Vacation rentals with a sauna in Florence

Our two-week stay was utterly enchanting. As we celebrated our thirty-year wedding anniversary and explored Italy for the first time, this property stood out as our clear favorite, with everything meeting our expectations. I felt extremely comfortable and at ease, much like being at home. The amenities were outstanding, and we made good use of the hot tub and sauna. The decor was also impressive, showcasing considerable attention to detail. Annie was an exemplary host, always responding promptly to my inquiries and displaying excellent communication skills. I would definitely return to this property, as it greatly enhanced my experience of traveling abroad. I also highly recommend Annie's property to others. The availability of laundry facilities was another significant advantage, particularly during the midpoint of our vacation. My memories of Florence are inextricably linked to the exceptional experience I had at Annie's property, which was flawless in every respect. Thank you again!

Here’s a review based on your experience: I had the most amazing stay in Tuscany! The property was absolutely beautiful, and Alessandra was an incredible host. Her house was stunning—spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. One thing to note is that you’ll need a car to get around, but it’s worth it. The location is perfect for exploring the region. Prato, a nearby city, is a hidden gem with so much charm and beauty. We were also able to visit Florence and Milan with ease, avoiding toll roads and enjoying the scenic routes along the way. The entire area was breathtaking, and every day was filled with incredible sights and experiences. This vacation was everything we could have hoped for and more. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful yet well-located in Toscany!

It was very spacious and had very comfortable beds. There were no street noises, and the back patio was very charming. We wish we could have used it, but it rained during our stay. It would have been fantastic if the weather had been better.

It was a pleasure staying at this accommodation. Everything was perfect - the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary supplies (pots, pans, etc.), and the entire place was spotlessly clean. The garden deserves special mention — it’s absolutely amazing. For those visiting during warmer months, when spending time outdoors is possible, it’s the perfect spot to stay.

Alessandra is very helpful n full of info, quick to help n reply. unlike other places I've stayed, this one goes above n beyond.. a gem of a place.. washer n dryer big help for long stays

We enjoyed staying at Samuele's place, the garden is a small dream. On various small terraces there are seating options and plenty of olive trees that provide shade and are well maintained. The apartment itself was refreshingly cool and attractively furnished, the location is centrally located on the market square of the small village and next to the church, yet the garden, located on the side of an olive grove, is very quiet. However, you should know that the apartment can be a little clairvoyant due to the historical construction, partly. But that wasn't a problem for us. Communication was always friendly and clear/professionally organized. Thank you Samuele, for the wonderful time we were allowed to spend with you.

Well located. easy parking Weak and improveable wifi connection. as well as sound proofing. You could perfectly hear the neighbors' TV and their conversations at night. The apartment is beautiful, although with many stairs to climb. The views from the living room are beautiful. Fantastic equipment. Wonderful bathroom. all large stays. Samuel was attentive and very helpful at all times. It was a pleasure to stay in his house.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It felt like being at home as everything was very clean and comfortable. Valentina was a great host as were the staff helping at the building for check in and exit. The apartment was close to a lot of the sites and walkable. Would highly recommend this apartment.

It's fantastic villa. I've been with my family and it was a great experience. Many visits to do and it is in still fantastic place to combine art, gastronomy and relaxation. They have always been on the lookout for if anything was needed

We had a great stay at Guia’s. The house and room are beautiful and clean, with lots of wood all around and care for details. The property is surrounded by a forest, ideal for walks. Overall a special place and an amazing experience.  Guia and Lorenzo greeted us warmly, were super friendly, and, provided us with everything we needed.  The sauna, relaxing area, showers, and outdoor whirlpool are very cozy and enjoyable. Guia and Lorenzo organize Aufguss in the sauna a couple of times a day. We didn’t explore the Mugello area that much as we mostly enjoyed our time at the property.  We’ll for sure be back! 

Very quiet and peaceful with the beautiful river running right beside it. Lovely big pool. Highly recommended.
