Excellent stay at Mario. Very nice and ideally located apartment. Everything was nice. The only downside I have to note is the kitchen... Lack of cooking utensils, no teapot or tea ball to make tea in the morning. Clara's welcome was very warm and she adapted to our arrival schedule which we really appreciated. Clara also gave us plenty of restaurants and places to make our stay easier. The information for our arrival was clear and we arrived at the apartment without any difficulty. I would definitely stay again.

Gio’s place was the perfect stay for our family of 4 adults! The location cannot be beat, with plenty to do within walking distance. The unit itself is equipped every amenity, including air conditioning, to make your stay comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place and are already looking forward to our next stay here when visiting Florence!

Absolutely fantastic location - on Il Duomo's doorstep, right in the very heart of Florence. Lovely clean apartment with everything you could need for a short city break. Host's communication - especially the directions/instructions - was excellent.

What a perfect spot to explore Florence from. The Palazzi Medici Riccardo right across the road is a great place to start since it’s where the Renaissance started. Then the cathedrals, restaurants shopping, Academia and David, tombs of Galileo, Michelangelo, Rossini, Machiavelli you’re completely immersed in all of it. The location is an easy walk from the station and so many places to eat nearby. The apartment is great, spacious, well appointed and nice and warm. All in all couldn’t have been a better place to spend some time in Florence.

This was our second time staying in this home. Just like the first time, Margarita was a welcoming host and her place is spotless!

Located nearby either train stations, and a few steps away from a more local commercial street (with lots of good food), but still keeping an arm,s length from the frenzy of the historic centre, it gave us the perfect blend of convenience and peace. The house itself is warm, fragrant, and cozy replete with delightful furnishings and objects (also yummy tea and snacks and a super comfortable bed). We have been thoroughly rejuvenated after spending the past few days at Silverio's!

Excellent accommodation option, Alessandra is always on the lookout and responded immediately to the needs!!! Only the air conditioning never served. It's the only thing. Other than that, an excellent choice!!! Highly recommended!!! Thank you

The flat was VERY clean and tidy! No dust was spotted! The neighborhood was safe, and the localization was acceptable (about 20-25 minutes by bus to the main sights). In the kitchen you can find all utilities needed for cooking. I would only suggest to rise the temperature of the flat in the cold period, or add more blankets. Andrea was very kind and communicative, he let us to leave our luggage earlier, which was very convenient. I recommend this flat for a tourist stay in Florence.

We loved this place! Plenty of space for our 4 adults, great location and everything we needed. We really appreciated that we got to drop our bags before check in time and leave them after check out for a few hours. We highly recommend!

The apartment makes you travel back in time, with its decoration and location, we did not have to take any transportation. Clean and contains the essentials, we had a wonderful stay. Thanks to Fracesco who was very available to answer any questions if needed

Mimma’s place in Florence was an amazing stay! The location was perfect—very walkable and in a safe, convenient area close to everything. The apartment was exactly as expected, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Communication with Mimma was good; she was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I felt completely at ease and enjoyed every moment here. I will definitely stay again in the future and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence!

Our stay was perfect, close to everything, easy access, and best of all, how comfortable and clean the apartment is. Christina’s apartment is great! It was easy to access (ground floor), spotless, comfortable ample space, good amenities (including washing machine), and she’s a friendly and resourceful host! The neighborhood is quiet and feels authentic, away from the tourist crowds, yet still only a 20 minute walk to the city center. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Florence, 5 stars!

Blerina was a great host. My wife and I decide to spend a second a night in Florence, unfortunately, the apartment has been booked. We have booked an early tour and needed to find a place to stay and to leave our luggage. Blerina went far and beyond to help us with our situation. Not only did she booked us to another apartment, but transferred our luggage there. Awesome customer service and the area had plenty of restaurants. Our first trip to Florence went great thanks to Gianni and his sweet Olive House. Gianni met us at the apartment and showed us around and gave us recommendations. Tuscany was experiencing some extreme cold weather for the region when we visited, and we unfortunately had issues with the heating our first night. However, by 9:30am the next morning, Gianni had arrived with a space heater and fixed all the filters of the heating while we went out for the day; we came home that evening to a very cozy and warm place! The bed was comfortable and the bedroom large enough to fit both our open suitcases. The apartment is located an 8-minute walk from the main strip of Santa Croce neighborhood which meant less things in the immediate street like restaurants or a grocery but it also meant quiet and privacy which we appreciated after long days of sightseeing. Gianni was very responsive and even allowed us to check out a little later than usual. Would highly recommend this spot!

Sonia’s place made us feel right at home! She was flexible with check in and was sure to provide us with detailed instructions and directions to reach the location. Sonia provided many local recommendations from attractions to restaurants and she was so knowledgeable which was very helpful. She was always available and helpful for random questions that we had throughout our stay. Sonia knows the bus system very well and assisted us with this as well which was amazing! The place was cozy and unique and she helped with the heat when it had gotten colder than expected! A great stay for our short trip!

Fabulous month long stay that felt like home! Quiet location but super convenient for Florence attractions or train/bus for day trips. And the view is amazing! Coffee and diner with view of Duomo and Florence rooftops. Loved it!

Our stay in Florence was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better—everything was within walking distance, making it so easy to explore the city. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. A couple of small suggestions that would make the experience even better: it would be helpful to have a list of recommended restaurants and local spots nearby. A welcome basket with bottled water and a house manual would also be a nice touch. Additionally, there was no espresso machine or coffee maker, which would have been appreciated for those early mornings. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Florence!

the duplex apartment is really very good. Has all the necessities. The situation is perfect, we did everything on foot. Very responsive host, quick response and intervention within half an hour in case of pb. Very accommodating for luggage on departure. Also very good restaurant recommendations. Everything was really perfect. We recommend 100%. Go there without so much as a second thought!

We had a great time, although we did not spend much time in the apartment! Everything was clean, well presented, and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well equipped - although the quantities seemed a bit random with lots of plates but just two mugs; We also had to search quite hard to find various items - but it had everything we needed. Lucia who met us was friendly and helpful. We did feel it was a little expensive, but appreciate that in a tourist area like Florence prices are going to be inflated. We also felt that a 200€ cleaning fee, when we were there for only 4 days, was also steep. Having said that, the apartment was spotless.

We had a fantastic stay at Tami's property. The apartment is quiet but as soon as you step out on the street and walk one block away you are in the hustle and bustle of Florence. The perfect mix of privacy and relaxation but also in the center of town. The apartment was in a fantastic location with a beautiful balcony, we had dinner on it a few times and it was very relaxing. The apartment itself is wonderful, very spacious with up-to-date and modern furnishings. It has everything we needed for our month-long stay. As we were working remotely we needed fast and reliable internet which was also excellent throughout our stay. Lastly, Tami was such a kind and thoughtful host, always made sure we had what we needed, provided us with local recommendations, and always got back to our questions quickly. We would highly recommend staying at her property.
