We enjoyed our stay. Dick was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Lots of room and things for the kids to do while we were there. We really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and watching the deer wander by in the back yard.

We enjoyed our stay at The Hideaway. The location can’t be beat, yet it feels secluded. It’s cozy, private & feels safe. The owners have placed many personal & unique features throughout their property so it is relaxing & welcoming. The outdoor spaces are plentiful & the hot tub was wonderful!! Rich is very friendly & informative. Thank you for sharing your home!!

I couldn’t have wished for a better host or location, The Nest was truly beautiful and Jim Viola is the kindest most attentive and caring host I have ever seen. If I could rate this location and him as a host the amount of start I see fit, I’d say 100. I will absolutely be back to The Nest and I’ll be bringing my father with me to witness the beauty. I would never stay in any other place in Eureka Springs, I felt right at home and so much love all 3 nights and 4 days myself and my family stayed. WE LOVE YOU JIM!

This place is close enough to town to walk. Beds were comfy, towels were soft, and there were plenty. Margie was very responsive any time we messaged. The only draw back was the dining table in the picture was different than what was there. Only a small bar height table was inside and couldn't fit four people for breakfast. We didn't try the hot tub. Again, love the location, and if you aren't a big cook, this place is great.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful and spacious and the kitchen was stocked with several basic things that were very helpful in making in functional. It was a wonderful place to stay and we would gladly stay there again.

The pictures will never truly capture the breath taking views from this home. The house was everything we hoped for and more. We had 12 with 10 adults and we were comfortable. The home was very close to the dam beach, boat ramps and an easy trip to Eureka Springs for some shopping and lunch. Everyone we spoke with was helpful and very nice. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Beaver Lake.

Beautiful home in the gorgeous Mt. Sequoyah neighborhood. Deer roaming below the huge deck, and the hosts were very responsive and did a great job of communicating everything needed for the stay. Everything you could need is there, including makeup wipes (neutrogena!), and even snacks at the door. Will definitely stay again! The location is excellent, as you are close to College Avenue, Dickson Street, etc. and Crossover Blvd. Quiet and serene.

A wonderful lake house. Our family had a wonderful time. The house is incredible and comes with everything you could think of (and things you don’t) to have a great time and make lifelong lake memories. The house has so much to do! Games and toys for all ages, kayaks, paddle boards, and a lily pad means there is always something to do. The dock is really nice because the water is deep enough to swim and have fun, but you can still touch. We had a great time and hope to be back soon! Definitely recommend!

It was the perfect place to stay for our family of 3 to stay while visiting family in NWA. The place is very clean, and it felt like we had plenty of room. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a great weekend at Connie’s place. The location is unbeatable. We were delighted to discover the farmer’s market right across the street on Saturday morning. The home was immaculate and Connie was helpful and responsive.

The host was fantastic! Super responsive and patient. I had so many questions and the host answered every single one. The home is also nice and spacious.

Great spot for our family. Walkable to everything and easy ride to bike trails. Back yard was a bonus for playing catch and yard games. Will totally stay here again.

We were very pleased with this AB&B. Clean, well equipped, very nice furnishings, even snacks upon arrival. Location is quiet and within walking distance of town square. We’ve stayed at several AB&B’s and this place ranked at the top.

The Cozy Cottage was perfect for a weekend trip to Bentonville. The house is in an ideal location - easy to walk to all the trails, museums, and restaurants. The home looked just like the photos; cozy and clean. Alice was a communicative and helpful host. I would definitely recommend!

Jack’s cottage exudes a peaceful, simple elegance in a tranquil wooded setting. Jack’s private residence and the cottage are at the end of a cul-de-sac in a lovely subdivision featuring winding roads, rolling hills, large lots and mature trees. I loved having the bedroom windows open at night and hearing nothing until morning when the birds would begin singing. The idyllic setting I just described is an easy 10 minute drive to the center of Fayetteville with shops and restaurants. The interstate is even closer. If I ever find myself in Fayetteville again, I would definitely seek out Jack’s cottage again!

Super cute home in a great location! We walked all over Dickson Street...to the college and all the restaurants and fun shops on the square. Very walkable! We were welcomed with some wonderful homemade muffins! Soooo good! We had a great stay with the 3 of us and our little puppy! Perfect for what we needed! Large dining room, kitchen, living room and bedrooms were spacious! Would stay here again!

Tyler and Amy were great hosts. Instructions for check in and check out were clear and concise. The home was amazing. Not only was it fully furnished and stocked with more than I would expect, everything looked perfect. The location is amazing--within walking distance to downtown restaurants and Crystal Bridges. Bike/walking trails were directly behind the house. The dogs loved the enclosed back yard. I will definitely be back!
