We had a great stay at the guest house! The location is perfect - close to highway and plenty to do (shopping, restaurants, entertainment), but still a peaceful and quiet getaway - a little bit of country close to town and all the amenities! We only wish we could have enjoyed the deck, but the rain prevented that! The high ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and stylish decor create a lovely space to spend a weekend. The kitchen is well appointed with coffee (and creamer!) as well as a basket of welcome snacks and waters in the fridge. One of our favorite Air BnBs we've stayed in. We hope to book again when we return!

R&R Retreat is the perfect name for Kimlyn’s place. It’s a small space but perfect for two people. We had everything we needed; the space was so well-stocked. Kimlyn even had water bottles ready in the fridge. She had k-cups for the coffee maker and snacks in a snack box. The space had robes and every useful bathroom amenity you could think of. We ooh-ed and aah-ed with all the extra bells and whistles that Kimlyn thought of. It’s such a great place, so quiet and secluded, but easy to get anywhere you want to go! We highly recommend staying with Kimlyn!

We enjoyed this clean and quiet lodging & accomodation and pet friendly is a big plus. It has a nice view. Would be great if the lawn has some grass or a couple of trees. The only downside is the neighborhood which folks tend to let their dog run wild and make my pup very anxious. It scared us quite a bit when a dog charging over from the house on top of the road while I was trying to let my toy go potty. It's not something our hosts can control but a word of caution if you have a small companion dog.

This was by far one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed at in my travels! A very safe and close to everything spot, whether you're walking, biking, or running the local area, I found it to be so cozy and felt like home away from home! David was very responsive to my extremely late arrival but instructions were super clear and easy to follow. The coffee spot next door was awesome and the attached bike shop made it even more convenient if you're going to the area for cycling adventures. The hose in the garage to wash off my bike after a long day of gravel was clutch! The bed was insanely comfortable!! Maybe the only downside was the kitchen was a little limited for cooking, but with all the amazing restaurants around, it didn't matter. I liked how the space was separate from the house for noise but it was generally very quiet minus the birds lol. absolutely cannot wait to go back to Bentonville!!

Very comfortable and cozy. My kids loved it and didn’t want to leave, they did try to look for the real bees and bee hives lol. We just spent one night but definitely will add for future trips because it’s really close to everything we would need or want to do for a trip. Perfect shower pressure and kitchen had everything I needed for a simple meal prep.
