I was in Florence for studies and despite the need to stay only one night, I was completely satisfied. The Duomo room is really very nice, and I particularly appreciated the design; it also has all the essential amenities. The "automated" check-in and check-out system is really very effective, however, if you need the host is always available to the contacts that will be communicated. In addition, the location is also extremely convenient as the property is perfectly located in the center of some of the main places in Florence, such as Palazzo Vecchio, the Cathedral and the Basilica of Santa Croce. I would therefore recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to spend a pleasant stay in Florence.

A good place to stay right in front of the river. Very friendly for the arrival and the room was very clean. The bathroom is as expected, small but sufficient.

We had a great time at Homam's place. We were particularly surprised by the location in a very quiet area near the American consulate and therefore guarded 24 HOURS A DAY, without noise. Perfect sleep, impeccable cleanliness and very nice room. Great self check-in, but there's also a front desk. We'll definitely be back

We had a lovely stay in Burchio. Nice quite location. Great restaurant situated at the venue with excellent food and hospitality.

The room is very nice! Big bed and very good shower. The location is amazing! The communication was also very good. Lina gave us recommendations and helped us finding the place, always prompt answering our questions. The only thing that would be better is if the check in could be earlier, we thought 5pm a little bit late. But she let us know when the room was ready, before 5pm, which worked very well for us. I would come back 100%.

To All Perspectives Guests, Writing as an annual 40-year visitor to Florence, I can truly say that the Residenza D'Epoca on Sant Egidio's is situated in an ideal location in the immediate heart of the city, yet in a wonderful working class neighborhood with all the flavor that provides. Choosing an apartment abroad is always a challenging endeavor. Renting Residenza D'Epoca, is by far, one’s best solution!

This bnb was conveniently located near many attractions. Being located near the train station was a plus!! Loved the breakfast available. Would highly recommend to others. Just be mindful of luggage, as there is no elevator!
