Apartment vacation rentals in Florence

Location is great. Close to shops, restaurants and river. In busy section of Florence but apt was quiet. Lorenzo was very helpful with any questions we had.

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for 5 people. Very clean and close to downtown.

Beautiful apartment, it is just as in the photos, very well equipped, with all amenities, close to everything central, very easily accessible. The wonderful hosts are very helpful and attentive, we hope to return soon!

This apartment was perfect for our stay. The kitchen came fully loaded with the appliances that we needed, and the apartment overall provided more than enough space for us.

This Airbnb was amazing!!! It is in a perfect location- easily walkable to many different Piazza’s, as well as only about a 10 minute walk from the duomo. Pietro and Ksenia were beyond helpful with check in and were available for anything we needed - they even gave us a map of the city and marked their favorite local spots. We tried almost all of their recommendations and it was some of - if not the best- Italian food we have EVER had! The Airbnb was in pristine condition, and was even nicer than we were expecting! As a part of Florentine history, it was an honor to stay there. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent. Ideal location for me, quiet, easy walk to the centre for the galleries and museums. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Silverio welcoming, responsive to my questions later. Kitchen ideal to prepare meals. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s unit in Florence! She went above and beyond as a host - she met us at the bus stop and showed us around the flat, and gave us SO many amazing recommendations for the city - everything from sites to visit, restaurants to eat at, and which bus to catch where. We were blown away by her wealth of knowledge and spent the rest of our time in Florence happily working our way through her recommendations! The flat is very welcoming and comfortable, with everything you could need. There are so many thoughtful touches throughout, it feels like a home away from home. We only wished we’d stayed longer! The location is fantastic - a bit out of the hustle and bustle but still walking distance to everything, and right near a bus stop. Highly recommend - we would very happily return! Thank you for such a fantastic stay.

very nice apartment that fits perfectly with the description. The tram is a few meters away and allows access to the historic center in a few minutes if you don't want to walk. and a very responsive and pleasant Host.

Excellent apartment - very clean and cozy. It has everything you need. I felt really comfortable, didn't want to leave at all. Perfect for solo travelers. The city center is easily accessible by tram. Natasha is a wonderful and warm host who even gave me some tips for the area. She was always easy to reach and was always available for any problems. If I come back to Florence, it will be to Natasha!

We loved our stay at Alberto’s. The location is superb- close to cross the river but also to all the sites. The space is lovely with a great view of the duomo , the bed surprisingly comfortable and loved the elevator at the end of a long day is sightseeing. Alberto is very responsive and proactive and quick to remedy any problems. I would love to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Florence at Giovanni’s apartment. The apartment was beautiful and centrally located in Florence close to shopping and key sights.

We really had a perfect stay at this location. First, the location of the stay was great. In addition, it was particularly noticeable how well the host handled issues. Was arranged super quickly and was extremely nice! Will definitely come back!

We had a great time, although we did not spend much time in the apartment! Everything was clean, well presented, and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well equipped - although the quantities seemed a bit random with lots of plates but just two mugs; We also had to search quite hard to find various items - but it had everything we needed. Lucia who met us was friendly and helpful. We did feel it was a little expensive, but appreciate that in a tourist area like Florence prices are going to be inflated. We also felt that a 200€ cleaning fee, when we were there for only 4 days, was also steep. Having said that, the apartment was spotless.

We loved our stay in Florence. This apartment is a stone's throw from the train station which makes it an excellent jumping-off point for day trips, and it's still an easy, 15-minute walk to the city center. Elly was fantastic; she let us check in early and accommodated our needs with great care. We had one small issue and the owner came and fixed it right away. We loved having all the comforts of home: a full kitchen, washer, dishwasher, drying rack, and two sets of keys (which is helpful for two couples). Fantastic experience overall.

Via Vigna Nuova 17 exceeded our expectations as all of the areas in the survey. We could not have been happier with the apartments. Having washing machines was perfect for our needs. We easily walked to everything we wanted to do in Florence, to include several great restaurants. Gaia & Pietro's instructions (to include pictures) were extremely helpful. Our time in Florence was so memorable and a lot of that had to do with the wonderful accommodations.

The best stay and experience i have ever had, what a place!!! The most equipped kitchen and free gifts i have ever had!! No negatives !!

The apartment is in a very old house constructed over 800 years ago. I loved the old style of the apartment, which reminded me of the old history of Florence. Sandro is a great host, they kept a wine bottle as a welcome gift, which is not something many hosts would do. There are really good restaurants around the apartment and close to public commute. We were having trouble finding a taxi to the station as it was a busy time, Sandro and his wife tried helping us to find a taxi by calling them.

You can tell this place is loved. Elena grew up there. There are so many nice touches you don't usually see. Very comfortable. The only, and I mean only, drawback is the intermittent internet connection. Resetting the router fixes this most of the time, but not always. Unless you must have wifi all the time, absolutely stay here.

The apartment, outside space and position in the town suited us perfectly- the sights were all within walking distance as were amenities such as shops and restaurants. The space was really interesting and individual with lots of original art on the walls. The space seemed bigger than it was, due to the novel layout of the sleeping areas. Stefano and his father were very friendly, instantly responsive and extremely helpful, kind and wanting to make our stay as good as possible. They both went out of their way to ensure we had settled in comfortably and checked that we had enough towels for our stay. Both hosts were knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. When we arrived at the airportStefano quickly organised our permit to drive into the town and his secure parking space as soon as we notified him of our hire car‘s licence number. We couldn’t wish for a better place to stay in the town and would definitely recommend his place to our friends and family. This really is a real gem.

The apartment was beautiful, and the view from the rooftop was amazing. Very clean, well appointed, and fantastic location. Alessandro was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. This location made our vacation even better than expected.
