Apartment vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Florence

We had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s unit in Florence! She went above and beyond as a host - she met us at the bus stop and showed us around the flat, and gave us SO many amazing recommendations for the city - everything from sites to visit, restaurants to eat at, and which bus to catch where. We were blown away by her wealth of knowledge and spent the rest of our time in Florence happily working our way through her recommendations! The flat is very welcoming and comfortable, with everything you could need. There are so many thoughtful touches throughout, it feels like a home away from home. We only wished we’d stayed longer! The location is fantastic - a bit out of the hustle and bustle but still walking distance to everything, and right near a bus stop. Highly recommend - we would very happily return! Thank you for such a fantastic stay.

very nice apartment that fits perfectly with the description. The tram is a few meters away and allows access to the historic center in a few minutes if you don't want to walk. and a very responsive and pleasant Host.

Excellent apartment - very clean and cozy. It has everything you need. I felt really comfortable, didn't want to leave at all. Perfect for solo travelers. The city center is easily accessible by tram. Natasha is a wonderful and warm host who even gave me some tips for the area. She was always easy to reach and was always available for any problems. If I come back to Florence, it will be to Natasha!

We loved our stay at Alberto’s. The location is superb- close to cross the river but also to all the sites. The space is lovely with a great view of the duomo , the bed surprisingly comfortable and loved the elevator at the end of a long day is sightseeing. Alberto is very responsive and proactive and quick to remedy any problems. I would love to come back!

We really had a perfect stay at this location. First, the location of the stay was great. In addition, it was particularly noticeable how well the host handled issues. Was arranged super quickly and was extremely nice! Will definitely come back!

We had a great time, although we did not spend much time in the apartment! Everything was clean, well presented, and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well equipped - although the quantities seemed a bit random with lots of plates but just two mugs; We also had to search quite hard to find various items - but it had everything we needed. Lucia who met us was friendly and helpful. We did feel it was a little expensive, but appreciate that in a tourist area like Florence prices are going to be inflated. We also felt that a 200€ cleaning fee, when we were there for only 4 days, was also steep. Having said that, the apartment was spotless.

We loved our stay in Florence. This apartment is a stone's throw from the train station which makes it an excellent jumping-off point for day trips, and it's still an easy, 15-minute walk to the city center. Elly was fantastic; she let us check in early and accommodated our needs with great care. We had one small issue and the owner came and fixed it right away. We loved having all the comforts of home: a full kitchen, washer, dishwasher, drying rack, and two sets of keys (which is helpful for two couples). Fantastic experience overall.

A breathtaking stay & an accommodating host!

Via Vigna Nuova 17 exceeded our expectations as all of the areas in the survey. We could not have been happier with the apartments. Having washing machines was perfect for our needs. We easily walked to everything we wanted to do in Florence, to include several great restaurants. Gaia & Pietro's instructions (to include pictures) were extremely helpful. Our time in Florence was so memorable and a lot of that had to do with the wonderful accommodations.

A charming accommodation that is centralised and we walked to attractions everywhere! Hosts were wonderful and responsive and most importantly, kind hearted. We are most appreciative of their warm hospitality and enjoyed their recommendations on cafes, restaurants etc. They were truly amazing hosts who made a positive difference to our holiday experience! Highly recommended!

The apartment is in a very old house constructed over 800 years ago. I loved the old style of the apartment, which reminded me of the old history of Florence. Sandro is a great host, they kept a wine bottle as a welcome gift, which is not something many hosts would do. There are really good restaurants around the apartment and close to public commute. We were having trouble finding a taxi to the station as it was a busy time, Sandro and his wife tried helping us to find a taxi by calling them.

You can tell this place is loved. Elena grew up there. There are so many nice touches you don't usually see. Very comfortable. The only, and I mean only, drawback is the intermittent internet connection. Resetting the router fixes this most of the time, but not always. Unless you must have wifi all the time, absolutely stay here.

The apartment was beautiful, and the view from the rooftop was amazing. Very clean, well appointed, and fantastic location. Alessandro was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. This location made our vacation even better than expected.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at MEA Casa! The house is stunning, and the surrounding views are simply breathtaking. Martin and Elena were incredibly welcoming and offered fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. We wished we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be back!

The place was gorgeous, the pictures don’t do it justice, you really need to be there to appreciate the beautiful art that is there. Not to mention, everything Florence has to offer is within a 10 minute walk!

We were met at the flat by the caretaker, and she was extremely helpful in explaining everything we needed to know during our stay. She was also very friendly and kind. The place was great to come home to after a day of touring around Florence. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom facilities were very upscale. Also, the balcony was really nice. The location was central and we were able to easily walk to the Duomo, to Michelangelo's David and to the Ponte Vecchio. All in all, a wonderful place to spend our time in Florence. I'd highly recommend it.

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

Massimiliano was gracious and friendly. The location is great for those willing and able to walk 15-30 minutes as that will get you to countless trattorias, cafes, and museums. If you are visiting from a city, this apt will feel like home. If you are from a quiet suburb or town, be aware that weekend nights will be filled with people in the streets until the wee hours. We would gladly stay here again.

Spacious apartment, great kitchen, big bathroom and lovely balcony overlooking Florence. Luciano is a very nice and helpful host. The parking space we parked the car on as it was not needed during the stay. Instead we got the bus that stopped close to the apartment. We appreciated that there was coffee, cookies and other edible in the kitchen and that we didn't have to buy dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, soap and shampoo. Thank you Luciano for your hospitality! We would be glad to come back!

My Family and I had the pleasure to stay at Matteo’s Airbnb and it was an amazing experience. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures and once you get to see the view from the balcony it’s the cherry on top. Communication was very clear and we had no problem finding and getting into the apartment. We highly recommend staying here!!

Perfect apartment walking distance from the beautiful piazza's, river and restaurants. Really well designed with a nice clean and comfortable design. No stairs to climb which was very nice after a day of walking all around the city and steep streets.

After a long flight from California, we were welcomed to Cherubini palace with friendly service and felt right at home in our airbnb. Thank you, Mattia and Leonardo, for being great hosts and helping us with our luggage, parking, and setting out wonderful snacks & wine for us in our kitchen. We'll definitely recommend this airbnb in the future!!
