We stayed here the night of our wedding. It was such a peaceful place to come back too. Susie had decorated the space with balloons, bunting and even had a bottle of fizz on ice. So incredibly thoughtful 🥰. The space was clean, comfortable with all that we needed. Very much enjoyed being able to have a bacon sandwich on the decking in the sunshine when we woke up. Sad we couldn’t stay longer - highly recommend

Colin and Linda were absolutely wonderful hosts! We stayed for an extended period while awaiting the completion of our house, and they made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Their communication was always prompt and helpful, making our long stay much smoother. What truly stood out was their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. When we found ourselves needing daycare for our dog, they stepped in to help us out, which was a huge relief! Their generosity and understanding were truly appreciated. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. We highly recommend Colin and Linda to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming Airbnb experience. They made our transitional period so much easier. Thank you both!

We had SUCH a lovely stay. I think the listing here doesn't do justice to how private, beautiful and quiet the Lodge is. The sounds of the birdsong outside was magical, along with cockrell crowing and the sound of lambs playing in the garden! The accommodation is also stunning, decorated to an exceptionally high standard for an airbnb property. The kitchen is well-appointed and everything worked perfectly. There are some lovely walks and local pubs/restaurants and we tried the outdoor spa and sauna which is a short drive or 30 minute walk away, in the same village - Paus. It was heavenly and fun to have it so close. Overall, would definitely recommend this place which has been put together with such care and attention to detail - we hope to be back!

Such a beautiful house which looked even better in person. Katy greeted us upon arrival which was a lovely touch & was very responsive throughout our stay. The house is furnished beautifully & is in a great location with Newmarket high street less than 10mins away. We also went into Cambridge which was only a 25min drive. We would love to return, thank you!

We had the best stay at this beautiful home! Amber was a great host and went above and beyond for us. The trampoline in the garden was a great extra we weren’t expecting and the kids loved the playroom too. The location is a bit out the way so need to drive to shops 10/15 mins but the village is beautiful and really couldn’t fault it. Would return & definitely recommend. Thanks again x

A great stay in Adam’s gorgeous house. Kitchen was really well equipped, beds comfy and great shower. The village is really pretty and Stamford only a short drive away. Would definitely recommend; we were 4 friends but would be great for a couple of families too.

Our stay in the Scarlet Oak bell tent was amazing. Tents were spaced out enough for privacy but close enough to the toilets, showers and kitchen. The tent was donemout beautifully with such lovely attention. A beautiful picnic basket was filled with tea, coffee and crockery and milk was ready for us in the coolbox. The beds/sofa beds were comfy and had lovely duvets and blankets to keep us warm. Everything was clean and ready for us to use. Louisa was amazing, quick to respond to messages or phone calls. Met her on the second day and she was lovely to speak to, even remembered why we were in Norfolk. The weather hasn't been great this weekend but staying at Ashcroft was still a lovely experience, one that myself, my husband and two girls loved. Will definitely be back again!

My stay at Kingfisher Lodge was the perfect weekend escape for me and my little staffy Freya, the properties garden is wonderful, great fun to explore and a perfect suntrap to indulge in a good book! The accommodation was clean and cosy with everything needed to relax and feel at home, with added goodies including bread, butter, eggs, jam, milk, tea, coffee, a fruit bowl and wine/beer. I slept great, the mattress was super comfy and the location is peaceful and quiet whilst being 10 mins drive from the lovely town of Bury St Edmonds and a 2 min walk from Norton Park which is a must if you're staying with a dog, it's a lovely walk with woods, a river and even a maze to enjoy. The host was friendly and accommodating and made our stay the best it could be, as did his lovely little dog Georgia. Would happily revisit. 5 stars all round.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very cozy and fun. We enjoyed the spacious tent and all the amenities inside:tea, coffee, cooking equipment, cosy rugs etc. The bed and bedding was really comfortable. The setting was lovely with only 3 tents in the field and it was very peaceful. There was some noise from planes but apart from that it was idyllic. It was great to have the outside seats and tables and the options of the firepit and also a small gas stove for cooking. We visited nearby Church Farm and also the Jolly Waggoners for dinner both of which were really good.

Really lovely stay at Deerfield, we loved exploring the area and not too far from London so perfect weekend getaway! Amanda and her husband were really great host and provided us with everything we needed and more. We stayed during the coldest weekend in September and we were provided with extra duvet to keep us warm. All round lovely place and would definitely be recommending to friends!

My family and I had a brilliant two weeks stay at Gareth and Adam's house in Hitchin. Gareth and Adam were both brilliant hosts who made us feel completely at home. They went above and beyond our expectations, which made the experience feel more like a five star hotel than an AirBnb. The house is well located, a couple of minutes walk from the train station. We really enjoyed spending the summer evenings in the garden. Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

I have stayed at the cottage a few times now and it always delivers. Ben keeps his properties in pristine condition and ensures a warm welcome. when we arrived on a cold night the log burner had been lit so it was literally a very warm welcome. Ben the owner as usual checked in with us to make sure everything was satisfactory then leaves you to enjoy your break. However, if you do need anything or have any questions he is really responsive. As stated I have stayed here multiple times and can highly recommend the properties and Ben as a host.

Amanda's accommodation was exactly as described. Clean & extremely comfortable. We found the flat very easily and all the amenities we close by and very well stocked. Amanda supplied a folder with lots of tips, how to operate appliances and it was extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We enjoyed our time in Cambrige and the Park & Ride was great. We will definitely pay Amanda another visit when we plan another up in the area. Rob and Caroline’s accommodation was the perfect place to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It’s just 30 minutes from Cambridge, with a convenient park and ride service running every half hour—super easy to use. We had a lovely meal at The Brewers Inn in the nearby town of Milton, which I highly recommend! We also checked out a couple of the local pubs in Milton, only a 20–30 minute walk away. Rob and Caroline went above and beyond—nothing was too much trouble. I’d asked for some balloons and Prosecco to surprise my husband, and they made it happen!

Excellent apartment, well equipped, spotlessly clean in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Bed and bed linen were really comfortable. Shops and places to eat within walking distance and a short car journey to the airport. Walkable to Standsted Mountfichet train station. Will definitely stay here again.
