Apartment vacation rentals in Florence

Excellent stay at Mario. Very nice and ideally located apartment. Everything was nice. The only downside I have to note is the kitchen... Lack of cooking utensils, no teapot or tea ball to make tea in the morning. Clara's welcome was very warm and she adapted to our arrival schedule which we really appreciated. Clara also gave us plenty of restaurants and places to make our stay easier. The information for our arrival was clear and we arrived at the apartment without any difficulty. I would definitely stay again.

I had the pleasure of staying with 8 other friends of mine at Dani's apartment for one night. The apartment is in a really convenient location for visiting Florence on foot (there are several places for meals and parking just minutes from the house)! The listing description and photos are very accurate and match the reality of the accommodation. Dani was immediately friendly, helpful and responsive. Overall, we really enjoyed it and if we were to go back to Florence we would love to stay there again!

The place is big and very comfortable. The host is very friendly and provided us with breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise! I will recommend to my friend.

The property was in a central location, a few minutes away from the Duomo, yet still be in a quiet neighborhood. It’s the perfect in-between place for us, close to tourist spots while still being in a peaceful location away from the crowd. The host, Giordano, was proactive and messaged us ahead of time to arrange the check-in. We arrived earlier than expected and Giordano kindly offered to let us check-in early. The place was very clean, modern, and had everything we needed in it. It felt like a home away from home. We especially loved the spacious living room and bathroom. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an accommodation in Florence.

We stayed at Daria and Gabriele’s place in Florence, with the kids, it was exactly as described and easy to get to and walk around the city. Super place—highly recommended for families looking for a local experience in the heart of Florence with style! They were super helpful along the stay ! Thank you we will definitely do this again!

We loved our stay! It was nice to have an elevator for our luggage and our hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The location was really perfect for our trip, close to everything. We will definitely return!

Very clean and great location!

This Airbnb was amazing!!! It is in a perfect location- easily walkable to many different Piazza’s, as well as only about a 10 minute walk from the duomo. Pietro and Ksenia were beyond helpful with check in and were available for anything we needed - they even gave us a map of the city and marked their favorite local spots. We tried almost all of their recommendations and it was some of - if not the best- Italian food we have EVER had! The Airbnb was in pristine condition, and was even nicer than we were expecting! As a part of Florentine history, it was an honor to stay there. We will definitely be back!!

The flat was VERY clean and tidy! No dust was spotted! The neighborhood was safe, and the localization was acceptable (about 20-25 minutes by bus to the main sights). In the kitchen you can find all utilities needed for cooking. I would only suggest to rise the temperature of the flat in the cold period, or add more blankets. Andrea was very kind and communicative, he let us to leave our luggage earlier, which was very convenient. I recommend this flat for a tourist stay in Florence.

A lovely, Florentine home in a lovely, local neighborhood. Francesco is a wonderful host, great communicator and his home was the perfect place for our time in Florence. We loved how quiet the street was as well as how close it was to walking to all the sites. Would for sure come back at any point we are able to return! Grazie Mille!

This place was perfect for our stay in Florence it was centrally located and just around the corner from the duomo! The unit had one large flight of stairs to reach it, and was very well equipped inside! We enjoyed the unit from cooking in the kitchen to sleeping in the very comfortable bed! Definitely would recommend this unit to anyone!

We booked this place for 5D/4N & was allowed early check-in as arrived early from Le Spezia, really appreciate that. Place was closed to tram & buses with just few minutes walk which make commute to attractions easier, also restaurants, cafe & supermarket were all just walking distance. Recommended!

Blerina was a great host. My wife and I decide to spend a second a night in Florence, unfortunately, the apartment has been booked. We have booked an early tour and needed to find a place to stay and to leave our luggage. Blerina went far and beyond to help us with our situation. Not only did she booked us to another apartment, but transferred our luggage there. Awesome customer service and the area had plenty of restaurants. We had a wonderful stay at the Olive House! The place was nice and spotless, with tasteful interior design that made us feel right at home. All electric and mechanical appliances – from the kitchen and laundry to the heating and lighting – worked perfectly, which made our stay really comfortable. The location is unbeatable: all the main museums, art galleries, and historical sites are just a short walk away. Plus, the neighborhood is full of great restaurants and cozy coffee shops – plenty of options to explore. Our host was extremely friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!

Beautiful stay, little bit outside the city center which is what I prefer, but it's absolutely walkable with the tram a 5 minute walk away. It's quiet, peaceful, and smells of the blooming wisteria. The garden is a pleasure to be in. The hosts were responsive and made it very easy to check in and to know where and how to get around. I would stay here again if I'm ever in Florence.

Sonia’s place made us feel right at home! She was flexible with check in and was sure to provide us with detailed instructions and directions to reach the location. Sonia provided many local recommendations from attractions to restaurants and she was so knowledgeable which was very helpful. She was always available and helpful for random questions that we had throughout our stay. Sonia knows the bus system very well and assisted us with this as well which was amazing! The place was cozy and unique and she helped with the heat when it had gotten colder than expected! A great stay for our short trip!

The apartment in Florence was in a good location, making it easy to explore the city sites. It was a comfortable stay with everything needed for a few days. Perfect for anyone looking for a convenient base in Florence!

I cannot recommend this place enough. The design style alone was a dream. It’s even more beautiful in person. The neoclassical frescoes really set the tone for the timeless beauty there is to experience during a stay in the heart of Florence. The Duomo is just a few minutes walk, as is the Uffizi Gallery, and Galleria Accademia. Even Piazzale Michelangelo was not a long walk. There are so many fantastic restaurants and the shopping can’t be beat. Grab a reservation at View On Art just a few blocks down to see breathtaking views of the Duomo. Our host was top notch from beginning to end. He assisted us with absolutely anything we needed. He provided exquisite local recommendations, arranged our pick up car from the train station, and provided crystal clear instructions with a video for checking in to the apartment. He was always responsive and courteous. I would not stay anywhere else in Florence, I mean that sincerely.

We had a great time, although we did not spend much time in the apartment! Everything was clean, well presented, and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well equipped - although the quantities seemed a bit random with lots of plates but just two mugs; We also had to search quite hard to find various items - but it had everything we needed. Lucia who met us was friendly and helpful. We did feel it was a little expensive, but appreciate that in a tourist area like Florence prices are going to be inflated. We also felt that a 200€ cleaning fee, when we were there for only 4 days, was also steep. Having said that, the apartment was spotless.

This is the 2nd time ive stayed in this apartment. As before, Elly was an excellent host and so made everything easy for us. The train station and tram stops are a short walk. all of the major tourists spots are very close and walkable from here, and there are so many lovely bars and restaurants near by. The apartment is well looked after, clean and very comfortable. The next time i return to Florence i will try and stay here
