Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Dubuque

We LOVE Jon's beautiful mansion. This is the second time we have stayed and we hope to be back again next year. With three generations of family all together, this really is the perfect place. Easy walk to the wonderful public library (which has fantastic children's area), Textile brewing (great beer and pretzels), Basillica, and the Brew and Brew; and a quick drive to Sundown mountain skiing. The home itself has everything you could possibly need- so much comfortable space to hang out, great kitchen, and large dining room table. We loved the new addition of the bunk beds. One of our favorite Airbnbs.

We had the best stay. The house was perfect for our two families. The location couldn’t be beat. Beautiful natural surroundings and right across from the clubhouse with a pool, gym, etc. there was more than enough space for us, nice comfortable touches, and the downstairs game room was amazing! So many fun games to entertain us and our kids. The hot tub was also perfect for the freezing nights we had.

The location was perfect, and not far from downtown Galena. Loved how private and peaceful the area was. The hot tub was a super nice amenity! Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. Can’t thank Doreen and their property highly enough!

The home was so much more spacious than I had thought it would be!! The neighborhood was quiet and the home felt very clean and safe. We will seek this location out again if we pass through Bellevue on any trips. Thanks Giselle and Auston!!!

Review: Every year our friend group tries to plan a skiing trip and this year we ended up in galena. Main st is about a 20 min drive & Chestnut mountain was about 30 min away from the Airbnb and the slopes there were awesome! We had some first timers and people that knew what they were doing and everyone had a great time! The house was amazing with plenty of rooms, very convenient that most of the rooms had their own bathroom. We enjoyed the hot tub and the huge kitchen that is literally supplied with every cooking utensil you can think of but bring your own tinfoil if you need it! Would highly recommend this Airbnb.

This is our second time staying here with the same people and we will definitely be back again. The place is roomy, well laid out & immaculate. I was so glad that they hadn't taken down their Christmas decorations as it was quite festive but simplistic. We like that every room has a king size bed with 3 en-suite bathrooms. The other 2 bedrooms also have bathrooms close by. The kitchen is well stocked with glassware, plates, utensils, pots and pans. I highly recommend staying here in any season. Melissa is a wonderful host and I feel like I have found a gem in Galena.

WOW what a great place to stay. Right in the center of Main st. Such a cute and efficient apartment. This place was very clean, spacious, and prime location. Ashlee was avaliable to answer all questions, and gave great recommendations. The apartment had a beautiful updated kitchen, washer dryer, spacious bathroom, small balcony in the back, great windows in the front overlooking main st. A great gem of a place. would definitely stay here again. 😊

Great location to reacquaint myself with Dubuque! It was an easy walk to the Carnegie Library and great shops, coffee, and dining and centrally located for short drives to explore the city. These accommodations were right-sized for my friend and I. I slept on the daybed on the open upstairs landing—comfortable mattress and lovely soft sheets. This unit gets beautiful morning and afternoon light. Very relaxing vibe and well-kept! Tanya was a friendly and accommodating host. Would definitely stay here again!

This our second stay at Shanna’s place. We just love it for quick romantic getaways. This trip we stayed in for dinner and made steaks. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meal. It was lovely. Breakfast at the Sunshine Restaurant is always delicious. We checked out the Palisades for some scenery and then did some antiquing the next day. We didn’t get to use the hot tub this time because of extreme winter temperatures but, I loved the claw foot tub for a long hot bath. The bed is super comfortable and we both slept great! Shanna is a helpful and friendly host who is always looking for ways to make your stay special. We couldn’t ask for a better host. I’m already looking forward to our next stay!

Cindy's place was wonderful! It is easy to find and super cute. The weather was cold, so we didn't get to explore the area. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We always stay at Joan‘s place when coming to Galena. We decided to stay on short notice and Joan was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend this destination!

We had a quick overnight stay and were so sad that we couldn't stay longer! The Loft was very spacious and so cute! The hot tub was so nice after walking around the area exploring the local restaurants and bars. We definitely plan on booking a longer stay in the future!

The apartment is very nice. It is well-furnished and comfortable. We liked being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The garage and elevator are a bonus, especially in the winter months! It was too cold to utilize the back patio, but we are returning in the warmer months to take advantage of the view. We highly recommend this listing!

Our family had a fantastic job at Dan's place. The location is great - close enough to the Eagle Ridge Inn and Owners Club, but very private location with a beautiful view of the lake. The unit had everything we need and was much larger than the pictures made it seem. Galena had great shopping and restaurants. Galena Territory Owners Club indoor pool was perfect for the kids. I'd recommend staying here anytime we make it back to Galena Territory!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. It's a 10 min drive from downtown Galena in a quiet wooded area with paved trails that you can take to the nearby amenities. The place was clean, quiet, and the bathtub was amazing! The gym and indoor/outdoor pool are very nice but about 1.5 miles from the condo which wasn't stated anywhere (or at least not anywhere we saw) and was a little disappointing but overall wasn't a huge deal. The restaurant is a short walk through the trails or you can drive to it. It's right next door. Also, the initial message you get after booking with the rules and asking to email them out of the app was a little daunting and not normal for Airbnb bookings. It just had a less "homey" experience that you expect from Airbnb. It made me slightly nervous but after everything I would certainly stay here again.

Perfect location! The owners were EXTREMELY responsive. They troubleshot things in a few minutes and we had a wonderful time. I strongly recommend this property when visiting Galena.

The condo was just as described. Cary clean and well cared for. It was the perfect location for our baseball tournament and walkable to the restaurants in town. Will definitely stay there again!

We stopped in Iowa to see a Ghost Game at the Field of Dreams on our road trip. The baseball themed condo was fun and made the visit that much more special! Very easy to get into the condo and it was very clean and comfortable upon arrival. Ryan was quick with a response with any questions we had. There are so many great little place in walking distance from the condo and the Field of Dreams movie set is a quick drive from there. We fell in love with the town of Dyersville and would definitely stay at one of Ryan’s places again!
