Make this your FIELD of DREAMS home base - just 20 minute drive to field and then you are 2 miles from Dubuque Casino and 14 mile scenic drive to Galena Main Street.Outdoor patio with plenty of seating , fire pit for late night snacks w camping chairs, Grill for your outdoor cooking. This comfortable home is a 2 BR 1 BA with a full kitchen, and off street parking. It is 1 block away from the Mississippi River and within walking distance to local shops, restaurants bars, parks, and walking trails. The local grocery store is located directly across the street. Well behaved pets are welcome. The backyard is completely fenced in. NO SMOKING INSIDE. As stated in the other notes section, we are located along the Canadian Pacific Railroad and there will be trains going by.

The place was exactly what we needed, a clean and cozy house with a good location. We felt at home and the beds were very comfortable. Abby provided a wonderful welcome binder with lots of local recommendations and brochures. Highly recommend the place.

Hannah was wonderful to work with! We had questions using the lock & she responded right away and was able to help. When we had questions about the temperature she was there right away to answer. The space is adorable and had everything- from baby items to games! I highly recommend!!

This place is a beautiful little getaway. Right up the road from the river, it is peaceful and quiet. Lots of fun architecture to see in town and the river walk is lovely. Our dogs were welcomed which made the trip 10x more enjoyable. The house is cozy, warm and feels very much like home. Sue has an entry table in the home with suggestions for local activities, eateries, shopping which was nice to refer to. Overall we were happy with the space. It was nice to know that Sue was in the house next door for questions, but she very much provided privacy unlike some places I’ve stayed. I highly recommend!

Clean, spacious home. My wife and I stayed here with our teenage daughter for two nights. Parking required some attention to detail in figuring out the designated spot in the lot across the street, but the photo instructions from the host were clear. It was a short walk to ride the funicular. And we got to enjoy some excellent restaurants in the Millwork District.

The House was a great spot for us. It is on a quiet road with almost no traffic, with really nice neighbors. It sits on a wooded hill with great views. As a birder, I especially enjoyed being able to see and hear so many Yellow-Bellied Sapsucker Woodpeckers. They surrounded the house and we saw 6 at one time! Walking the neighborhood is hilly so it offered a good workout! And it's interesting to see so many deer so unafraid of humans. The house was immaculate and well decorated. We had all the kitchen ware we needed. And the fire pit was well enjoyed. It is a bit different that your average Airbnb as its run by a management company so you have to fill out some paperwork with them before you arrive. But it's all digital so easy to do. We highly recommend this airbnb and will be back.

I can’t say enough great things about this condo. It was perfect for my party of 5. The condo was meticulously decorated and homey. The couches and beds were extremely comfortable and we had plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen came with basic necessities and utensils but they were of high quality. The condo was very clean for being a little older. I gave it 4 stars mainly because there was a lot of dust under the bed in the master bedroom. Other than that we really enjoyed are stay. The condo came with 2 logs for the fire which was really nice and extra touches such as coffee creamer, condiments, coffee.. were really appreciated. Plum Cove is a winner!
