Excellent stay at Mario. Very nice and ideally located apartment. Everything was nice. The only downside I have to note is the kitchen... Lack of cooking utensils, no teapot or tea ball to make tea in the morning. Clara's welcome was very warm and she adapted to our arrival schedule which we really appreciated. Clara also gave us plenty of restaurants and places to make our stay easier. The information for our arrival was clear and we arrived at the apartment without any difficulty. I would definitely stay again.

Bianca's apartment was spacious, clean and perfectly situated close to all the sights. In fact, it literally looks over the Palazzo Medici Riccardi and is just a few steps away from the Duomo and the Accademia Gallery. There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Bianca provided clear instructions and was very friendly and responsive to all our queries. The space itself has all the amenities you would need, and is big enough for a family of four or five. We really enjoyed our stay and wholeheartedly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Florence.

This was our second time staying in this home. Just like the first time, Margarita was a welcoming host and her place is spotless!

‘Perfect’ is the best way to describe our stay. Location, staff, communication, apartment, everything was just perfect! Look no further, this can only be highly recommended for everyone going to Florence. Consider though that the 2nd bedroom is on an elevated platform in the main living space, so it lacks a bit of privacy if that’s crucial to you.

Located nearby either train stations, and a few steps away from a more local commercial street (with lots of good food), but still keeping an arm,s length from the frenzy of the historic centre, it gave us the perfect blend of convenience and peace. The house itself is warm, fragrant, and cozy replete with delightful furnishings and objects (also yummy tea and snacks and a super comfortable bed). We have been thoroughly rejuvenated after spending the past few days at Silverio's!

Excellent accommodation option, Alessandra is always on the lookout and responded immediately to the needs!!! Only the air conditioning never served. It's the only thing. Other than that, an excellent choice!!! Highly recommended!!! Thank you

Sonia is an exceptional host, the best host we've ever had. Very friendly, cheerful, available, kind, attentive and welcoming made us feel at home. His tips were very precious and helped us make the most of our stay. The house of Sônia corresponds exactly to the photos and is very well equipped. Her concern is noted with the details so that we feel comfortable. Perfect place. Cozy and comfortable apartment, a lot of space! Only thing is far away from center (25 minute walk). But I needed a place to park my car and it was perfect, no apartment in the center has such comfortable parking place. Recommend!

We loved our stay at Alberto’s. The location is superb- close to cross the river but also to all the sites. The space is lovely with a great view of the duomo , the bed surprisingly comfortable and loved the elevator at the end of a long day is sightseeing. Alberto is very responsive and proactive and quick to remedy any problems. I would love to come back!

This is the 2nd time ive stayed in this apartment. As before, Elly was an excellent host and so made everything easy for us. The train station and tram stops are a short walk. all of the major tourists spots are very close and walkable from here, and there are so many lovely bars and restaurants near by. The apartment is well looked after, clean and very comfortable. The next time i return to Florence i will try and stay here

The apartment is modern, recently renovated and furnished with great attention to detail. The cleanliness was impeccable, and every corner of the house was cozy and well organized. You really feel the attention and passion of the host to ensure an enjoyable experience for his guests. Recommended

My family and I enjoyed our stay, the place is very beautiful, was very well kept, looked great, Smelled great. The bedrooms are very specious and the bed are comfortable. The host is very kind and responds to all the questions and concerns.

a great welcome. the place was really very clean.we are very looking at the top it was really great. there is everything you need ( dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, coffee machine... with the coffee offered in addition👍. a great basket with fruits and vegetables from the garden. possible for the kids to make pony. the pool to finally cool off was very good too even if it is missing some sunbeds when the accommodations are all full.

By far, the best Air BNB stay I’ve had. Francesco was superb. Great communication. Sending a video of the entry process was really helpful. Everything was well thought out and it was hard to leave. The flat is in a neighborhood where I’ve stayed many times and is a very different, elegant part of Florence. There are plenty of shops and restaurants and the location down the hill near Porto Romana made grabbing the bus very easy. The furnishings and amenities were a cut above. Francesco could not have been more responsive to our needs, providing advice, taking care of a small plumbing issue immediately and making sure we got our taxi to the airport. I hope to be a repeat renter! Grazie mille.

The apartment is in a very old house constructed over 800 years ago. I loved the old style of the apartment, which reminded me of the old history of Florence. Sandro is a great host, they kept a wine bottle as a welcome gift, which is not something many hosts would do. There are really good restaurants around the apartment and close to public commute. We were having trouble finding a taxi to the station as it was a busy time, Sandro and his wife tried helping us to find a taxi by calling them.

This is a wonderful place to stay. We appreciated the history, architecture, and beautiful artwork in this home. This is really a gem. The house was perfect for our family of four. We had lots of room to relax after a day of exploring. The artwork is amazing as is the history of the house. We liked browsing through the extensive selection of books. The garden was very pretty. The location is convenient. We were able to walk to the museums and stroll the beautiful streets. The coffee shop a few steps away was great for breakfast and coffee breaks. Stefano and his father were excellent host and we would love to stay here again.

10/10 would recommend! Great apartment in a great area. We found Alessandro’s place to be exactly as advertised, and super clean. We frequently use AirBnB’s for travel and this is one of the best! Hope we can return some day!
