Luke & Sarah have a very beautiful Air BnB! They gave clear and easy instructions when checking in and checking out! Lots of things to do close by within 20 minutes! I definitely hope to be back someday!

Beautiful place to relax and come back to after a day of sightseeing. Not too far from Eureka Springs and close to the Rail Yard. My family enjoyed the property and Kristin was the kindest host, she even surprised our boys with a sweet treat. Even better our lab stayed with us! I’d love to come back when the trees are green and blueberries are in season!

Few lil hiccups, power lost due to a brush fire. Couldn’t get the Outdoor projector to work. Plenty to do and lots of room to spread out! Beautiful lake home, mountain feel.

This place is close enough to town to walk. Beds were comfy, towels were soft, and there were plenty. Margie was very responsive any time we messaged. The only draw back was the dining table in the picture was different than what was there. Only a small bar height table was inside and couldn't fit four people for breakfast. We didn't try the hot tub. Again, love the location, and if you aren't a big cook, this place is great.

The Magruder House was exactly as described and beyond. Sylvia was exceptional to work with. I wanted a place in the woods, but in the city and this met both. Everything was perfect, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud the shower was beyond one that I have ever enjoyed. If you are thinking of booking the Magruder, I highly recommend, don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy this historical location. Gloria and Tom

Beautiful location on Mount Sequoyah, with a well laid out home and amazing back deck. They had a very well stocked kitchen with high quality pots, pans and knives which is not usually the case. It was very close to downtown Fayetteville but felt quiet and secluded.

Great location in Rogers! We really enjoyed our stay in this space. Host was always responsive and friendly. Definitely recommend!!

The den was great! Exactly as described and more. Everything was clean and tidy. Great place to relax by the lake!

Home was in good condition, clean and had all the things to make breakfast and dinners. Only issue’s one sink in bathroom need attention, garbage disposal need to be cleaned didn't drain well. Keurig was missing the filter in the water chamber, and kitchen counters need a facelift. Other than those little things it was very accommodating and pleasant And relaxing! Thanks much.

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

Location location…perfect access to Bentonville by foot, bike, or short drive. Peaceful, well equipped, and roomy atmosphere make this house a great place to stay. Beds are incredibly comfortable and with black out shades we were able to sleep like babies. Plus the added storage of the garage for the bikes or car is a bonus. Big backyard for the pups to run and play too.

At first impression, we were leery of the neighborhood. The house was exactly as described, so we checked in. The neighborhood turned out to be very quiet and peaceful. It was close to areas we were visiting and the back patio was very comfortable. Overall we were happy that we booked there. The fenced yard was great for the dogs

Noel’s home was perfect for a weekend in Bentonville. The home was spacious and cozy, exceeding our expectations. We were able to take lots of advantage of the walking distance to the square, and check in and out were easy peasy!

Great newer property with great host. Usable garage, Big TVs and 2 1/2 baths that were very clean were among the many positives. The flexibility to allow a well behaved dog was also a big plus.

Thoughtful amenities, stellar location and perfectly designed house made this rental a perfect choice. We will make this our first choice for any future stays!

We were visiting Bentonville for the first time and loved the location, garage space (for bikes), bike wash, pool, and hot tub. There was plenty of space for our two families (8 ppl) to sleep and make meals. We appreciated pool towels and coffee/espresso.

Great place to stay, clean with all the amenities you need. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer was nice, bib walkin shower. Quality bedding and linens, check in was easy and good directions to the place. Nice view of the surrounding mountains with the outdoor fire pit, I enjoyed my stay and recommend Todd's place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely Airbnb in Bella Vista, and it exceeded all my expectations. The interior was spotless and thoughtfully furnished, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living spaces were cozy and inviting. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds incredibly comfortable—I had the best night's sleep! From the welcoming touches to the quick and friendly communication from the host, every aspect was seamless. It’s clear the hosts truly care about their guests' experience. My best friend and I stayed here for our frien-iversary. When we saw the photos and looked at everything Chris was offering, I realized I didn't care if it was over my budget. Of course, i started to doubt myself and wonder if the pictures just looked better and felt anxious. All of that was immediately swept away after stepping foot inside. It feels like home but in a more upgraded, fancy way. Lots of little thoughtful touches and extras were there. We specifically wanted to use the hot tub, unfortunately it was raining the whole weekend so we ended up using the bathtub upstairs in our swimsuits and still got the same type of relaxing experience of both of us comfortably fitting inside and talking right before bed. In the downstairs bathroom, the vanity area was so fun to get ready in front of together. The dressing room had perfect lighting for pictures. Any time we needed something, and couldn't find it, the host would quickly being it by. Just really blown away. Amazing remodel.

The treehouse was as described. The setting was comfortable. There was a really nice elevated deck and also a covered picnic table. There was a pristine BBQ grill. The description was clear that there was no wifi. As long as you know that ahead of time you will be fine staying here.
