Mimma and her husband were amazing. My wife and I really enjoyed staying here during our stay in Florence. Beautiful modern home with every thing in the house ready for you when you get there. Lots of room for our luggage’s. Tv was a big smart tv, lots of privacy and most importantly they were very professional and nice. It felt like being at home compared to other airbnbs we have stayed at. Might be a bit pricey but I can say it was 100% worth it. You won’t regret staying here. Thank you Mimma!!! The property are spectacular, with all the amenities, Anna is an excellent host, courteous, friendly and willing to help, we loved the property and enjoyed our stay very much. It is a place we recommend 100% and if we return to Italy we would love to stay there again. It's close to Florence and other cities in Tuscany. There are supermarkets 3 minutes from the property, as well as restaurants and everything you need for a wonderful stay.

We came to 11 people in this home, and all enjoyed the place very much. It is very secluded and is not advisable to rent it if you do not have a vehicle. However, this isolation precisely allows you to enjoy the calm, the garden and the pool, even for large groups (there are two large tables outside). In case of great heat, it is necessary to provide mosquito repellent and the lack of air conditioning is felt. That being said, this cottage represents a nice place for large groups (even with children) who want to visit Florence, Siena, Chianti, or even stay on site. The place has many rooms, all the necessary amenities, and Renata was very friendly and responsive with us. Definitely recommend!

This house fully lives up to the photos and it is an amazing place with a wonderful pool in a perfect location not too far from Florence. We stayed with 6 people and enjoyed every bit of it. We felt very welcome and everything went very smooth our whole stay! Would love to go back :)

Stunning location in rural Tuscany. Amazing views and lovely property with private Sauna & wood fired hot tub. Host was always very helpful and responsive & gave good loca recommendations.

Our stay near Impruneta was nothing short of magical. We were four adults and two teenagers, and the house was perfect for all of us — beautifully decorated, full of character, and surrounded by incredible landscaping. Natural light poured into every room, creating a warm, peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and feel at home. The location was ideal for exploring Tuscany. We took an easy day trip into Florence and ventured through the surrounding countryside, always happy to return to the tranquility of the house. There’s a calm and quiet here that’s hard to put into words. You can feel the care and intention in every corner of the home. It’s more than just a place to stay — it’s a reflection of the host’s grace and warmth, and we left feeling deeply refreshed and grateful.

This is one of the most beautiful Airbnbs we have ever had the pleasure of staying in! It was totally unique, gorgeously atmospheric, and simultaneously rustic and luxe - exactly what we would hope for a special Tuscan getaway. The beds were very comfortable and large, everything was very clean, the outdoor dining area perfect for enjoying a meal or a glass of wine, and Roberto even has a wine fridge stocked with different bottles available for purchase! Our children (6 and 10) loved ringing the bell in the working bell tower, and we loved being right next to a beautiful olive grove and hedges of rosemary. It was absolutely perfect. One note: the home is directly adjacent to a busy road on one side, so while private, you can still definitely hear traffic fairly constantly when you are outdoors (though since it's a rural setting, nothing too disturbing or intrusive). We would happily stay again!

In a word beautiful. The house was incredibly beautiful! The location was also top with a beautiful view. Lots of options to sit down and have a drink in the evening. There is not much in the area, but everything is easy to drive. Host was super responsive and friendly. I would definitely come back here!

Beautiful airbnb!! We loved our stay! We had a group of 11. This Bnb is actually a bed and breakfast, and we had no idea until reading the reviews, and we were able to rent the entire place since we had so many people. Everyone had their own private (beautiful!) room and private bathroom. The location is a little outside of the main city center, but only 3 stops on the tram. Very easy to walk or take public transportation to the main attractions in Florence. Odette is one of the hosts & is always responsive, attentive and offers to make breakfasts for an additional fee which we took advantage of one morning. She stops by once a day to clean the common areas and tend to anything needed. Another employee stops by once a day, if that, only to restock linens. I saw other reviews complain about that, but if you’re aware, I don’t see why it’s a problem. They are all so kind and do not disrupt at all. We felt safe & comfortable. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay at the Chapelle, but mostly loved Guido’s friendliness. He greeted us at arrival, explained us about the history of the Chapelle and the Villa. In our last day we had an inconvenience with our car in downtown Firenze, since we needed to file a police report and change our car, Guido offered us to leave everything with him so we can do all the paperwork and visits to police offices. We felt relieved and we appreciate this gesture grealty. The Chapelle is comfortable and a fun place to stay at!

Our stay at Il Casellino was definitely wonderful. The communication with Lara was very smooth. Our hosts, Remus and Maria, are absolutely outstanding. They do everything to make your holiday perfect. The place is very quiet and the views are breathtaking. It can be pretty hot in Toscany and therefore the big swimmingpool gives the necessary coolness. in short: a perfect place to relax!

Francesca’s home was beautiful and in a breathtaking, peaceful location. There is a short, beautiful walk with Mountain View’s and olive groves to an incredible pool and pool house. She was incredibly helpful in helping us not only access the home, but also in providing us local recommendations. The meal that Ettore prepared for us was one of the highlights of our trip.

Federico is an incredible host! Warm, friendly, proactive, super helpful. He gave us great recommendations and treated us like long lost family. The house and surroundings are jaw dropping beautiful. We were thirty minutes from Firenze, and within 30-40 minutes from most towns in Tuscany including Panzano or San Gimigiano. Perfect place for a big family gathering in Tuscany. You will want to have a car, though.

Wow wow, I'm not even sure where to start! Our stay in Lucolena was absolutely magical - it's a beautiful, serene, friendly place, and the villa and it's surroundings were breathtaking. The home itself is a perfect balance of rustic, authentic charm and modern amenities. And while Lucolena itself is a quiet place, we were able to get basic groceries and an occasional meal in the village center, and importantly we were within about a 20-60 minute drive of plenty of other cities (Florence, Siena), towns (San Gimignano, Montefioralle), and of course wineries. But we were also happy to stay put and enjoy the amazing villa, waking up to views of the valley, olive groves, and vineyards in the mist, and savoring the truly wonderful work of Chef Laura. At Dominique's suggestion, we hired her for a handful of meals over the course of the week and I can't tell emphasize how incredible it was to have her cook for us, she was nothing short of spectacular.

Beautiful house surrounded by nature for a quiet weekend, Livia was very kind and precise, it was a pleasure!

We felt right at home at this place. Beautifully designed and furnished with a nice backyard. A Tuscan villa located in a quiet neighborhood right at the gate of the historic town. Responsive and nice hosts. They even offered to make restaurant reservations for us. Would love to go back one day.

“I don’t think there is a more romantic place on Earth,” were my girlfriend’s words as we stepped into Marco’s charming villa. It was hands-down the BEST Airbnb we have ever stayed at. You know how there are some people who in the first moment of meeting them you can just tell that they are a wonderful person? That was Marco. As soon as we got there, we were welcomed with a tour of the property, breathtaking landscape, and local treats! Marco and his wife gave us so many helpful recommendations for us to enjoy our stay in Florence. They were so friendly and made us feel right at home. Inside the home was very spacious, private, beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. It has everything you could need from delicious treats, an espresso maker, warm shower, washing machine, and cozy blankets. You can’t find a better place to stay and you won’t stop saying, “wow!” We used Ubers and walked to get around and both were so easy, we recommend doing a mix of both!

Gorgeous rustic villa in the Tuscan Hills. Very useful that accommodation is across two houses and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool was lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would add is a sofa to slouch on for rainy nights or after walking the beautiful cities of Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Great laundry for long stay guests. Brenda was very responsive and accommodating.

Perfect central location for day trips to Florence and nearby Tuscan towns. Our family group worked very well, especially with private bathrooms in each room. Stefano was responsive and helpful.

We had a really nice week together. The house is large, clean, everything has been thought of and close to the city. The pool was lovely and also kept well clean. It's a bit of the house, so it's nice that you bring drinks with you. It is great that there is a refrigerator, toilet and shower by the pool. There are plenty of beds by the pool and there are also umbrellas. Communication with the owner was also great. A quick and clear response every time

It’s a good place. Host care about your feeling. Very responsive! Recommend! Only thing need be improved is the WiFi. It’s pretty slow in all area inside the house.
