Matt was always responsive, and his property is exactly as advertised and in a good location. Everything is in good working order and provides lots of space to relax. The kitchen diner was a focal point during our stay. Everything was exactly as described in the listing and i would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Colchester or surrounding area its just 5 minutes to the A12 so has great links. On our next visit to Colchester we would most definitely consider this property as its perfect for our needs. Highly recommended

This was my first air b&b booking and it has honestly been amazing. Michelle was very helpful in accommodating our large group for my wedding and answering all my questions. It was a lovely house to stay in, we all had plenty of space to move around and not once did we feel on top of each other. If I ever found myself in Bocking or the surrounding area it is one that I would book again. I would love to explore the fields out the back and spend more time in the surrounding area. The house was in the perfect location and everything about it was great.

We had an overnight stay at Fiona’s lovely home. Her house was well appointed and very comfortable. Had all amenities and great kitchen for us to share a meal with our group. Definitely recommend!!

Living in the USA I visit family here every year, this time we planned to stay for an extended period of over three weeks. So we wanted a spacious house, in a good location to the train station and central Cambridge, with dedicated parking, and this home matched and delivered on those needs. The house was nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable, and the price was very reasonable. The train station is an 8 minute walk; central Cambridge 20-30 minutes. There is no on-street parking for non-residents so the driveway parking spot was important to have. Some initial problems (mostly by me not reading the home guide fully) were quickly sorted out; I was very pleased with this and would use this host again. We had a birthday party and the place was perfect for 18 of us, adults and kids. Only issue for us was the lack of a dryer as stayed here for so long during the winter and fully drying clothes was a bit of a chore. Otherwise completely satisfied!

We were staying in Kings Lynn for my mother-in-laws funeral and needed a base to stay as we had more family joining us. The house was absolutely perfect. So clean and comfortable, spacious and warm. Katherine was lovely to communicate with and made an upsetting time a lot more bare able. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

The accommodation was homely, comfortable and super clean. It had everything I needed and a supermarket, pubs and takeaways all on the doors step. Parking was a welcome bonus too. I will staying again.

Fantastic apartments, some really stylish touches, luxury apartments as central as you could get. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, an all round great stay and we would love to come back, wish we had stayed longer.

Liz’s place was ideally located, and in walking distance of everything we wanted to see. We had to do an Uber to/from train station but it was a nominal cost. We would definitely recommend this flat for anyone wanting to come to visit Cambridge

We had a wonderful stay in this family-friendly and quiet area. The flat is clean and well-maintained, and the host was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The large Waitrose within walking distance is very convenient. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is no lift in the building, which can be challenging if you have a lot of luggage. Overall, a great place to stay with no complaints.

Cozy apartment, my family and I loved our accommodation! The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook something. The bathroom is a good size, with hot water there is no problem. The surrounding area is quite lively, the apartment is located in a quieter street. Public transport is good, Overall, the accommodation is a cozy apartment where you feel at home, everything is very new and cozy perfect apartment!

Excellent apartment in a great location. We had a minor issue with the hot water on arrival and Paul was extremely quick to address and resolve the problem. Very impressive. The apartment is a described in the information displayed by Paul and provided the perfect stay for our visit to Cambridge. This was our second time staying in this property. IMHO, it is THE AirBnB location for Thetford! The location is perfect (right in the town center) and the property itself is beautiful. Absolutely everything one could need is EASILY within walking distance and you are spoiled for choices. Janet is an EXCELLENT host too! She is proactive, flexible, and extremely responsive. Perfect!

The Garden Studio is hands down one of the best Airbnbs we have ever stayed at!! Ann and Simon have every aspect of a home from home covered, and then some! The layout, the access, the welcome goodies and all the mod cons are provided, not to mention the hot water pressure, which is amazing. We spent a lovely few days here over Christmas and we would not hesitate to book again! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

A great experience all round - comfortable accommodation, lovely and warm despite the sub-zero temperatures outside, with easy parking; friendly responsive host; nice pubs, good cafe and great chippie very close.

A really lovely space, and easy to find with clear instructions. The parking is a short walk away, but only a couple of minutes and for a town centre flat having free and reserved parking is a bonus. Other potential travellers should note that the steps up to the mezzanine are fairly steep and the nature of the space means there’s some sloped ceilings. It’s also up two flights of stairs to the front door. None of these were a problem for us, but worth knowing in case any of these may be an issue for you. There is also some noise from a nearby bar, but again you’re in the town centre and it’s nothing you wouldn’t expect in the location. Overall a fantastic stay, and the space is used very well.
