Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Pensacola

Very nice. Lots of new updates. It is a 140 year old house and it is in great shape. Easy walk to Palafox and Sanger Theater. One error is that it is not a Loft. You are on the first floor in Loft A and B, 2nd floor in Loft C and D.

I stayed at Ryan’s place for a month, working remotely. It felt much bigger than what I was expecting from the photos. Ryan was very responsive and nice! The neighborhood was beautiful and great for walking my dog. Overall, had a great stay.

Our host was so great. The check in process was a little over my head, using my cell to check in, but she was immediately available to help with the process. The location is amazing! A morning stroll for breakfast at the Ruby Slipper is a must during your stay!

Lisa's place was in a perfect location to explore Pensacola, a shorte walk to historic downtown and the waterfront. It was in a nice historic neighborhood, with easy, on-street parking. The apartment was in the second floor of a historic, Victorian home, with another Airbnb rental across the hall, accessed by a steep, narrow flight of stairs. The space was large, with a really comfortable bed. It's not a true 1-bedroom apartment; the bed is in the same room as the living area. It was quiet and peaceful and stress-free. We enjoyed our stay.
