Lovely spacious accommodation. In a quiet peaceful setting but with all amenities just a few miles away. Pub just opposite - unfortunately was closed the nights we were there. Will definitely go back again.

We had an overnight stay at Fiona’s lovely home. Her house was well appointed and very comfortable. Had all amenities and great kitchen for us to share a meal with our group. Definitely recommend!!

Lovely place, awesome get away, cosy and nostalgic. Swish ergonomic design elements added to this lovely old building make for a pretty convenient stay. Nice duvet. Big tele. Comfy sofa. Great location. What more could you want?

Perfect place to stay great communication

Beautiful house and great location, very responsive host. Exactly matched its description and photos. Highly recommend. (A shame that we had to check out at 10.00am promptly on the Sunday morning as it would have been nice to enjoy the space for an hour or so more to have breakfast - the only negative. We did know check out times but have known flexibility at other properties we've stayed at.)

Our family of 4 had a great stay at Ray's place. The location was rather easy to locate by car, and the neighbourhood is extremely peaceful. Ray is very responsive and always ready to assist. The check-in process is very simple and flexible. There was also ample parking space on the road in front of the house. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Good accommodation in a beautiful area, very quiet, perfect for a " getaway." Accommodation was very clean.

Mark is a lovely, helpful, and responsive host. The place is as described -- a true adventure! The stairs going up to the top floor are steep and the ceiling is short and slanted, so you need to be able to crouch and climb around if you go up to the "attic", but I enjoyed it! Definitely one of the most unique places I've ever stayed. It's very compact, but it had all the amenities I needed and I was very happy with my stay. I also got to pet one of the cats <3

Beautiful setting, clean room - just what we needed for a brief stay during a wedding. Great communication and pretty setting, would recommend!

Warm welcome from Helen following responsive communication beforehand. Helen was also able to provide a high chair which was appreciated. Place was as described, well appointed and very clean. It can be difficult to find in the dark but directions provided are very good. If you reach the pub you have gone too far ;-). If you are visiting Audley End and surrounding area perfect location to stay

This is one of the nicest places I have stayed, the annex is completely separate, quiet and very private. Viv left lots of little touches that made my stay really nice and it felt quite special. The place has everything you would need with ample dishes, glasses and cutlery. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it as a great place to stay and will definitely be going back there myself.

Felicity is a kind person and attentive to the needs of the guest. Location: comfortable environment and everything you need is present. Taking a pleasant walk you immediately arrive at the centre of the town.

Absolutely lovely apartment, super close to Cambridge. It was very clean, warm and cosy, and we arrived to find crumpets, butter and milk for us which was a lovely touch! Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area again.

Although we only stayed one night of the two due to the event we had travelled down for being cancelled due to Storm Darragh, we could not fault Susie's place. If we are ever in the Royston area again, it will be our first choice. Thank you Susie, and sorry we weren't able to stay longer.

I have stayed with Ann and her husband many times. There is always a very warm welcome and they are there for any help you need. The annexe is like home from home, I would recommend it to anyone.
