Everything about staying at Gigi’s house went well! The house was in a great location for access to things to do in the area, just a mile from the main road through Bella Vista. The pet policies were accommodating and realistic. It helped so much to have a flat, fenced in back yard for the dog to run around in. The house was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen came equipped with what we needed. Gigi and Delton were quickly responsive to any issues or questions we had. We had to make an adjustment to the days we had originally booked due to medical appointments and they very kindly took care of it and immediately refunded the days we couldn’t stay. We would love to stay here again!!

Great place to stay in Bella Vista, the trail can be accessed very easily from the house. Nice backyard for dogs and overall a very comfortable home!

My best friend and I stayed here for our frien-iversary. When we saw the photos and looked at everything Chris was offering, I realized I didn't care if it was over my budget. Of course, i started to doubt myself and wonder if the pictures just looked better and felt anxious. All of that was immediately swept away after stepping foot inside. It feels like home but in a more upgraded, fancy way. Lots of little thoughtful touches and extras were there. We specifically wanted to use the hot tub, unfortunately it was raining the whole weekend so we ended up using the bathtub upstairs in our swimsuits and still got the same type of relaxing experience of both of us comfortably fitting inside and talking right before bed. In the downstairs bathroom, the vanity area was so fun to get ready in front of together. The dressing room had perfect lighting for pictures. Any time we needed something, and couldn't find it, the host would quickly being it by. Just really blown away. Amazing remodel.

Everything about our stay was great! The host was flexible for check-in and the home was easy to locate. There is a strong wilderness feel, but it is in a neighborhood of sorts, so not completely out of pocket. The playset and backyard were a fun space for our son to play. The home was extremely clean and there were helpful instructions in every room. The fireplace and hot tub were amazing!! I was very impressed with how very clean the hot tub was. There were a TON of towels. The beds were comfortable, decor was super chic. The host left a list of many recommended activities/restaurants in the area, which is always helpful. I would 10/10 recommend.

The house is the perfect size for my family of four. It was extremely clean throughout and had all the amenities that we needed. The backyard view is beautiful. In the mornings, we enjoyed watching the red cardinal birds in the backyard. The neighborhood is quiet. We felt very safe. We would without question, love to stay here again. The house was in such great condition, we did not need to bother the host. Bella Vista is such a wonderful place to visit. I would highly recommend this area for anyone wanting to enjoy a peaceful vacation.

The home was exactly as listed on AirBnB. It was exactly what we wanted. Close to Bike Trails. We have stayed in Bella Vista before and really love the area. The home was very clean and Katy was very responsive and communicated clearly. There was an information binder for the guests and it had a lot of great information. Were a lot of puzzles, games, toys and a books for family and all ages. Check out procedures were simple and didn't take much time at all. Highly recommend.

A magical place. Everything was cozy and peaceful. Ava was responsive and gave INCREDIBLE instructions to find the place. You really can’t beat this place. The location is peaceful, beautiful, and close to lovely hiking - including right on the property! I can’t wait to visit again. My soul needs it!

Such an incredibly clean and stylish place for our short stay. Close to a lot of fun things to do and great places to eat!

First, what a unique find & business model for an AirBnB that tailors to cyclists (which I am) and/or mountain bikers, and in so doing is promoting a healthy lifestyle! You’ll also have everything you need onsite to take care of your bike, and they have some cool swag to purchase and take with ya’. Absolutely seamless & smooth check-in process to a room in which the design, messaging, and aesthetics are clearly about biking and healthy living! Love it! And, it was exceptionally clean… none of this a surprise to me as the owner, Jeremy (co-owned with his wife), is a fellow Marine Corps veteran! So, you’re in good hands, RAH! You’ll find a nice little path guiding you out back where you’ll find hammocks for relaxing, awning with picnic table, grill, a great FirePit with wood & starters provided, as well as a good number of comfortable chairs for sitting and enjoying that fire if you come with a group! Only possible thing that could make this great little spot better is if it were actually nestled right in the wilderness. But you’re close, real close! The view, if you can believe it, is even more mesmerizing in person! Book it! We stayed in February 2025 and even in the cold, wintery weather, the view and experience were better than expected. We especially enjoyed grilling steaks on the grill provided, and selecting a movie or two from the extensive collection. Beaver Lake Cottages is a dream property, one that you will never forget!

We had an AMAZING stay! The view and surroundings are beautiful! We went on a hike down the trail behind the cottage down to the lake and it was gorgeous! Would highly recommend if you're able to navigate the terrain. The place was amazing and Kevin was an excellent host! There was a bottle of wine in the fridge, fresh muffins, and some other snacks! It was above and beyond! Everything was nice and clean! We would highly recommend staying here and have already told some friends they should come! Thanks for a great stay!

So nice I’ve stayed here here twice! This is a nice quiet place to stay ghat is SUPER close to everything. If you are thinking you need to find a place “right on the trail”, I get it. I’ve stayed in those places too. It’s actually nicer to stay closer to town where you can run out and grab groceries or a bite to eat and this is a great location for that. Plus, the fire pit and option to continue staying outdoors after the ride is a great option. You gotta try this place! It’s great!

Our stay at the Bike Inn was awesome! Such a great location and lovely stay. I highly recommend staying at the Bike Inn.

We will 1000% percent be back. The location is perfectly central to all of the mountain bike riding you could ask for, had great local food and wonderful coffee. The place was spotless and smelled great and was super cozy. The owner was super friendly. When we go to Bentonville, we’ll be staying here every time.

This is a beautiful place to stay right in the middle of town, so plenty to do nearby, but still manages to feel private and cozy.

We will definitely be back! Loved the atmosphere and decor of the whole place! We arrived a little early so they were quick to respond so we could do an early check in. We have already talked to a few friends about planning a longer trip in the near future!

I stay in Bentonville 2-3 times a year or more I always look for something cool and different. This spot fit the bill on both choices, totally a unique paneled in the city. The huts were quiet and clean if you didn’t know better one would think you were in a camp ground in the woods.
