Luxury glamping near Sevenoaks w/ fab facilities

Secluded and stunning boutique glamping pods in a large private garden in St Mary’s Platt in Kent. The tents can sleep 2 and 3 people respectively and are fully equipped with comfortable beds, storage space and lots of blankets. The site is well shielded and guests have our 1 acre garden to themselves incl a sauna w/outdoor shower, a fire pit, ample seating and lounge chairs, a zip wire. 24 hour access to indoor showers and bathroom facilities as required. Includes a full English breakfast! 😋

1980's 1 Bed Caravan set in Small Wooded Area.

Set in a small wooded area, on a very quiet campsite (2 pitches only). It has a gas hob and grill, cold water and battery operated lights. Twenty yards away is a composting toilet and hot shower with a hot tap outside. The caravan is basic but very cosy, bedding and towels are provided, with extra bedding for cold nights, there is also tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Private wild camping site on flat, mown pitch, big enough for a two-person or small family tent (7x8 m) with firepit and bistro set, in a 12-acre valley field with woodland to enjoy. There are 2 long drop toilets in the valley, 1 with a solar shower cubicle - bring your own bag or use our piped water. Nearer the farmhouse are charging points, the stables with table tennis, charging points and fridge/freezer and the garden with games and bathroom with electric power shower and a washing up area.

We had such a great time at Jo’s place! The tent was more than we could have asked for, immaculately clean, great toilet and shower facilities, plenty of space in the living area and great kitchen. The stove was good fun to keep going and cook with, the weather was a bit chilly in the evening and the stove kept the place toasty warm. There was lots of space for the kids to run around and play and due to how the tents were situated you never felt as if you were intruding on any of the other guests. The kids lived visiting the chickens and the piglets each day on the way in and out of the site, they were very inquisitive pigs who run out to say hi when you go by!! We visited swanage, durleston copy they park and studland bay, all great days out with the kids and the dog. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back next year!!

Honestly one my favourite Airbnb experiences… absolutely brilliant idea to repurpose this beautiful RV for a comfortable and fun stay! My friends and I enjoyed everything about our stay, from exploring what Haxey and the local area had to offer to chilling in the RV listening to the radio. Gabby and Johnny were super responsive on message and flexible with check in which we really appreciated. If you’re looking for a unique, comfortable and fun stay, I really recommend enough.

We had such a glorious weekend at Stevie’s bell tent! Set in the most stunning position and with everything you could possibly need at hand, the camp set up was truly idyllic (and so cosy too!). The children loved running through the meadow, setting up the camp fire and roasting marshmallows by moonlight and we all so enjoyed the beautiful sunsets as we barbecued. The shower was lovely and hot and the field so private and secluded. Full of charm in every way. Thank you so much for having us Stevie, you really have created such a special getaway!

I had a relaxing short stay in the caravan. The van was toasty warm when I arrived and everything was as described. The bed was comfy with lovely bed linen and there were thick fluffy towels. The showers are spotless with plenty of hot water. The whole site is well looked after and very peaceful with fabulous views all round. I hope to return later in the year.
