Beautiful town house! We had a wonderful stay. The king size bed was very comfortable! Cute decorations and very cozy.

This was the 2nd time I stayed here. It is non-descript, quiet, peaceful, safe. The apartments are simple and minimalist with comfort in mind. I will be coming back for two weeks in June... and bringing a team with me. Hope we all get apartments together. Thanks - as always - for a great stay!

This place was a perfect fit for our little getaway. Perfect size, very quiet, and relaxing. The sauna was an incredible addition. Sandy was responsive and provided fresh towels and robes for the sauna. She also gave us a code to lock our bikes up in her garage. The place was very close to trails, water (access to lake and kayaks are a huge plus), and nearby towns. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was a fantastic stay. The apartment was clean and high end. I never heard other neighbors. We were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see. I definitely plan to come back and stay again. Perfect accommodations

This bnb was very close to Walton Arts Center. We had planned on walking since it was so close, but the weather wasn’t cooperating. I love that there was parking for 2 cars, with paid parking right across the street if needed. I have an suv, so we were able to make it up the hilly driveway, but there is also another way in, which is the way we used after that first time. Love the outdoor screened in porch. Although, it’s just off Dickson, it feels private. Had everything we needed for the stay. Comfortable (firm) mattresses. Love the swivel rocking chairs. Very nicely decorated. Lots of windows in the living room to let plenty of light in. Our host was super nice and personable! Loved my stay there and would love to stay again. PS Thanks for the pizza!

Stayed while in town for a concert, highly recommend!

Chelsea’s was an excellent host. The place was perfect for our quick overnight stay. It was clean, the bed was great, and the shower was awesome!

Loved our stay! We were able to walk to our concert venue, eat pizza, get coffee, and drink wine. All within a couple of blocks. And the apartment was cute and cool. We would definitely stay here again. Also, we had problem connecting with the WiFi BUT because our host was so responsive, we were connected within a couple of minutes. So great!

What a fantastic stay my sister and I had in this beautiful condo. I would highly recommend. Great location with lots to do, beautifully decorated, well cared for, clean as can be, super easy friendly host, I could go on and on. It was absolutely perfect for a little “mom’s get a way trip.” Plus… the mattresses were so comfy! Perfect for when you’re wanting some much needed rest.

Cute little house. Perfect for the four of us to stay for the weekend. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood although a little dark at night but there is a street light right outside the driveway. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Fayetteville.

Had a great stay despite the multiple tornado watches during my visit. 😳. Amenities were clean, comfy and as described. The bed at this Airbnb was surprisingly one of the most comfortable beds I ever experienced during a trip. The birds were awesome too. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

You can’t beat the location! Close to Dickson St and restaurants! I was in town for my daughter’s sorority Mom’s Weekend and we were able to walk to the house from the apartment. The only downside is along with the convenience of being close to everything it’s somewhat loud at night….which really can’t be avoided in this area (Dickson St & the train), but Annsley provided a white sound machine to help distract the sound.

Such a beautiful, peaceful location. The large (almost floor to ceiling) windows provide amazing views. The fenced backyard backs up to a heavily treed very deep hill, and when the blinds are open you see treetops and hear so many birds. Unit was spotless, comfy bed and well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a large (privacy) window and is bright. Shower has great water pressure and a nice shower head along with very nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash and soft, thick towels. Just wonderful!

Everything was great! We were there for the Arkansas-Tennessee game so proximity was great. Space was clean and simple, perfect for a weekend stay. The only thing I’d say that needs improvement in any way is the bed. The mattress was pretty hard and kinda uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a pretty good place!

The space was clean and updated. The location was good for access to trails. You have a short drive to the back 40 and Slaughter Pen mountain biking trails and a really short drive to the Razorback trail system. Having a secure garage for bikes and car was a huge benefit. We had a storm blow through and did not have to be concerned about damage.

This was my first vacation with my daughter (age 6), just her and me. The apartment was perfect, had everything we needed, and Daniel came out to greet us when we arrived, giving us great restaurant recommendations. It was quiet, very walkable, and in a great area of town. Everything was as listed, clean, and easy in every sense. If we go back to Bentonville we will definitely be staying there again!
