Our stay (7 people, 8 days) at Eugenio’s place was truly outstanding and exceeded our expectations. Check in was a breeze as he was waiting for us when we arrived and he oriented us to the property. The space is charming, well-equipped, and lovely. Comfy beds and warm linens. The location is fabulous — far enough away from the center that it’s a quiet refuge but close enough to still walk to all the sites. It’s an upscale neighborhood where Italians go about their daily shopping at the bakery, deli, pharmacy, etc. The best meals of the trip were just steps away. We loved it! Thanks for sharing your lovely family home, Eugenio! We hope to return!

We had 7 people staying at Luisa's and it was very comfortable for all. Plenty of room for privacy and to get together in the main rooms. A 15 minute walk to the markets and the Duomo. Everyone enjoyed the stay at Luisa's.

Genteel Home Italy was awesome, it was a great experience, so happy that me and my family chose this home. The location was very peaceful and quiet. The host was great, very attentive to our needs, always accessible. Thank you Genteel Home Italy for making our stay in Italy that much more better. A 10 out of 10.

I dont believe I could have found a better place to spend a week in Florence. The hosts were amazingly responsive, always working to make our visit even more special. Would 100% recommend and would love to stay there again.

Had a lovely week at the villa. Amazing place and beautiful views! Florence a short drive away, but we also enjoyed walking about 35 minutes to Fiesole for restaurants and views.

What an amazing experience! Beautiful location, incredible setting, historic villa. Villa has everything you could possibly need. We were a group of 10 people there to celebrate a 30th wedding anniversary and everything needed was available. Amazing glassware, dinning wear and cutlery. Each room has a unique style and incredible view and is very private. Simone, our host was absolutely wonderful and extremely generous of his time and knowledge. We had a private cooking glass on site and during dinner a wine testing experience from the family vineyard. He shared with us his family’s history as well as that of the villa during our stay. Truly an amazing experience that we will never forget. Would definitely book again and we highly recommend

Great place! Beautiful and spacious. Angela meet us for check in helped us find the house. We got the lasagna dinner that was offered. It was delicious! it was so nice having groceries and not having to find a grocery store. Definitely worth doing. They were accommodating with our checkin and check out. The location of the house was good but a little far from main city’s. We had to drive pretty far to get places but the drive was beautiful. We would recommend this house for sure. Beds were comfortable. The downstairs shower was the only one that got the hottest water but it was ok because there was just three of us. Having a washer was great as well! The upstairs bedroom had the most beautiful view! Thank your for letting us use your home for our vacation!

We had a delightful stay! Very beautiful setting. Would highly recommend. The two units provided separation but also togetherness. Worked great for our party of 8. Four adults and four children. Conveniently located between Florence and Sienna.

Incredible stay at Beatrice’s place. From booking to exit she had helped my group and I plan our stay in Tuscany finding wineries and vineyards to explore. She was so kind and pleasant to work with I would suggest her place to anyone! The kitchen was cozy and perfect for our group to spend time in while at the bnb. Every room was exactly as described. Perfect stay!

The property was spectacular. We were a group of 15. Finding a 10 bedroom home with all en-suite was not easy. Silvia's home is a rarity. We just happened to arrive when they were harvesting some grapes and making wine. Being able to witnes the process was amazing! Silvia cooked one night, for our group. Sitting down all together at a beautifully decorated table, with such a memorable atmosphere, was highly appreciated, by all of us. (We wished this room would of been available to us for our entire stay, as it accommodated all of us). The huge farmhouse is divided up into 3 separate apartments, which works well for privacy. Outside is spacious, with an incredible Tuscan backdrop. We would have enjoyed more seating outside to take in the incredible views, as a large group.

We had a nice week at Martina's farm. With all the farm stay available, the large outdoor spaces, including the pool, and the beautiful walks you can take nearby, time has flown. Our dog also really appreciated it. Welcome and availability both upon arrival and during the stay are unavailable for both arrival and during the stay whenever we needed it. The apartments are essential but nothing is missing and they are immersed in the silence of nature.

What a gem. We absolutely loved the villa and look forward to returning in the future! We stayed there with another family and had three kids under 4 and felt very safe in the area and at the house. They provided toddler beds and high chairs, which was amazing. Nathalie and Lorenzo were so lovely and welcoming, and the villa itself was a delight - vintage in all the right ways, quiet, perfect distance from a beautiful village, not too far of a drive to a supermarket and attractions. If the weather had been warmer/less rainy, we would have spent loads of time on the terrace and the hangout area below. Like the rest of the space, the outdoor areas were very well appointed, with plenty of seating, giant floor cushions, ping pong, etc. I also highly recommend booking a yoga session and private chef!

Michael greeted us on arrival and was extremely welcoming and took time to show us around his beautiful home. This was a family holiday with 6 adults and the ample space both inside and out worked perfectly for us all, we felt at home and relaxed. The whole house is extremely luxuriously and well equipped, we used the BBQ and the pizza oven both of which worked perfectly. Michael was always available to help with any questions we had and the location is perfect for day trips to Firenze, Siena etc. We enjoyed a wonderful week and would thoroughly recommend Michael’s home.

Villa Angiolina is truly beautiful!!! The view is incredible and everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host was lovely and gracious and responded very quickly to all communications. She even arranged for an amazing pizza party with a private chef that was just one or the memorable moments from our time at the Villa. If this Villa is available…just book it!!! You will be glad that you did!!!!

Impressive place and view. The property is clean, well maintained and the friendly host available at anytime. We have spent 5 days enjoying the property which is located at the mid point of Pisa/Livorno and Florence. We took the opportunity to visit the three cities.

We had a really nice week together. The house is large, clean, everything has been thought of and close to the city. The pool was lovely and also kept well clean. It's a bit of the house, so it's nice that you bring drinks with you. It is great that there is a refrigerator, toilet and shower by the pool. There are plenty of beds by the pool and there are also umbrellas. Communication with the owner was also great. A quick and clear response every time

Thanks so much to our warm, welcoming, helpful hosts. Stunning views from the perfectly-maintained pool. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Beautiful woodland walks very nearby. Easy drives to fun days out at the beach and to Tuscan towns and cities. (Mosquito-repellent and car both essential.)

Beautiful, clean and equipped with every comfort! Three apartments with independent entrances in a spectacular place with breathtaking views nestled in a very nice garden. Everything is taken care of in the smallest details. Newly remade pool, not very large but very nice and collected to share with the people you go on vacation with. Especially suitable for large groups of friends/family to enjoy a dreamy relaxation.

What a lovely place to stay. We had a great week at the property relaxing in the garden or by the pool. The house has a lot of charm and character. Pistoia also has a very quaint centre with some lovely restaurants and squares. Vittoria was very helpful as well - thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home. James
