities. With top local knowledge and great pub suggestions we were able to create a lovely itinerary with a mixture of relaxing in the very comfortable house and also getting out and about in the beautiful East Sussex countryside. On our last night we had a medical emergency and Shawn and Tom’s response to help us was quick, effective and compassionate, really taking the stress out of the situation. We would highly recommend Shawn’s Air Bnb. We only wish we could come back in summer to get some use out of the wood fired hot tub and pool! Thanks to Shawn and Tom!

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

Debbie and Kevin were absolutely lovely, kind, and very helpful. The accommodation was just perfect for the two of us and our dog. Set in very large, pretty grounds of their home, the gardens were very secure and plenty of space to walk your dog. Pretty much opposite their house, are footpaths into the woods and along the stream, which is definitely worth doing. To the left, when you leave their house is a lovely Pub called The Spread Eagle, probably not even a 5 minute walk. We only stayed one night but would have gladly stayed several! Another thing worth doing is the Zig Zag walk in Selborne, great views from the top of a very steep walk up the zig zag steps. We had a really lovely time. Thank you Kevin and Debbie.

We had a great stay at FOUR WINDS. The host's message how to find the house was clear enough to easily spot the house in the forest paths. The house was clean, and well maintained. The swimming pool was great with lots of pool toys and floats which my 3 year old child loved playing with. The temperature of the water felt like 24-25 degrees. Given that it was very cold weekend, we would have liked if the temperature of the water was slightly warmer, but it was manageable once we started moving around in the water. The easy access to the forest next to the house was nice, and we had a good stroll in the middle of the forest for an hour, greeted by some neighbours with friendly dogs. The communication with Namoi was very easy and quick, and she was always very helpful. The atmosphere was very peaceful, and my family had a great rest there. Thank you!

Perfect place to stay, and excellent location. Setting was beautiful with pool and tennis court as added extra. Sara (housekeeper) was brilliant, knowledgeable, friendly and was great to communicate with. Highly recommend

Whilst Clive & Caroline's place was off the beaten track it was only a mile or so from the A27. Clive met us on our arrival and was incredibly helpful and showed us around and gave us a lot of info about the area and suggested a few good restaurants which we frequented.# Most beautiful location and perfect hosts. We visited London for 4 days. Kate's apartment is adorable and even more beautiful in real than the pictures. The location is just outside London, but the center is easy to reach by bus and metro. Since it was high temperatures, the bathroom in the beautiful and clean pool just came to us. Communication with Kate is quick and excellent. We would definitely come back. Thank you Kate!

Our stay at Simon’s house was nothing short of amazing! The penthouse is beautifully furnished and has all the amenities you could wish for, particularly a very nice big kitchen and a super cosy living room. Favourite spot in the house, the window from which you can spot the sea, best place to watch the sunrise. The penthouse is just a stone’s throw away from the beach. There’s also a very nice breakfast and cake spot just a short walk away (15 mins along the coastline). Simon’s been a great host, check-in was super smooth and he was very responsive throughout. Perfect location , and was very clean premise

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, in an excellent location for access to anything in London. It is in a complex set back from the road with some greenery around so it feels peaceful despite the central location, and there are some parks a short walk away. Maxim was a very communicative and helpful host. All in all we certainly enjoyed our stay!
