We are very pleased with the apartment. Our train arrival in Florence was delayed by an hour, and Sherii very kindly waited for us. The Airbnb's location is exceptional; you can walk to all the main tourist attractions. Everything was clean and tidy. The washing machine was extremely useful, it works very well and is easy to use. Thank you so much!

Olga was a warm and attentive host who made our stay truly special. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning — an ancient home filled with beautifully curated antique accessories that perfectly reflect the spirit of the city. It’s a beautifully maintained Airbnb, thoughtfully designed with plenty of lovely details. The beds were very comfortable, the linens were top-notch, and the location couldn’t have been better. Great location, right at the end of the Ponte Vecchia and at the base of the Boboli Gardens. Super professionally managed, which was a plus for us traveling with a baby (they were able to get us a pack and play for our stay, which was clutch).

This was a spectacular place to stay in Florence! The location was ideal, surrounded with restaurants and nightlife, yet still private and quiet at night and just minutes away from some of the city's main attractions. The apartment's interior is gorgeous and accommodated all 4 of us comfortably. Highly recommend!

The apartment was so beautiful, a journey back in time. Location is great, a short walk from all we wanted to see in Florence. check-in / check-out was flexible and easy. It was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, with all things we needed for a great stay.

Francesca was very flexible and hospitable during our stay. She went out of her way to make sure we felt welcomed and that our children were accommodated. She made herself available for us the entire stay, but because of her good description, recommendations, and we'll maintain place it was rarely needed. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and we'll located. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Old-Town Florence!

Great location with several bars, cafes, and restaurants in the area. Some of them close late, and still the hotel is soo quiet! A good advantage if you are still hungry at 11am. Good pizza (or drinks) just downstairs from the hotel. The hotel is very close to the nicest places in the city, just 15 minutes walking distance to the Duomo. The host who awaits for you upstairs is willing to help. He will provide a map with good places to go, which was quite helpful for restaurants and cafes. Very approachable people. The room was nice, with some treats available under purchase (mineral bottled water free) and very clean. Highly recommend place to stay for a couple of nights.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were just a few steps from the Central Market (can't spell it in Italian), where you can find food and fun all the time. It is also a short walk from the Piazza Santa Maria Novella and Il Duomo and the train station. The bathrooms and kitchen are very modern and very clean, the bedrooms are spotless as well. We really appreciated how thick the windows are. You can open them for ventilation, but once closed, all the sounds of the outside are blocked. Each bedroom has it's own remote to control the heating and A/C. As other reviewers have mentioned, it is 45 steps up to the apartment, but there are good hand rails and several landings. It means you are above the street noise, which is a plus. Our hosts were very responsive. We were met promptly at the apartment and introduced to all the features. We were given a map and told all the best places to get sandwiches and gelato. When one of the 2 blow dryers malfunctioned, it was immediately replaced.

We had arrived with a delay after a long journey. We were able to find the location well and were well received by the host. Received extensive explanations about practical matters and what to do nearby. There was a welcome package ready, so we didn't have to do groceries right away the first night. During our stay, the communication was excellent and we were well helped! The stay is neat and clean and has a beautiful terrace. There is a nice swimming pool. All in all, is a good base to go to Florence, Siena or the lake nearby. We and the children had a good time in the pool and in the BBQ zone. The hosts were very informal, which we personally find very nice and pleasant. They occasionally brought us fresh vegetables and had a great time with our kids. So we had a very happy vacation!

Actually, you just have to read the descriptions and older reviews, then you know everything. It is a big apartment in the great hotel complex, beautifully located. Very quiet, so very, very quiet - you need a car to get somewhere. You can use the beautiful spa area (included in the price) and have breakfast in the hotel. This costs €16 for adults and €8 for children. Breakfast is tasty but not very varied. So you may not need it every day. In the evening there is the bar, for which adults also receive a coupon for free drinks. And the complex includes an upscale restaurant where you can also reserve tables. So if you're not looking for action, pretty ideal.

We absolutely loved our stay at Il Torino! The staff were so helpful and kind, and the room was really comfy. It was r free eat to have a kitchen so we could store some food and prep when we wanted a break from going out to eat, though all the local restaurants we went to were so wonderful! We used the pool and tennis courts which were so fun, and the laundry was very helpful. It helps to have a car if you want to do any excursions from the resort. Would recommend to anyone!

This villa is beautiful, peaceful, and truly Tuscan—cozy, charming, with amazing views. We stayed as a family of seven, and even the kids loved it, especially the playground and ping-pong table. October was perfect with warm, sunny days, and we enjoyed the pool for a refreshing dip. Mornings with coffee on the terrace, looking at the mountains or going for walks, were unforgettable. The location was great for visiting other Tuscan cities, usually within 1-2 hours’ drive. Montaione is a small, charming town with a nice market on certain days and a convenient Coop for groceries. The internet connection wasn’t great, especially in mountainous areas, but the WiFi worked in most parts of the villa.

Absolutely fantastic stay for two weeks. The apartment and grounds are immaculate and Sarah and her team are so welcoming and helpful. The apartment was spotless with everything you could need for a self catering stay. The grounds are beautiful and the photos don't do it justice. The pool is amazing in a beautiful setting. We saw some amazing sunsets in this very peaceful and tranquil location. It felt like a retreat. Perfect location for getting out and about in a car with so many places to visit. We tended to stay away from the tourist trap hilltop villages and this paid off as there were not the crowds of people, and we saw some stunning places and had some wonderful food and wine!. Thank you to the Il Torrino team, you have an exceptional place and we wish you every success in the future.

Our host was there to welcome us, even though we were a little late because we walked down the wrong street. He provided us with a wealth of information for things to do, where to eat, and places to see in the surrounding area. The apartment was extremely comfortable, spacious with everything you could need. The location is perfect and we will definitely recommend staying at Firenze Rentals. We will be back soon!!
